败”的左前方，只见她一个前扑，将球送了回来。咦，这么刁的球都能接过来，能力蛮不错吗！我心中暗想，就在我注意力不集中的时候，羽毛球已像离弦之箭，朝我飞来，结结实实地砸在我的脑门上。哎哟，我捂着砸痛的脑门蹲了下来，心想这下丢人可丢到家了，再看“东方不败”，笑得嘴角快咧到耳朵根了。

第三球的较量开始了，双方都像整装待发的武士，表情严肃。这次由她发球，球像箭一样弹了过来，我立刻回了过去，“东方不败”也豪不松懈，球拍一挥，挡了回来，我们你一拍，我一拍，球或如行云流水，或如急风骤雨，在我们之间穿梭。突然，“东方不败”给我来了一低险的球，我情急之下，跨出一个大箭步，来了一招“海底捞月”，将球挑到她的后场。“东方不败”本来以为她可以一招致置我于死地，可她没想到我会回了过去，连忙想来一个扣杀，但由于准备不足，一个趔趄，摔倒了。耶，我赢了！在回家的路上，“东方不败”对我说“你可要记住，胜不骄，败不馁”。

我赢了这场羽毛球比赛，同时也领悟了一个深刻的道理：谦虚使人进步，骄傲使人落后!

今天，要上体育课同学们非常高兴，因为我爱运动所以同学们给我取了个称号――运动王子。

要赛跑，我太高兴了，老师口哨一吹，我飞快地跑起来一下子超过了前面5位同学，我第二个到终点，第一个到终点的是班长，要运动会了，我参加了田径队，我们在起跑线上，裁判一枪令下，我像闪电一样飞跑出云获得了第一名，我高兴极了，过了几周，我又喜欢上了篮球，我最喜欢站在线外投3分球，有时能投进去。

我带着我心爱的篮球，上了比赛场，我快速地投了一个3分球一小时过去我们以优势的成绩赢了他们获得了第一名。

我又喜欢上了足球，他们都说我的守门技术高，每次都接得住人家的球，让别队无机可乘。

今天，我们到市里打比赛，我接住人家的球，但是，我们队每次都射门，我们以10个球优势赢了，我们非常高兴，我回到家里躺在床上想有什么失误，后面加以改正。

第二天，我来到了他们的队里跟他们道歉，他们不理会我，我那天闷闷不乐的回到家里。

过了一天，又要打比赛了，他们又用同样的方法，可是他们没有上当，这次我们败了，我们非常不高兴，我们想一定是有人告了密。于是，我们跟原来打比赛的队员，大战了一场，结果都两败俱伤，龙其是我们伤亡惨重，我们痛苦而气愤的回到了家我不明白为什么，会闹出这样一件事来，不明白但是我非常高兴！

我最喜欢的运动是游泳。

我学习游泳是因为我觉得游泳好玩.第一节课时,我还戴着背浮、打腿板和水袖，第二节课时，我就可以不拿打腿板了，可是我的动作不好了，教练严厉地对我说：“你怎么动作做不好呢?是收、翻、蹬、夹、停，你怎么不停呢?”我非常气愤，心想：这不是存心挑我毛病吗?后来教练又鼓励我，叫我每天睡觉前练一次，我练习了一次又一次，终于练会了。教练先让我只戴背浮，不是我自吹自擂，我游得真的很棒，教练又让我只戴水袖，我游得也不错。我主动提出要什么都不戴自己游一圈，教练竟然八答应了。没想到，我游得很棒，还和教练击掌“耶”了一下，我的努力真是没有白费啊!

我学会了游泳，我好开心啊!

我们奔跑，我们跳跃，我们呐喊，我们喜悦！我们站在塑胶操场，我们的动作舒展流畅，我们的心中透着活力无限！

1500米的英姿飒爽，我会铭记。他不平凡，他的耐力令人难以置信，他的名字了朗朗上口，臧远翔，你是我们心目中的英雄。发令枪生响起，当你跑过看台时，2011级3班沸腾了，原是吃零食的，玩手机的，听音乐的，霎那间静止了。那一声声加油！那一股股士气！你的名字腾空嘹亮，大家的呐喊声是你奋进的动力。

后来两圈，你累了。双腿如同灌了铅一样沉重，可看见那飘扬的红绸，满心的荣誉感驱使着不能停下来，你不忍看见大家饱含希望的目光淡然，你不想看见同学们的加油声淡然，你在努力，大家的欢呼雀跃，勾勒了一幅美丽的风景画。

回忆起了你们练习军体拳的团结，回忆起来我们在一起宣誓的诺言，兄弟们，我们的友谊比天高比海阔；姐妹们，我们的海誓山盟永久存。

你努力了，便是最好的。

3班，我们在一起，彼此永不分离。

生命在于运动，这是大家都知道的道理。我们的祖先为了生存下去，每天在不停地为生活打猎获取食物，这些项目逐渐演变为今天我们的运动项目。

我喜欢运动是跳绳。因为跳绳可以使我们的身体保持健康，感到快乐，欢笑。体育课班级进行跳绳比赛，老师让我们一分钟能跳多少就多少。我跳绳时非常快，身子如燕般轻盈地上上下下，如同被包裹在彩色的光圈里一般。绳子美妙的在空中划出了个弧度，绳舞蹁跹，若隐若现。跳绳在我手上，一会变成单脚跳，一会变成单脚换跳、双脚并跳、双脚空中前后与摆布分跳等姿势。努力!我给我自己设定了一个目标，130下。在我自己的呼喊下，我一次次的增高跳绳的次数，50下…80下…100下…当跳到100时，我就觉得没有力气了，为了完成目标，我最后还是坚持着。目标让我有了坚强的勇气。眼看离我的目标越来越近，绳子突然不小心打到了我的脸上，我感到一种火辣辣的疼痛，为了完成目标我告诉自己要坚持住!若是我能够坚持下去的话，就成了班上的首榜了。坚持就是胜利的道理。绳子在空中上下翻飞，弧圈酿成了一个圈，150下，谁都不敢相信。

通过跳绳这件事情，我让自己明白了一个道理，任何事情只要你肯努力了，坚持到底，没有困难能挡住你的决心没有做不到的事情。

“运动对人的身体有很大的帮助，还有很大的好处”我想确实是这样的，如果每天都参加运动或者活动，那么就能够有强健的身体，每天快乐的生活，还有旺盛的精力投入学习中!每天锻炼一小时，健康生活50年，幸福生活一辈子。说起来容易，做起来不容易，为了美好的明天一定要坚强做到。

A week ago， my best friend gave me a lovely cat. I love it very much. It is special. Its fur is black not yellow. So I call it little black. It has the same taste with me. We all like eating fish. So， after it comes to my home， nearly every meal will appear fish. I like playing with it. It always makes me laugh. Every morning， it will wake me up. It brings much happiness for me.
