今年1月份，深圳市率先发出了《关于鼓励规范互联网自行车服务的若干意见(征求意见稿)》。其中，对车辆停放秩序的治理做了明确规定：“对违反自行车道路交通通行有关规定或违规停放自行车的行为，公安交警部门、城管部门等有关单位按职责依法进行处罚，并将其违法、违规信息纳入个人信用记录。”此外，深圳市交通委还发布了《深圳市自行车停放区(路侧带)设置指引(试行)》，围绕市区共享单车投放量较大的轨道公交站点周边，首批规划了280个规范停放区。同时，深圳市交通委还制订了今年的自行车道建设规划，力争完成100公里自行车道的新建和改造升级。

据悉，北京市也将制订共享单车的停车规范，北京市交通委有关负责人表示，将研究规范租赁自行车停车秩序试点区域及相关措施。北京市交通委曾先后到摩拜网约单车和ofo共享单车运营企业及其自行车投放点做现场调研，并分别组织召开了有两家企业高管参加的座谈会，了解了两家企业在北京投放租赁自行车的经营状况，针对当前无桩租赁自行车乱停乱放的治理交换了意见并达成初步意向。

A Summer Camp

This summer, I had some special days. I joined Dongzhou International Educational Exchange Summer Camp.
