The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget

about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer

vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over

all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a

better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of

exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It

“何为新时代青年?”作为中国跳水队年龄最小的选手，14岁的全红婵足以回答这个问题。

全红婵，2007年3月28日出生于广东的一个小农村，全红婵的家庭条件比较困难，她的父母是普通的农民，靠着几亩小果园养活一家人，她的母亲由于车祸，身体不好，整个家庭全靠她的父亲在支撑，而她努力训练提高成绩，等于是帮她的家庭减轻了部分负担。

全红婵自2014年7月开始接受跳水训练，于2018年在广东省青少年跳水锦标赛中获得冠军;在2020年10月4日以437.75分的成绩取得全国跳水冠军;在2021年中，她取得了西安市奥体中心举办的中国跳水明星赛暨第十四届全运会跳水测试赛女子十米跳台决赛的亚军;同年7月，全红婵入选2020年东京奥运会中国体育代表团跳水项目运动员名单，并于8月5日在女子单人十米台比赛中以416.65分的成绩取得半决赛第一名，同日取得决赛第一名，这一成绩也是女子跳台比赛的历史分。

教练说全红婵取得现在的成绩都是刻苦训练得来的。全红婵每天都练习400多跳，因为长时间泡在水里，她的头发褪色成黄色，为了方便训练，她还剪了超短发，多次被误认为是男孩子的她有些失落，毕竟哪个女孩子不爱美呢?

全红婵有着和她年龄极不相符的成熟和冷静，五套动作，全部完成得无懈可击，入水时几乎看不到水花溅起，因此，网友戏称她是“压水花的天才”，就这样，她以无与伦比的技术动作彻底征服了裁判。比赛结束后，就连她的对手以及她们的教练都来向她表示祝贺。
