“请参加丙组100米决赛的运动员到点名处报名!通知再播一遍：请……”喇叭里传来了声音。我连忙来到点名处报了名。预赛我顺利通过，决赛开始了，我站在第一道，只听裁判员喊：“预备~~~”“砰”发令抢一响运动员们都像离弦的箭一样冲了出去，一开始我就保持领先，突然，我听见后面传来了脚步声，我用眼睛的余光一扫，发现一位运动员追了上来，我立即加快脚步，她仍在后面紧追不舍，看来只能在最后冲刺搏一搏了。10米.5米...…离重点越来越近了，我猛得一冲......啊!我赢了!我终于赢了!我终于实现了这个愿望。同学们都冲上来为我喝彩。我心里不知有多激动。

现在，我已成为班上的运动健将，经常在比赛中取得名次，我也发现我越来越离不开跑步，跑步已成为我的爱好，成为我生活中不可缺少的一部分。

认识你，是在一年前。我不知道你是不是也认识我。那时候，我们不曾说话。那时候，我们彼此不了解。可是我不知道是不是命运在跟我开玩笑，只是那一眼，却让我喜欢上你。

那一天，我从学校的楼梯走过，你穿着T恤牛仔裤布鞋从下往上看了我一眼。四眼相撞。顿时，我觉得心跳漏了一拍，呼吸变得有点急促，脸蛋也开始热乎乎的。我别过头，告诉自己不可以，可是感觉却在心里悄悄萌发。从那一天以后我每次见到你都会心跳加速。也许，命运真的在跟我开玩笑。

后来，我们在网上认识了。很聊得来，也很有话题。我开始怀疑我是不是喜欢上你了。可是我不敢确定，也不想确定，我怕我真的喜欢你喜欢到无法自拔。没几天后，她们都说我肯定喜欢上你了。我也开始慢慢相信。然后我向你表白，可是很明显的你不喜欢我。

你接受了我，可是你是因为不想伤害我才接受我的。那天晚上我哭了，不知所措地哭了。我们在一起没多久你就说分手了，你说还是做普通朋友吧。我又哭了，可是还是答应你。从那以后我整天缠着你，你也没说什么讨厌我之类的话。我一直很自作多情地认为你心里对我是有感觉的。可是我发现每次你都躲着我。我开始发现我错了，原来你根本就不喜欢我，就算一点点感觉都没有。

我开始变得堕落，哭泣，喝酒，自残，每一次都是为了你。眼泪不知流过多少，每次喝酒都喝得烂醉，然后开始发神经，就连手臂上三十几道伤疤也是我为了你故意自残的。她们都说我傻，劝我放下你，我说如果说放下就能放下那我早就放下了。

再后来，你接受了她，喜欢你的她。而她却是我的姐妹。我很失望，也很难过。看着你们幸福我开始逃避，我不想面对你，更不想面对她。她却总是以一种胜利者的高姿态来对待我。我一次又一次地哭泣，她们都说你不值得我这样，她们都说我傻。

那一天，你生日。她在学校里当着一大群人的面跟你说生日快乐。

可是我什么都不能做，我躲在学校的角落里一个人哭，她们又劝我放下。我什么都没说，只是静静地哭，哭到上课。那天晚上，我们去你家帮你庆祝生日，她坐在你旁边。不，应该说是你坐在她旁边。我喝了很多酒，不过没醉。唱生日歌的时候她起头，然后我们鼓掌。我在一旁使劲忍着不让眼泪掉下来。他们在一旁起哄叫她亲你，我听了眼泪马上就掉下来了，我慌忙擦掉，幸好你们都没有看到。我突然觉得我很傻。那天晚上回去后我很累所以很早就睡着了。和你发信息没回。第二天跟你说对不起我昨天晚上睡着了，你说没关系，然后我们就这样也没再说话。

我很喜欢跑步。每当在电视里看到运动员们在跑步时英姿飒爽的身影时，我就觉得跑步特别的酷。

在我第一次跑步的时候，我只感到一阵风与我擦肩而过。跑了一会儿，风越变越大，直到我的身旁传来了“呼——呼”的声音时，我才停了下来，发现自己已经汗如雨下了。这时，我体会到了“汗水一淌多愉快”这句话的感觉。后来，作业越来越多了，我就很少跑过步了。然而，这样的困难并没有打消我跑步的念头，一有时间我还是会去跑步的，享受那种在风间穿梭的愉快感觉。

对于我来说，跑步不只是一种运动，还是一种发泄情绪的方式。有一次，我考了一百分，在回家的路上，我沿着小路狂奔，把来接我的外公外婆都忘了。这时，我高兴极了，风也发出了“哦——哦——”的声音，好像在配合我一起欢呼呢！还有一次，我的太公公去世了，我伤心极了，走的时候我是奔出去的。这时的风声变成“呜——呜——”的哀嚎声，好像在哭泣。一种悲伤的情绪在我心里蔓延了开来。

第一种玩法叫“锁尼”。我们打乒乓球，都是第一个球没有手感，第二个球还没有手感，第三个球就有手感了。如果四个人，我们就玩“锁尼”，什么意思呢？意思就是从四个人中选出两个人打乒乓球，第一个球如果有一个人赢了，则打赢了的那个人从剩下的两个人中选出一个人来成为一队，我们叫它A队，输了的那个人就和剩下的最后一个人成为一个一队，我们叫它B队。第二个球是从A、B两队里各选出一个人来打，如果有一个人赢了，他就要选择生死。生，就代表A队中的一个人被打输了，和他一队的那个队友，又把B队的一个人打输了，然后A队里已经被锁的人就复活了，而B队中输掉的一个人就被锁了起来。死，就代表A队中输掉的一个队员被B队的队员锁里面了，就永远被锁了起来，不能复活。

这个玩法很好玩，有的被锁里面了，想出来的话就要让你的队友加油，这考验的是队友之间的团结和默契。在这个游戏中我学会了和队友团结。当我的队友被对方锁起来时，我心里很着急，我需要更努力去拼打，把自己的队友给救出来，当队友得救的时候，我心里激动得就像中了大奖一样。

第二个玩法叫“争庄”。如果是三个人玩，第一个人和第二个人打，看谁输谁赢。我们玩的这个游戏就是“争庄”。如果其中一个赢了，他就要和第三个人打；如果还是这个人赢，还和第一个输的人打，得让第二个人发球，如果还是第二个人输了，就要让第三个人和第一个人打；如果第三个人赢了，第一和第三个人就要再打三个球，如果还是第三个人赢，那么第三个人就是庄主了，两外两位称作挂号的人。如果庄主发球，挂号的那个人接住了球，那个人就应该让给另外一个挂号的人打。在游戏中，我一做庄主，基本上要和另外的人打20分钟才会下来。

在这个游戏中，需要你有恒心、毅力。当你做上了庄主的时候，又被另一个人打了下来，你不要沮丧，不要放弃，这时你要更加努力，振作起来，把他打下来。在这个过程中，我不能输了就着急，要心静如水才会赢的几率更高一点儿。

乒乓球运动不但对我锻炼眼力有益，还对我身体健康有好处，还让我变的聪明，还能考验我的耐心，还有拼搏精神，所以我毫不犹豫地就喜欢上了它。

今年暑假，四中搬了几个乒乓球桌，我每做完作业，就约人去打，一天下午，太阳快要下山了，天气还是很热，我们一到操场，就飞快的去占乒乓球桌，首先，我们分成两组打，第一局，我发了一个旋球，对方没接着，后来对方以3比1把我们打下去了，我就琢磨着，怎样才能打败对方呢?于是，我改变了策略：我发了一个左边的角球，对方没接住，他以为我还会发左边的角球，把左边严密防守，哪知我甩他，我发了个短球，他防不胜防，又没接住。我又发了个旋球，又发了个长子，使对方招架不住。“我赢了”。我一蹦三尺高。

在以后的日子里，我越来越喜欢乒乓球了，因为它可以锻炼我的身体，乒乓球是我最喜欢的一项体育运动!
