currently,my school is launching an activity whose theme is that actions change the world to advocate the low carbon living.

in the activity,we are required to go to school or some other place by bike or by foot as much as possible instead of by bus.and when the christmas comes,sending e-greeting cards instead of tridional cards of which are made of wood as we know.besides,we should use both sides of every piece of paper and we should save water as well as electricity.

i believe that only we do thus can we have a better living environment.

Work and play do not contradict each other; in fact, they complement each other. As the saying goes, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." A life burdened with work leads you nowhere, for you would get tired and bored with your daily routine work. On the other hand, proper recreation will relieve the tension and discomfort of our monotonous life because it offers you various ways to let out your pent-up emotions.

What I usually do to relax after school is jogging and seeing movies. Usually I dont spare time for exercise, but I value the physical education class at school. Jogging several rounds in the field certainly relieves the days pressure. On weekends, Ill catch the morning movie for my visual enjoyment. I feel revived and energetic for another weeks work-load.

放学之后，我最常做的休闲活动，便是慢跑与看电影。通常我并不特地拨出时间来做运动，但是我很重视学校的体育课。在操场上慢跑几圈，无疑地可以减轻一天的压力。在周末时，我都去看早场电影，享受视觉飨宴。如此一来，我将有如再生般的充沛活力，去面对下一星期的工作量。

每个人都有自己喜欢的体育运动，因为体育运动对我们小朋友的身体健康起很重要的作用。

老师们、同学们！你们肯定不知道我喜欢的运动项目是什么吧？那就让我来告诉你们吧！我喜欢的体育运动项目有跆拳道、街舞、跑步、滑冰、蛙式滑板、弹跳杆、自行车、空竹、悠悠球、羽毛球、乒乓球。。。。。。非常非常的多。

今天我们西湖小学三个校区的同学一起到黄龙体育中心开运动会。

早上7：00坐车出发，一路上，我们笑声不断，一会儿的功夫，就到达了目的地——黄龙体育中心。我们一下车就看见入口处已经有很多班的同学聚集在那里了，踌进体育馆，一眼就看见了一个大操场，足有我们学校的好几培大呢！操场四周是看台，看台上有数不完的椅子。我们在老师的带领下找到了坐的地方，放下东西就到了后场练习第一个项目——入场式了。不久后，就正式入场了！当我们迈着整齐的步伐经过主席台时，齐声高喊口号：锻炼身体，增强体质，努力拼搏，争创第一！同时，我们班还派出四个溜冰的同学，他们二个一组，分别拿着两条彩带在队伍的二侧，这样队伍显得更美了！入场式之后，进行了广播操比赛，比赛的时候，我们穿着整齐的校服，虽然，没有得到名次，但我们努力了。上午，举行了很多单项比赛，其中，男子400米跑步是最精彩得了，我们班由陆易、金鑫、和吴文涛三人参加，比赛时，解放军叔叔一声令下，队员们像闪电一般地冲了出去，陆易一直遥遥领先，他像脚下踩了风一样！他得了第一名。当他回到看台上时，我们都对他说：“你真棒！”金鑫和吴文涛表现也很出色。在下午的比赛中，我们班又取得了好成绩。在比赛时，在看台上的同学也很忙，不仅要为运动员们加油，而且还要写稿子，把运动会上每一个精彩的时刻都写下来。

这次运动会我们班拿了很多奖状，我相信，明年我运动会上，会有更出色的表现的！

我是一个很爱运动的人,不管是跑步还是跳绳,我都很喜爱.

我最爱的运动是骑脚踏车,因为骑脚踏车可以带我四处逛逛,欣赏美丽的景致,全家人一起骑脚踏车的经验,我仍然回味无穷.

我们还住在台中的时候,爸爸星期日会带全家人到中兴大学骑脚踏车,每当看到路旁有许多遍布花卉的绿园道时,我就知道目的地到了.虽然一路上骑得很辛苦,也曾经想放弃过,但坚持下去.骑到终点的那忠诚较感是没有人能够体会的!!

但是,骑脚踏车也是有危险的,有一次我和哥哥在住家附近骑脚踏车,我们决定比赛谁先绕完三圈,一开始,我和哥哥互有领先,后来我叫超越哥哥,先到了终点.等了许久,还没见到哥哥的踪影,心想:会不会发生甚么事了?我马上回头去找哥哥,竟然看到他跌坐在地上,膝盖和手腕都擦伤流血,我赶紧扶他起来,带他回家.后来才知道,哥哥因为骑太快,被地上的小石头绊倒了,经过这件事情之后,我再也不敢骑车竞速了,这件事情也让我了解到:骑脚踏车虽然是很棒的运动,但是一定要注意安全.

爸爸常说:骑脚踏车是很好的运动,不仅可以增加我们的体力,也可以培养我们的耐力,真是一举两得.我携往以后可以骑着我的脚踏车环岛,也希望大家像我一样,喜爱骑脚踏车!!

在一个阳光明媚早晨，我们迎来了一年一度的夏季运动会。对于这期待已久的运动会我非常的激动！

一大早，怀着激动的心情来到操场，操场上同学们都开心的玩着笑着，跑道上站满了学生，每个班都有属于自己不同风格的班牌，我一眼看到了我们初二五班与众不同的大旗——师大威五。各班班级区域都有三四个五颜六色的遮阳伞，整个校园充满着欢快的气息。我高兴的和同学们一起玩着。

第一天早上进行了男子60米跑步比赛，我们为参加项目的同学呐喊助威，令人激动的是，我们班的两位参赛选手都取得了很好的成绩。下午我去参加了合唱排练所以没有看到下午的比赛。

第二天我来的特别早，因为有我的参赛项目——跳高。这是我第一次参加跳高项目，心情非常忐忑，运动会还没有开始，看着同学们都在认真的学习，我也学习起来。很快到了我的项目，我的心情紧张无比。起步是70厘米，心想这个我肯定能过，非常自信地一跳，果然过了，我的心情一下放松了好多，我们班同学都为我和另一位选手喊——加油，我的信心倍增，心想一定不能辜负大家对我的鼓励和支持，为我们班增光，每一跳我都全神贯注，使足劲，80厘米，90厘米都过了，可是到100厘米时没有过去，被刷了下来，我的心情很不好，同学们都说没有关系我们看到你已经尽力了，想想不管成绩如何重在参与，我的心情好多了。参加完项目我就马上转场到综合厅五楼参加合唱表演节目，看节目的人非常多，我们表演的特别棒，赢得了全场观众的掌声。这天我努力过，成功过，也失败过，但我乐在其中。

第三天是总决赛，参赛选手都激情满满，操场上每一位运动员挥洒着泪水和汗水，在赛场上拼力拼搏，最后大多数同学都取得了优异的成绩。这次我们班取得了很好的成绩，获得初中部总体第二名。值得一提的是我们班同学打破了两个校级运动会记录。更让人激动人心的是一位高中同学在高一男子3000米比赛中打破了我校保持了42年的记录。一位初二的选手打破了西安市跳高记录。我们学校的运动员们都太赞了。

经过这次运动会我收获了太多，不管做任何事都要去努力，因为越努力越幸运。只要你努力成功就离你不会太远。
