我在跑步时，都会试着用脚尖跑，因为用脚尖跑，会跑得快些。每当要跑步时，我都会事先做一些准备运动。这次，我参加运动会，在为运动会做训练时，我专训练跑步。预备姿势，摆臂，步伐都加强训练。“各就位，预备，咆!”同学喊，让我训练反应能力。我以着运动员永不摧毁的精神与执着，反复地练习，一次又一次……累得汗流浃背。
