Last weekend, On Saturday morning I got up at 6;30. After breakfast I did

my homework at home.

In the afternoon , I played football with my friends on our playgroud. In

the evening I watched TV with my parents at home.

On Sunday morning I went to visit my grandparents with my mother. In the

afternoon I went to go fishing with my grandpa. We had a good time . I went back

home with my mother in the evening. What a wonderfu weekend !

I am a shy girl, when there is activity in my class, I will run away from it and try to be nobody. But in my heart, I want to be noticed and show my talent. 那是冬季晴朗的一天，我的心情也如天气一样好。我向爸爸下“挑战书”—比一比谁下象棋的水平高。一开始，我就盯上了爸爸的卒，于是，我把两只炮都拿来消灭卒，当我痛快地把爸爸的卒消灭完时，只听到爸爸高兴地说：“将军!”我急急忙忙看我的老帅，对方的炮正在取我军之帅，我把求助的目光投向相，可是我的相被蒙住了眼睛，不能动弹。我只好移动帅的位置，右边的位置被车给占领了，只好移到了左边，“只见这下安全了吧!”说时迟，那时快，只见爸爸马一跳，把我的帅又将住了。这时，我四面楚歌，进也进不得，回也回不去，只好认乖乖地认输了。

爸爸语重心长地对我说：“下棋不能贪吃，要全面布局，关键在于取对方之帅!”经过这次失败的教训，我对自己说：“不能心浮气躁，不能贪吃子!”

于是，又一场象棋大战开始了。我这次是启动防守型，把相上起来;然后，稳步有序地把军队越过楚河汉界，进行了猛攻。我把爸爸的防守部队消灭了一大半时，我的炮当头将了爸爸一军，爸爸只好向右走，可是我事先设置好了陷阱，车已经在虎视眈眈了。爸爸没棋了，赖皮的爸爸吐了吐舌头说：“要不是我让着你，你怎么能赢呢!”

是啊，棋局的变数是无穷无尽的，我一定要认真学习，不断进步，胜不骄，败不馁。

It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries. There is no chance to eat red bayberries in the hill for the people who don’t live in Beijing.

On the hill, you can breathe the fresh air, you can listen birds singing and you can eat red bayberries. It was enjoyable. It is said there are wild pigs in the hill. What a beautiful natural.

I will have a good rest. January 25 2008 It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my homework. Today。

I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry， January24 2008 It was the first day of our winter holiday. All of us were very happy. Why? 这事使我懂得了，做什么事都有技巧!我有一个弟弟叫李想，今年一岁了，他的小脸蛋长的胖乎乎的，有一对大眼睛扑闪扑闪的`，他特别爱笑，每次一笑就露出才长的几颗新牙，看起来像个月牙一样，总是那么灿烂。

每次我来到他们家他对我都很热情，只要一接近我就把脸贴在我脸上，把口水弄得我满脸都是，逗得大家笑哈哈。

他不仅可爱还很调皮，每天总是把舌头伸得长长的，我伸一分钟就累了，可他还伸一天，叫他伸进去，不到一分钟就伸出来了，真拿他没办法，他现在正是学走路的时候，叫他走直线，他偏打转转。

I am very happy today for I had the chance to help the old people in our

subdistrict. Nowadays, many adults are busy with therir job and have no time to

take good care of their old parents. I want to try my best to help the old come

out of lonely life and now I can.I will try my best to make the old people

Everyone has a hobby, some people like swimming, some people like playing

video games. Fishing is my fathers favorite hobby. He goes fishing every Sunday
