首先，确定好你想要找的内容并做好清单。然后你可以保存好那些有用的网站，这样你就能摆脱不相干信息的干扰。最后同样重要的是，我们要自我控制，不被那些转移注意力的信息给吸引。只要做到这几点，你就能有效地找到你想要的信息。

期中考过去了，成绩很不理想，这都是我太放纵自己的后果。

考试前，我信心满满，有点骄傲，不认真复习，满脑子想着玩；考试时，我心不在焉，只想一些与考试无关的事，不仔细检查；考试后，公布成绩时，我呆了，自己考得是如此的差，当时自己太过自信，才会这样的，遗憾啊！考试失利，真是遗憾那！

回家后，面对父母的质问，我无言以对，母亲说我”你是不是梦游答的卷啊？“不是”我的心情也来越差，声音也越来越小，额前的刘海挡住了我忧伤的表情，不再说话，就只听着父母的话，他们说完我默默的走回我的房间，轻轻的关上门，趴在床上低声抽泣起来，我不敢大声哭，怕又招来母亲数落我的话语。渐渐的，我的哭声越来越小，最后睡着了，让我受伤的心灵休息一下吧，它也很累的。

夜深的时候，我醒了，睁开眼，盯着房顶，仔细想了很多，想着想着，我又哭了，这次不是抽泣，只是流泪，不停的流。

这次考试失利，我很遗憾。

Some bad habits formed in childhood may remain lifetime. Older persons also form bad habits, and in some cases they are ruined by these bad habits.

There are good habits which, when formed in early life, are great blessings. Many successful people declare that they owe much of their success and prosperity to the formation of such good habits as punctuality, honesty, and perseverance in early life.

Such habits as rudeness, laziness, stealing and slandering are bad habits. If we want to be useful to society, we ought to keep away from ail these vices, and strive to acquire those habits that are proven to be good for ourselves and others.

期中考试结束了，我期待着自己的考试成绩，心里好像被一座大山压着，不禁感到紧张……

在班主任走进教室的时候，同学们都目不转睛地盯着老师手中的试卷。拿到语文试卷后，我的心里有说不出的高兴，因为是一根木棒和两个鸡蛋的组合，似乎正对着我微笑。我顿时觉得心花怒放，一块石头终于落地了。接着发下来的是数学试卷，我看看是两个9的组合，它俩正挺着身子在向我招手，似乎对我说：“考的不错！”可是当我看到错题时，才发现错的是一个我不该错的题，又是一个因为我粗心造成的失分。正当我在自责时，英语试卷也发下来了，一看，只考了96、5分，再看看后面同学的英语试卷，竟然考了100分，太厉害了。虽然总分我还是名列前茅，但是因为我的粗心，英语和数学都丢掉了不该丢掉的分数，想想我的耳朵就火辣辣的……

期中考试为我敲响了警钟，也是提前给我打了预防针。这次期中考试粗心的毛病让我丢了不该丢的分数，但是，我始终相信：世上无难事，只怕有心人！期末考试我一定会再接再厉，改掉粗心的坏毛病，争取考出更好的成绩。
