一年四季有春天、夏天、秋天、冬天。有的人喜欢美丽的春天；有的人喜欢丰收的秋天；有的人喜欢寒冷的冬天；而我却酷爱炎热的夏天。

夏天是个好季节，有无数的欢乐在这。我们在玩耍，小荷在生长，大树在挺拔，柳树在晒日光浴……一片生机勃勃的气象。

夏天是炎热的。无情的太阳赤日炎炎，把地球村晒得火辣辣的。知了在大树上被太阳晒得发出了“知了、知了”的声音，好像在说：真热、真热……。

夏天是美丽的。荷叶映衬着荷花是那么和谐。一望无尽的荷叶挨挨挤挤的，有的高，有的低，像一个个碧绿碧绿的圆盘。这幅景象让我不由想起了“接天莲叶无穷碧，映日荷花别样红”这两句诗。

夏天是快乐的。游泳池里，小孩们戴着泳镜，穿着泳衣，有的在打水仗，有的比赛，有的打水球……游过泳，然后再吃上可口的冰淇淋，甜甜的、凉凉的，吃进肚子里有一种飘飘欲仙的感觉。真惬意啊！

夏天是清凉的。暑假在家学完东西后，坐在空调间里看书，写字。吃着妈妈买的西瓜，真是一种享受！

夏天真是个好季节！

春天的离去意味着夏天就要来临了，炎炎夏日，可以做很多属于夏天的事。

我喜欢夏天，它很美。清水涟漪的池塘中，那碧绿的叶子衬着那淡粉色的莲花，使我浮想联翩，王昌龄写的《采莲曲》呈现在我的脑海中“荷叶罗裙一色裁，芙蓉向脸两边开”。莲出淤泥而不染，瀖清莲而不妖。站在池塘边，看着那一池的莲花，原本那疲倦的思想，一下子抛置于了九霄云外，感到了清新。阳光洒在水面上，池水变得波光粼粼。一阵微风拂过，一层层微波荡漾开去，虽然是夏天，但我却感到了春天般的温暖，秋天般的凉爽。田野里，各种颜色的野花开了，远眺，田野成了花的海洋。红的似火，黄的如金，白的似雪，粉的若霞……风儿悄悄掠过，野花和着风声跳起了优美的舞蹈，它们随风摇摆。啊!夏天的田野真美!

虽然夏天很美，可是我又讨厌夏天，因为夏天很炎热。习惯了每天呆在空调间里，一走出去，火辣辣的太阳炙烤着大地，都快将我烤焦了，汗水像瀑布一样流淌着，大豆般的汗珠从我的额头滑落，湿透了我的衣服。小花、小草们耷拉着脑袋，无精打采的，大树卷缩着叶子，它们像一个个害羞的小姑娘低着头。知了在树上休息着，一遍又一遍毫不厌烦的叫着“热死了，热死了”小狗伸着舌头，躲在树荫下乘凉，往日那繁华的大街变的冷清了，大家都躲在家里避暑，只有太阳这是精力旺盛，热火朝天地工作着。我赶紧从冰箱里拿出棒冰来，一口咬下去，啊，爽!我开了空调又拿了扇子，来驱赶着这酷暑。唉，夏天真热!

热情、豪放、浪漫、永恒，编成了夏天品质的绝美光环。我们所以要拥抱夏天，就是要享受骄阳，让我的人生充满温暖：享受风雨，让我们的人生充满力量;享受绿色，使我们的灵魂在生命的成长中得到安祥和祥和。
