when I get to primary school, I have more and more knowledge to learn.

Gradually, my desk cant put any more learning supplies on it. My grandfather

has changed a big desk for me. At the beginning, I like it very much. But I

forget the good habits I have developed gradually. When I go home, no matter the

table or the small one Dinner table, as long as I dont put anything in it, has

become the place where I do my homework. My mother criticized me many times.

Sometimes I think why Im lazy now. I think Im too relaxed. Later, Ill pick up

my good habits gradually. Ill try my best....

俗话说：”生命在于运动“，可见运动对于生命是多么的重要。我也喜欢运动，而我最喜欢的运动项目便是打羽毛球。

今年暑假的一个夜晚，我和朋友约好去检察院打羽毛球，对于这一刻，我已经等了很久了，今天如愿以偿能去打羽毛球，我高兴万分。一路上，我一直都在想着用什么方式去打才好，以让我大显身手。

到了检察院，我们自信满满地拿起羽毛球拍，大摇大摆地向大厅走去，丝毫没有害怕对方。比赛开始了，我首先发球，用力向上一抛，眼睛注视着球，判断好位置，使劲一拍，球呈抛物线飞向对方那边，对方也不是吃素的，他老早就聚精会神地盯着羽毛球了。首先，他向右移了几步，将球拍挥至身体右侧，卯足了劲儿，虽然球是重重地砸在了球框上，但是球仍然飞到较远处。而我呢，早已判断好了球的走向，但是球飞得不怎么远，我只能快速地向前冲去，可球已经落得很低了，已经接近了地面，眼前就要死了，幸好，我急中生智，平衡地将向上一托，球弹得老高，接着猛地将球打向对面，这下，我才松了一口气。由于对方以为球已经落地了，得意洋洋，再轻松地挥挥球拍，却没想到这个球竟然起死回生了，并且现在已经非常接近对方了，还好对方第一时间跳了起来，但是球就是甩着小顽皮，竟然是擦着球框出了底线，多么可惜啊!而我却高兴得一蹦三尺高，没想到这个球帮助我反败为胜，这难道是幸运女神在眷顾我吗?

经过今天激烈的羽毛球竞争赛，让我明白了运动不仅能带来健康，还能带来快乐、幸福以及一些深刻的道理……
