这要从我很小的时候说起，从小我跑步就特别慢，一直比不上其他人，被别人嘲笑。从此以后，我就下定了决心要超越他们。

每天早晨，我就早早的起了床，到小区里去训练跑步。有的时侯一练就是好几个小时，不停不息的练习。但只要想到其他人都比我跑的快时，说我跑的和蜗牛一样慢，我心想：我一定要坚持下去，不能气馁，要超越他们。“我便信心百倍，充满了无限的力量，不再感受到疲倦。

日复一日，过了很长很长的时间，等到我再次和朋友们比赛跑步时，竟取得了第一名。朋友们都很钦佩我，不敢再嘲笑我了，问我到底是怎么做到的。这时，我心里感受到很快乐。我自豪地对他们说：“只要不放弃，世界上就没有难事是做不成的。“从此我热喜欢上了跑步，一有空的时候我就会到小区里练习一下跑步，锻炼身体。

有一天，上体育课的时候，老师让我们两个人两个人的来比赛跑步，我和一个平时跑步很快的人来比赛跑步。别提我心里有多么的紧张了，以前一直跑不过他，我觉得我根本就跑不过他。比赛开始了，我明显落后他一节，我慢慢的追上了他，我们不相上下，最后时刻，我一咬牙，直线冲刺，我赢了，我赢了，我真的成功了，就连老师都说我跑的快呢!我听了心里美滋滋的!

大家都要多多锻炼身体，这样就能变得更加健康。我喜欢跑步，我相信大家也一定会喜欢上跑步的。

运动会虽然已经过去了一个星期，但那些精彩感人的画面，依然不时地浮现在我的眼前。

看，开幕式表演上，我们班上一声声“哈”振奋人心，这可是包含了我们辛辛苦苦的汗水才换来的呀！回想起几个星期前，这偌大的操场上，只有我们班在那儿训练，嗓子哑了，没有问题；手臂抬不平了，坚持下去；汗水太多，擦一擦。无论多么艰辛，我们都会坚持下去，因为梦一直支撑着我们！

1500米的红色跑道上，王楠的腿伤又复发了，可以看得出他忍受痛苦，他在坚持比赛。看到他坚持比赛的样子，我想对他说一声：“王楠，好样的！加油，你是我们心中的英雄。”他为了班级的荣誉，没有放弃自己的比赛，而是坚持下去。虽然他没有获得名次，但我们依然为他鼓掌，为他喝彩。

4×100是一个考验团队合作能力的时刻，呐喊声，加油声响彻整个操场的上方。这是一场团队之间的之间的考验。加油，拼尽自己的全力吧！“我们虽然没有别人的辉煌成绩，但我们一定会尽力的。”队员们这样说。“放心，我一定会为你们加油的！即使输了也不要太怪自己，我们来做你们坚强的后盾。”同学们这样说。在那跑道上，我们都兑现了自己的承诺。

在我们的眼里，一年中最令人期待的就是运动会了。好不容易盼来了这个学期的运动会，我肯定也要参加比赛。

运动会开幕式举行完毕后，运动会正式开始。每项比赛都紧张的进行着，时不时的从操场的一边传来阵阵欢呼声。下午，终于轮到六年级学生的比赛了。我先来到跳远比赛的场地。只见别的班的人很快的跑起来，然后纵身一跃，哇！我惊呆了！别班的选手竟然跳得那么远！我有点为我班的选手担心了，在巨大的压力下，她们，还能成功吗？当然，在这里胡思乱想是没有用的，我接着看比赛。我班的选手也跑的很快，但是跳的不是很远，结果只得了个第三名。不过没关系，失败是成功之母嘛！下次继续努力！

接着，我又去看了很多比赛。渐渐地，运动会临近了尾声。最后一个比赛——4×100米接力跑即将拉开序幕，我也是其中的一员。我负责的是最后一棒。去年，我们班只拿到了第三名，今年，我一定要突破第三的名次！随着一声枪响，比赛开始！四个班的第一、二、三棒速度不相上下。只见我班的第三棒握着接力棒，奋力朝我跑来。当接力棒递到我面前的时候，竟然紧张的接不住接力棒，好几次都差点掉到地上。一整手忙脚乱后，我终于稳稳地拿住了接力棒，尽力向前冲去。耶！第一名。我突破了自我！这真令人开心！

无论成功或是失败，无论欢笑或是泪水，我们都忘不了这充满奋斗的一天！这次的运动会，真让人难忘！

运动有很多种，例如：游泳、爬山、跑步、棒球、打桌球、冲浪……等，而我最喜爱的运动就是爬山。

我之所以喜爱爬山是因为，爸爸以前带我试过很多种的运动，因为我喜欢大自然的美景，所以爸爸很累，可是去那里不但空气好、交通方便、回去又不会很晚，所以我一直是观音山长久以来的顾客。

爬山虽然不用做体操，但一定要小心有蛇和其他不知名的动物，如果是去爬难爬的山，一定要拿登山拐杖，以免受伤，还有不要在下雨过后上山运动，因为场地湿滑，很容易就踩到水滑倒了。爬山还要多人同行，如果被蛇咬到还有人可以打电话，而且去爬山也可以享受大自然的美妙!

我第一次爬山时很累，爬到路边时，我看到小松鼠在树枝间寻找食物，真是可爱。途中，气温热热的，强烈的太阳照到我们，还好有树荫遮住那强烈的太阳，变温暖 的阳光。爬到一伴我就已经气喘如牛了，我还看到美丽的小花，摇摆的的小草，还有新鲜的空气，真是美妙的大自然啊，爬到山顶时，我已经大汗淋漓、感到全身舒 畅。爬到山顶可以和家人一起野餐，一起享受快乐的一天，希望大家可以踊跃来爬山，让身体更健康!

运动有很多种，而我喜欢的却只有少数，例如：打羽毛球、骑脚踏车、打篮球、走路……等，但却有人说我喜欢打篮球，很不像女生。这些运动里，我最喜欢的就是“骑脚踏车”了，虽然我没有自己的脚踏车，也只能在回乡下时骑，但它还是我最喜欢的运动。

回忆起小时候，还只能骑四轮车时，就想学骑两轮、“真正”的脚踏车，妈妈就笑我：“还不会爬就想飞!”我听了觉得很不服气，于是下定决心，一定要学会骑单车！但是，日子一天天过去了，我还是没能像堂哥一样，骑着单车冲到爷爷的农田旁。直到有一天，爸爸带全家到河堤旁骑车，我们到了篮球场，爸爸说要当“临时教练”，教我骑单车。在我上车后，爸爸稳稳的扶着单车后面，我慢慢的`骑着骑着，他忽然用力一推！我惊恐的大叫：“啊！爸~爸!”但是奇迹似的，我竟然没跌下来!我兴奋的叫着：“耶!我会骑了呢！”之后回到家里，我既开心又兴奋的心情久久都未能减退。直到现在，我还记忆犹新呢！

阳光明媚的春天里，星期六早晨，我怀着愉快的心情来的学校，因为今天是学校一年一度的春季运动会，盼望的心情一触即发，同学们的心情也更加激动。

我们穿着蓝黄相间的校服，踏着强而有力的步伐，来到了操场上，第一个项目是广播操比赛。我们用最好看的动作完成了比赛，接下来就是各个项目的测试了，虽然有点紧张，但激动地心情盖住了紧张，于是我发挥的很不错。

吃过午饭，正准备下楼跑四百米，可我却直哆嗦，生怕自己跑不到优秀。可开始跑了，紧张的心情完全消失了，心中只有快乐，这使我跑得更快，我像一支离弦的箭一般冲了出去，可旁边的同学也不甘示弱，他们的速度是如疾风快如闪电，似乎附近景物化成一片虚影，淡淡烟雾中，只见我们这几个运动员像万马奔腾之势，冲向前方，迅雷不及掩耳之势，有个同学像一头健壮的小鹿，一股气的冲向终点，我也不甘示弱，咬紧牙关冲向终点。

四百米测完了，马上我们迎来了团队合作性的接力跑项目接力棒，这可是我们学校一年一度的传统。运动员们依旧是抱着必胜的态度进行比赛的。随着裁判员的一声哨响，第一个队员冲了出去他的速度是如疾风快如闪电，可别的班的同学也是紧追不舍呀!轮到我了，心怦怦的跳着，当我接过接力棒时，脚下像生了风似，立马冲出去，速度很快，但五十米却像跑一千米那样漫长，跑到了!我立刻伸出手来，把接力棒准确无误地叫在了女生的手上。我们用尽了自己最大的力气跑，但还是倒数第一，我们不灰心，争取下次跑到第一名。

时间飞逝，运动会结束了，接力赛对我们来说是一幅永远也结束不了的画，我们吸收了这次的教训，下次一定行!

运动能治疗各种疾病，让人们身体健康；还能美化身材，胖的人减肥，瘦的人健壮，当然我的目标是能让我快快长高。可是坚持跑步后，我发现它能带给大家的远不止这些，还能消除人们的各种烦恼，带给大家无穷的快乐。

Planes and ships transported the Olympic torch to each country that lies between Greece and the host country. The most exciting moment of the Olympic ceremony was when the torch entered the stadium and lit the Olympic Flame. The Flame was kept burning until the end of the Olympic games.

Who is your favourite person? I like Zhang Yining best. She is a famous ping-pong player. Now I will tell you something about her.

Zhang Yining was born on October 5, 1982 in Beijing. When she was 6, she began to play ping-pong. In 1991, she joined the provincial table-tennis team. In 1993, she entered the national team. She always worked hard, and she never gave up. So at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, she won the gold medal of Womens Singles. It was the hundredth gold medal that China got at the Olympic Games. Before this, she and Wang Nan won a gold medal together. She was the third player who obtained two gold medals at the same Olympics in ping-pong. Before her, only Deng Yaping and Wang Nan could do that.

So I think she is very great. We are all proud of her. We should learn from her. Dont you think so?

更多地，我会一头扎进书的海洋，呼吸着书店、图书馆特有的那种书香的气味，感受漫步书海的乐趣。钻进历史的海洋，我会为秦始皇焚书坑儒的举动而激愤，为霸王别姬的悲惨而落泪，为诸葛亮“出师未捷身先死”扼腕叹息；漫步文学的殿堂，我渐渐体会到宝钗的无奈、黛玉的才华，体会到玛丽的倔强、科林的孱弱，体会到余秋雨的“晨雨初听”、钱钟书的“围城”……

我最喜欢的休闲活动和运动种类五花八门，包括打篮球、打棒球、打羽球、下棋和看书，其中我最喜欢的就是打篮球。

篮球是一种很棒的运动，他不但可以培养团队默契，还可以训练思维能力。当我在快攻时，感觉就像正在急速飞翔的老鹰;当我在投球时，会幻想自己是英勇的王子。篮球不仅是要有天生的优势­──身高够高，更重要的是能团队合作。

还记得有一次，我和姐姐一组，哥哥自己一组，本来我都和姐姐单打独斗，所以落后很多分。后来，我送出好几次的助攻才追平分数。这件事情让我深深的体会到，篮 球是非常需要团队合作的精神。打篮球也不能横冲直撞，必须要有速度的转换，还要有战略技巧，更重要的是队友间彼此的信任和合作。

我非常喜爱篮球，假日时，我会和家人到住家附近打篮球，爸爸充当我的临时教练，教我基本的投篮技巧。下课时，我也会和同学一起练球，十分快乐。篮球使我和家人、同学间的感情更加融洽，所以，篮球不只是我的最爱，更是我纾解压力的最佳伙伴。

我喜欢的事情很多很多，但是我最喜欢的还是跑步。

我之所以喜欢跑步，因为我小时候，很容易生病。还有一个原因是，跑起来很爽很快，感觉像飞一样。夏天跑步让我觉得很凉快，而且我每一次参加运动会都参加60米跑步的比赛。不过老师临时给我加了一个400米跑步，这一次运动会，老师说：“你能跑400米吗?”我说：“我会尽力的。”

我还记得上一次运动会，我叫同学帮我加油，同学说行，比赛开始了，我跑在最前面，之后一直领先。快到终点的时候，我看见老师和妈妈在终点的两边为我加油，于是我越跑越快，一下子冲到了终点，但我有一个同学也跑了200米，她跑得比我快，于是她得了第一，我得了第二。

我现在为了400米跑第一，每天起的很早，连休息的时间都用来在阳台上联系跑步，因为我怕我跑一半就跑不动了。
