Sports do us good in many respects.It goes without saying that taking

exercises can build up our physical strength. In collective sports like

Oh! it was winter holiday. i was very happy. i read my favourite books. i have many wonderful books. but i could not read these books too much. i also had a lot of homework to do. i like playing computer games, too. it’s very interesting. but i could not play it too much. i wear glasses, i’m very sad. it’s not good for my eyes to play computer games too much.

Since I watched the movie and was attracted by the girl who was dancing like an angel, I wanted to be her. I told my mother that I wanted to take the dance class. She was very happy and took me to the dance studio. At first, I practised so hard and felt great to make progress step by step. But a month passed, I felt so bored to do the same movement everyday, and I wanted to quit the class. 到了乐园之后，我兴奋地跑去“创光轮”。快跑到了，突然天空上传来一阵划破天空的尖叫声，我定睛一看，原来是坐在“创光轮”的人发出的尖叫声。我开始有些害怕，怕自己想玩的项目会不会太过了。但是我又想，既然已经到了，何不去挑战一下自我呢？于是，我毫不犹豫地去排队了。

等啊等，终于轮到了。我兴奋地坐上蓝色的摩托车，还没抓好手柄，摩托车就开始微微震动了。那时我就后悔了，可是已经晚了：摩托车突然向前飞去，我觉得自己就要“飞”出去了。在快到一个房子里去的那个瞬间，我看了一下下面的人，那几十个人看着我们，眼睛里面似乎充满了敬佩和同情。在黑房子里，“摩托车”带着我们飞来飞去、跑来跑去，把我们吓得“魂不附体”。下了车，我的双脚和双手一直不停地抖。

姐姐看着我这么抖，竟然拿出手机给我拍了一个视频。我赶紧把手机抢过来。原来姐姐给我拍了一个抖音发上去。没想到过来一会，我抖音上的粉丝就涨了好几十个，真是太搞笑了。

因为玩了迪士尼，我觉得今年的国庆节真是又惊喜又快乐。

Some coffee shops decorates so well, which attrated my eyes. The city was coverd by the green trees, which made it a green city. I liked this feeling so much. 买完票后，坐上小船，船有点摇摇晃晃的，令人害怕，害怕一下子翻船掉下去。

我们乘小船从外面的水潭进入里面——溶洞。到了洞口，凉爽之气扑面而来，这应该算是一条清幽的地下河吧！不宽，最多够1。5条小船划过。

导游说这是最年轻的溶洞，三亿五千万年。其实石灰岩滴下来自然而然就会形成各种样子，这是自然现象。导游说：“这千佛洞取这个名字是因为里面大多数都是佛祖像，所以，取名叫千佛洞。”

船行第二洞，我们走上了世界。地面很潮湿，光线很暗，要不是旁边有电灯泡的光，就伸手不见五指了。

一路上都有灯光在照明，那些石钟乳、石笋、石柱在彩灯的照射下更加美丽，更加迷人；越往里边走就越冷。当我们走到“流金台”边上的时候，导游跟我们介绍：“上面留下来的是金色的水，一年四季不会断。你们可以用手摸一摸，可以让你财源广进，日进斗金……”走了三分之一，导游还补充说：“水都不深，可是很冰。”一些叔叔阿姨可能是不相信，都纷纷用手去探一探水，但是我不敢，因为我怕里面有虫子。

我还看到了“高峡飞瀑”、“一线天”、“大仙浴足”、“送子观音”、“藏宝阁”、“寒天雪”、“龙王灶”、“千佛塔”……其中，“大仙浴足”给我的印象是最深刻的，因为下面是“一盆水”，然后，上面有一只没有穿鞋子的“脚”，似乎要在这冰冷水里“泡脚”，栩栩如生。

千佛洞就像一个天生丽质的姑娘，不靠粉黛增颜色。千佛洞美得雅致，，美得自然，美的纯粹。千佛洞就像一颗璀璨的明珠！

Summer holidday is coming.I have a good plan for it.My best friend Tony who

is from Britain will spend the holiday with mw.Tom is 17 years old ,he like

China very much.One week ago,I wrote him a letter,inviting him to come to Dalian

for the holidays.Tony has accepted my invitation and will fly to Dalian next

week.I will go to the airport to pick him up.Then well show him around the

厌倦了假期白日的平淡，于是就有了在街道上散步的癖好。

刚出门，天就微雨，似夜空中的雾，沾满了一身，夜风凉飕飕的。幸好街道两旁的店家灯火给寒冷平添了几许暖意，我缩着脖子走向黑暗。蓦地一声断喝在平静中震荡耳膜:喂，老头，快起来!快走开啊!随着声音在一处屋檐的阴影中发现了一个蜷曲着的老人。伴着不同的差异，人们不约而同地围了过去。

接着屋里的一片灯光，我打量着老人发抖的身子，低垂的蓬乱的头发，破旧的衣裤。。。。。。不由地打了个寒颤。周围的人越聚越多，叫喊的人自然是房主，但大家都不知道老人的来历。

人群之中有的在窃窃私语，有的在有限地点烟，有的在摇头叹气。。。。。。我忽然感到口干舌燥了。片刻沉默后，一个童音在嚷:爸爸，老爷爷不冷吗?是啊!大家似乎是受到了什么启发，好些人开始跟房主交涉，众目睽睽之下，房主涨红了脸，:大伙帮个忙。房主恢复了自信，和几个小伙软硬兼施地把老人扶进了房内，一个中年人已经风风火火地在旁边的饮食店中拿来了热腾腾的面。

好些人散去了。我--一位看客，从裤兜里抽出手，耳边回响起幼稚的童音，在羞愧中重新迈开脚步。

This morning,as we all know,this is a special day___our Chinese national festival.so we go out of home, and began to preper for somthing for the day.

There were so many people with smiles on their faces in the street.we had the same feelings to think about a family get-together.mum and dad are in the countryside,I wonder if we can get back home,or we only wait their coming.by the calling back,parents would come here.and the next time,its our busy in buying diferent food time.but thats the beginning.after doing that,when we went back home,mm called back and told that they perhaps didnt come.this is really a bad news,what should we do with the food?

A short thought while,we took all the things to go to the bus stop.so busy the stop is!there was no any tickets more.no other way we could do,only paiy more money to get back.you know,20 yuan, how sad we were!all the things were ready,we finished the activities about the festival.stayed at home by watching TV in the afternoon.
