Every year, my school holds sports meeting in about September, I am very exciting about it, I can watch the wonderful game and dont have class. 自从这个寒假过后，我发觉运动对人类 是有很大的好处的，不知不觉，我喜欢上了运动。

我喜欢运动，因为运动能给我带来快乐，相信大家都听说过“我运动，我快乐”这句话吧！是啊，苏霍姆林斯基曾经说过：经常运动，不仅能发展身体的美和动作的谐和，而且能形成人的性格，锻炼意志力，经常运动，对工作，学习，心情都会带来一定的帮助。

镜头一 晴天之运动

在家里，每当阳光明媚的天气，我都会早早起床，穿好运动鞋，便开始我的晨练。我会一直沿着马路边慢慢地跑，曾有新闻报道过：某一初中的学生在老师带领下，不幸被车子压死了。这件事我也不是很清楚。不过，我会很小心的，安全的，好好的晨炼。

镜头二 雨天之运动

下雨天，我也会按时起床，从一楼跳阶梯跳到了楼，然后又单脚跳，这样反复循环。我会出一身汗，但还是蛮开心的。洗一把脸，舒服一下，便捧着我 那本 著作看起来。

镜头三 乡村之运动

这个春节，我是在奶奶家过的，虽然乡村中没有很好的运动场地，可在那里做每一件事都体现着在运动。无话可说，挑水的任务落在了我身上。.......

运动，对于每个人来说都很重要。2008年的奥运会即将在我们国家举行。希望我的13亿人口没个人都爱运动，为奥运会创建一个良好的氛围。在这里，忠心祝愿2008中国健儿成功。加油！！！

今天的天气有点阴沉，但我还是怀着激动的心情走进了校园。

一进校门，我就发现校园里多了好几面彩旗，彩旗随风飘扬，似乎在说："友谊第一，比赛第二。"校园里的同学们有的激动地看着四周，有的脸上挂着一丝灿烂的笑容，还有的高兴得合不拢嘴，好像想说："今天一定很有趣。"校园里播放着美妙的音乐，似乎也在为我们加油。

比赛马上就要开始了，选手们的心跳都加速了。观看的同学们一个个也都非常紧张，有的使劲抓紧了小拳头，似乎在说："加油啊！"；有的拿起"小巴掌"为集体加油助威；还有的眼睛睁得圆圆的，像颗黑葡萄，嘴巴张得大大的，像含着一块糖。只听裁判"啪"的一声枪响，我"嗖"的一声跑了出去，使劲地摆动着手臂，把棒传给了下一个同学，下一个同学一马当先的跑了出去，最精彩的是我们班的最后一棒的同学，当前一个同学把棒传给他时，他如同脱僵的野马一样向前冲去。其它同学也你追我赶，互不相让。

比赛结束了，最终我们班获得了接力赛第一名的好成绩。同学们高兴得欢呼雀跃，有的哈哈大笑，有的捂着嘴偷偷地笑，还有一个同学激动得都从桌子上掉了下来。

我喜欢运动会，因为它让我懂得了：生命在于运动；友谊第一、比赛第二；坚持就是胜利。

Every time when summer comes, I am so looking forward to summer vacation, because I can make many plans in the long vacation. Last summer, I spent a month to stay with my uncle and his family.

They live in the north. When I got there, I found the weather there was not that hot and I liked the coolness. In the daytime, my cousin and I played on the beach, because we lived near the beach. I would paint pictures and wait for the water to wash they away. Sometimes my uncle would take his boat with us. We floated on the sea and appreciated the beautiful nature.

This is the best summer for me. I wish I could have chances to spend some time with them again. I will never forget those happy days.

每当夏天来临的时候，我都很期待暑假，因为我可以在长假中制定很多计划。去年夏天，我花了一个月的时间和叔叔和他的家人住在一起。

他们住在北方。当我到达那里的时候，我发现那里的天气不是那么热，我喜欢凉爽。白天，我表妹和我在海滩上玩，因为我们住在海滩附近。我会画画，等待水把它们洗干净。有时我叔叔会带着他的船。我们漂洋过海，欣赏美丽的大自然。

对我来说，这是最好的夏天。我希望我能有机会再次和他貌度时光。我永远不会忘记那些快乐的日子。
