五、作品要求

1、必须是符合传统格律要求的自创诗词、楹联作品。 2、紧扣主题，贴近生活，健康向上，寓意深刻，诗词符合格律，楹联符合《联律通则》，新旧声不得混用(用新韵的必须注明)，用典必须注明出处。 3、同一作者的诗、联作品必须分开，一纸一稿，电子邮件一稿一发。 4、作品须未曾出版、发表获奖，不得抄袭，也不得以他人的名义投稿，参赛投稿者应保证其为所报送作品的作者，并对该作品拥有独立、完整的著作权。投稿者还应保证其所报送的作品不侵犯第三人的包括著作权、名誉权、隐私权等在内的任何权利。凡违反上述规定导致相关纠纷的，一切法律责任均由投稿者本人承担。

六、奖项设置

本次大赛诗词、楹联共设一等奖3名(其中诗词2名，楹联1名)，奖金各1500元;二等奖5 名(其中诗词3名，楹联2名)，奖金各600元;三等奖12名(其中诗词6名，楹联4名)，奖金各300元;优秀奖30名(其中诗词20名，楹联10名)，奖金各100元;入围奖100名(其中诗词70名，楹联30名)，奖金各50元。入选者均获得由组委会签章的证书，二等奖以上的作者不得重复，同一作者获奖作品数量不超3首(幅)。优秀奖以上奖金凭身份证(或复印件)领取。

七、评选方法

征稿结束后，活动组委会组织诗词名家进行评选，评选结果将在相关媒体进行公示，并择时进行颁奖。

八、稿件处理

1、活动结束后，作品择优在《玉东诗词楹联》发表和推荐到市级以上诗词、楹联专刊发表，获奖作品和优秀作品由组委会结集出版。 2、来稿均不退还，组委会享有处置与使用权。凡参赛来稿均视同认可并接受以上条款，须遵守活动各项规定。

Besides, it is much more economical to ride a bike than drive a car. On the one hand, the only fee a bike-rider has to pay is the annual tax. However, the annual fees for a car are costly. On the other hand, a bike neednt be equipped with a parking lot, but a car must. Most important of all, it is beneficial to the environment to ride a bicycle because the bike doesnt consume petrol; it is a pollution-free transport. In contrast, the exhaust released by the car is harmful to the environment.

The lesson startedn today. After the long and becaemeour boring opening ceremony, we saw our chinese teacher. She let us each ask her a queation, but it has to be specific and not too private, during the process, she said she is 30 years old and has a 5-month old daughter. 奥格·曼狄诺曾经说过这样一句话“成功与失败的最大分别是来自不同的习惯。好习惯是开启成功的钥匙，坏习惯则是一扇向失败敞开的门。”这不禁让我想起《感动中国》这本书中鲁迅刻“早”的故事。鲁迅自幼聪颖勤奋，12岁时到三味书屋跟随寿镜吾老师学习，13岁时由于父亲长期患病，家里越来越穷。一次父亲病重，鲁迅一大早就去了当铺和药店，结果上学迟到了，被老师狠狠地骂了一顿。第二天，他早早地来到学样，在书桌的右上角用刀刻了一个“早”字，并许下诺言：以后一定要早起，不能再迟到了。正是这个“早”字，一直激励着鲁迅“时时早，事事早”，并使他最终成为一名伟大的文学家。

朱自清，大家并不陌生，他的散文《背影》、《荷塘月色》感动了一代又一代的读者。正如他在散文《匆匆》中所写的：“燕子去了，有再来的时候;杨柳枯了，有再青的时候;桃花谢了，有再开的时候。可我们的时间却一去永不复返!”朱自清勤奋惜时，如饥似渴地从书中汲取知识，才有了他在文学上的伟大建树。
