Children are the happiest ones during the Spring Festival, not only they

can have lots of companies but also they can have lucky money on the festival.

With the lucky money, they can do whatever they want, such as to set off the

firecrackers, wear new clothes, use their lucky money to buy the things they

want; this is the best part of the Spring Festival, isn’t it?

The Spring Festival is not only means the beginning of the brand-new year,

but also carrying the best wish of the people’s. We are hoping in the New Year

our wish will come true, our life will become better. Anyway, the most

meaningful thing of the Spring Festival is that we spend the time with the

family, the people we love and we know that’s all about.

Every people has his own idol, my favorite is Huo Jian Hua.Though he is very famous, but he never shares his own private life.He even doesnt have Micro blog.When the reporter asked him why, he answered that He doesnt like, to share many private things.In his opinion, the feeling of the life is private and has no necessity to share with others.He has a lovely daughter.When talking about his daughter, he hopes his daughter can be a happy people.And he wont give too much pressure to his daughter.When he goes out for making a motion picture,he doesnt need to bring many people.Because he thinks that he is a man, and doesnt need others special cares.And All known to us, he never receives his fans gifts.According to his word, he just does his job and is unnecessary to give him anything.

我从小就爱跑步，这种念想是源于对运动的热爱，对生命的珍惜，对快乐的`崇拜。

跑步前的准备是紧张的，在每一次迈开步子的时候，将全身的疲惫都抛在一边;跑步的过程是快乐的，这是跑步最吸引人的特质;跑步的结束是充盈的，享受每一滴汗水从额头到脸颊，这种感觉是惬意的，阳光的......

有一次，我去参加跑步比赛，可在400米得预赛中，我两腿像灌了铅一样艰难的移到起跑线上。一声响我们都像离弦的箭一样冲了出去，在我耳旁的风呼呼地吹着，果然不出我所料，还没跑完200米，我就精疲力竭了。直喘着气，肚子也开始疼了，身后的同学也一个连一个超过了我，我心想：不行，当最后一名多丢人啊!我就像热锅上的蚂蚁一般，可是身子就是不听使唤，反而越跑越慢了。

终于，就剩下最后100米了，我心里默默地喊着：我要坚持!我要坚持!我闭着眼睛奋力冲刺，超过了几个人，到了终点，和蔼可亲的老师走过来对我说：“好样的!”

我微微的笑了，我从来没有这么如释重负，也没有这么快乐过，虽然没有得到名次，但我也很自豪，因为我学会了坚持，懂得了超越自我，我现在才觉得，跑步也是这么的快乐。

友谊与关爱，快乐和奋斗，斗志和毅力，一切都在跑步的过程中表现着.延续着.传承着。

我爱跑步，我要一直爱下去!

我最喜欢的运动员是中国女排姑娘王一梅。

王一梅她胖胖的,身高1米91,我认为和我们班的李佳宸长的特别像,一笑起来都有两个甜甜的小酒窝,可爱极了!

王一梅姐姐不光可爱,而且还打球十分棒,她是世界排名第二的得分手,扣球力量大下手狠,有一次胖胖的一梅姐姐一个大力扣球一下把对方的运动员打倒了,那时我高兴的换欢呼,不停的为一梅姐姐加油,鼓掌!

俗话说:"人没有 十全十美的。"包括王一梅姐姐,她的技术还不够全面。奥运会中国女排和美国女排打时,美国女排领先,然后经过中国女排的奋力追赶比分追至,22比24(局点),正好是一梅姐姐发球,本以为一梅姐姐发一定会让对方来个狗吃屎,但是事情并没有我想像的那么顺利,而且把球发到界外,被美国女排把这局拿下了,第3局一梅姐姐还是关键时刻发球,这回为了避免上次的失误把球发的比原来又轻了点,啊!太轻了!正好没过网?!我真是为她可惜,着急。唉!一梅姐姐真是还需要加强和提高发球方面的技术。

但这些都掩盖不住王一梅的光芒,在奥运会中古女排争夺铜牌比赛中,王一梅成了全场最耀眼的明星,中国女排近一半的进攻都出自王一梅一人之手成为全场比赛最佳得分手,为中国女排立下汗马功劳。

一梅姐姐潜力无穷,加油!我永远支持你!

我比较喜欢运动，尤其是打羽毛球。我运动，所以我阳光。

平时，我早上会在6点左右起床，然后下去跑操，至少三圈，吸一下新鲜的空气，这样精神了，吃饭也会很香，上学或现在做作业，都很精神好多了。

我最喜欢的是打羽毛球。爸爸常对我说，打羽毛球不仅仅是锻炼人，而且能做到“准、狠、快”，就能让对方防不胜防，也能让对方佩服的五体投地。就能感受到很多的道理。

我觉得爸爸说得很对。有时我按爸爸教的方法打，爸爸也没法招架呢。有的时候，爸爸也用这种方法把球打来，我快速的过去，在球快要落地的时候起死回生的把球给救了起来，哈，爸爸也输了。

这个方法就是我赶紧往上一挑，便会把要落地的球给挑向对方，再加上从你想不到的方向过去，打对方一个措手不及。准赢。所以我们最近经常下去练习。而且我打的越来越好了。

当然，这个赢球的秘密，我只告诉你噢。

对我印象最深的一点是，我有时会拉几下单杠，当然只是吊下手臂。最长的时间是36秒。有一次爸爸给我做示范，坚持了179秒。把手拉的直抖，手指也白了。爸爸接着鼓励我：儿子，你要对自己有信心。相信你也行的。

我一听就暗暗下决心，就试试吧，免得爸爸又要批评我了。

第一次我坚持了45秒。有门。我自我鼓励了一下自己（此处可以有掌声）。我第二次继续坚持着。“好，儿子，48……53，好，儿子，坚持。66、67、68、69。太棒了。儿子！”啊？连我自己也不敢相信，我可以坚持这么久（掌声持久中）。

我觉得学习也和打羽毛球一样，用“准、狠、快”三字诀，学习也能学好。你看，对自己“狠”一点，就是严格一点；“准”一点，就是保质保量的把当天学习和事情当天完成；“快”就是不拖拉，做作业时不玩，看题时看准，方法思路对。

“你们中间谁敢和我比赛？来吧，挑战我。哎哟，敢突袭我？看球……”哈哈，原来我在梦中也在练球呢。

你可别笑我。说不定，未来的羽毛球冠军，就是俺呢。谁让俺这么喜欢运动，这么喜欢打羽毛球呢？
