Life is full of all kinds of choices, and there was an important and

memorable choice in my life.

When I was graduated from my junior high school,I had to make a choice to

放暑假了，妈妈给我报了一个游泳班。

来到游泳馆，教练先让我们活动身体。“好了，现在我们开始下水!”我身边的小朋友一个个都下水了，我戴上浮漂，也鼓起勇气下去了。

哇，水也太凉了，我冻得浑身直打哆嗦，嘴唇也发紫了，可别人都不说什么，我也只好忍着。先学习憋气，我深吸一口气把头扎进水里，感觉水立刻向鼻子、耳朵挤压过来，太难受了，我噌的一下，赶紧抬起头来，大口地喘着气。可看看旁边的学员，我也不能示弱呀，于是接着练起来。

看我们都学会了憋气，教练在水中为我们做蛙泳示范，看得我也来了兴致，水也好像不那么凉了，我认真地听着生怕漏掉一点知识和一点技巧。

该我们了，我按照教练的要求，先扒着池边练习蹬腿。我尽力压低上身，抬起双腿，感觉身体平趴在水中，我两腿就从内向外打圈，用力蹬出，然后收回。腿的动作很快我们都练熟了，手的动作也不难：双手平伸到头上，手掌并拢，手心向外画圈拨水。

接着是换气和手脚的配合了。开始，我因为配合不好，根本游不走，偶尔还呛一下水，随着练习次数的增加，我不断地吸取失败的教训，经过我的努力，我觉得自己已经游得很不错了!正所谓：失败乃成功之母啊!

As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Otherwise, we will feel exhausted both physically and mentally,During the ten minute break, we are supposed to do something really relaxing, we need is to have a rest, instead of getting more tired. Second, appropriately adapt messages to others. It is not enough to be

sensitive and accurately understand others; when your send out your message, you

pick up the best ways and respond to others to achieve your communication goals.
