回忆起小时候，还只能骑四轮车时，就想学骑两轮、“真正”的脚踏车，妈妈就笑我：“还不会爬就想飞!”我听了觉得很不服气，于是下定决心，一定要学会骑单车！但是，日子一天天过去了，我还是没能像堂哥一样，骑着单车冲到爷爷的农田旁。直到有一天，爸爸带全家到河堤旁骑车，我们到了篮球场，爸爸说要当“临时教练”，教我骑单车。在我上车后，爸爸稳稳的扶着单车后面，我慢慢的`骑着骑着，他忽然用力一推！我惊恐的大叫：“啊！爸~爸!”但是奇迹似的，我竟然没跌下来!我兴奋的叫着：“耶!我会骑了呢！”之后回到家里，我既开心又兴奋的心情久久都未能减退。直到现在，我还记忆犹新呢！

经过这次的经验，我就爱上了“骑脚踏车”这项运动。骑脚踏车时，那微风徐徐的吹在脸上、身上，感觉好棒啊！尤其是在乡间小路上，会有一股清新的香味，只要深吸一口气，就会感到全身舒畅呢！

运动，可以使身心健康，多运动，还可以增强抵抗力！如果有一天，我拥有了自己的脚踏车，我一定会天天骑着它，到处去游玩。从现在开始，我要多多运动！
