Nowadays, there are more and more people playing with their phones

everywhere, hence it has been a big issue in our society. Some people think that

phones are necessary for them because they have to keep in touch with their

friends, customers and parents. Instead, some people think that phones not only

destroy their relationship with friends but also are not good for their

health.

Some doctors say that if you spend a long time on using it every day, it

may cause your eyesight problem. In addition, you can see unusual scenery in our

society. For example, people become indifferent and cold-blooded because they

mainly talk with each other on phone. It not only affects your physical health

but also your spirit health. What’s worse, phones also produce some harmful

radiation which really hurts your brain because it may cause your memory

problems and even get a cancer.

However, phone is not always negative in your life. There is a research

shows that it not only can kill your time but can also reduces your stress.

Therefore, we have to learn that how to control our time when we use it, and

also know that how to use it correctly.

A little boy took part in the TV show when he was two years old. As a

celebrity, people watched all his movements. Sometimes when this boy was crying,

the audience said he was spoiled by his parents. But when they saw more, they

thought this boy was so lovely, because he was kind and very polite. We can’t

judge a person by the first impression.

I like to watch movies, especially when I see the inspiring stories, I will

feel touched. These stories are good for me. They inspire me to move on when I

meet difficulties. The heroes will never give up, and finally, they succeed. So

if we want to realize our dreams, we also need to be persistent. Some day, we

can make it.

I have many friends in my class.There are 45 students in my classroom.

they are interesting and lovely. I would like to introduce some of

them.

Hellen is very cute. shes also kind to everyone and

shes very enthusiastic.Shes always ready to help everyone， but she is

forgetful. She always forgets to bring her school things， such as pens，

ruler，textbooks and so on. But our teachers always forgive her. Robert is the

most talkative boy in our class. His nickname is "chatterbox". He has a great

sense of humor and he always makes me laugh.

Sweet is a

quiet student.She is good at every subject but she never shows off. Ken is a

very tall boy. He plays basketball very well and he is on our school team. He

often says， "playing basketball is good for your health. " How about your

I have moved to my new school since Septmber. It is a modern and nice

Some people often say that gold and silver are the most valuable things the

world.However,I have my reservations.In my submission,reading is more valuable

Reading introduced me to concepts like mindful eating, relaxation

exercises, and the importance of loving yourself. If I didn’t read, I wouldn’t

even be aware of these ideas, which have defined my entire coaching philosophy.

If you don’t read, you could be missing out on intriguing ideas that would

likewise re-define your personal purpose or business philosophy.

As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and many

other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and

strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise

friends. This is the reason why our parents always encourage us to read more

books.

Reading is a good thing, but we must pay great attention to the choice of

books. It is true that we can derive benefits from good books. However, bad

books will do us more harm than good.

However, in current days,many of us spend most of the leisure time in

playing games or surfing the internet,instead of reading. its a pity to find it

less and less our students are interesting in reading,or have formed a habit of

reading.So,in order to revive reading,this beneficial activity,wed better take

The International Childrens Day (ICD) is celebrated in numerous countries,

usually (but not always) on June 1 each year.

The ICD had its origin in the World Conference for the Wellbeing of

Children in Geneva, Switzerland in 1925. It is not clear as to why June 1 was
