Most Chinese students have difficulties in learning English. The difficulties vary so much from person to person that it is difficult to cite here in a few words. Some may have problems in reading. Others may have trouble in writing. I also had problems in English learning, but my difficulty seemed to lie in listening. For example, when tested for listening comprehension, I couldnt understand a single sentence, let alone a passage of medium level.

In order to overcome the difficulty in my English learning, I made great efforts to find the key to the problem. I consulted my teacher and found out that I merely didnt have enough time to practice listening. So I bought a tape recorder and listened to it at least two hours a day. 可能，高中学习过程中，会有些许青春的懵懂。但是你得想清楚自己是否足够有能力在保证学习好的同时还兼顾其他的事情，这个话不明说，你们懂的!回首这一年，展望新三年。说了这么多，对你们的初中生活，我非常怀念;对你们的高中生活，我充满期待。这感觉就好像我的高中又再来一遍一样。虽然不能陪伴你们继续走下去有点遗憾，但是想到你们丰富多彩的人生即将拉开序幕，我又着实为你们感到高兴!

孩子们，高中是更广阔的天空，高中以后的大学和社会更是这样!我最喜欢的三句话送给你们，个中真意，自己体会：

争强不好胜，同流不合污，随波不逐流!

我们的英语老师姓羌，是个挺受大家欢迎的副班主任。

羌老师可年轻了，今年才三十多岁。矮矮的个儿，弯弯的眉毛下长着一双引人注目的眼睛。让她看起来有点可爱。长长的卷发扎成一束，有些像马的鬃毛。她很会打扮，从她身边走过总能闻到一股淡淡的幽香。她的衣服很时髦，和她真是般配。

羌老师她上课挺幽默，喜欢做一些搞笑的事来逗同学们开心。在课堂上总能把我们逗得哈哈大笑。就连让同学们打起精神来上课的方法也很搞笑呢！

记得有一次，林老师上课时讲作业，陈可可改得慢了些，羌老师笑着说：“陈可可同学，你应该改名叫‘陈慢慢’啦！”这下，同学们听了都笑得合不上嘴了，这时我也不由自主地笑啦。

而她发起怒来也不是好惹的。一次，班主任陆老师不在，她坐讲台前批作业，一些微弱的言谈声出现在了教师里，被敏锐的她捕捉到了。她轻轻拍拍桌子，警告我们道：“是谁呀，叽叽喳喳的？再说话，全班罚抄两篇课文。”可后来，讲话的人越来越多了，教室里变得越来越热闹，最终触碰了羌老师的底线。她怒目圆睁，目光好像千万把利刃直刺我们的眼睛。不用说，等着我们的是一顿作业大餐，而我们却哑巴吃黄连有苦说不出。

不过羌老师虽然很严厉，但还是深受我们的喜欢。她会奖励给我们礼物。与其说是奖励，倒不如说是我们用汗水换来的。每一次表现好，她都会给我们发带着她签名的她“假钱”，同学们再用积攒的“假钱”去她那儿换自己喜欢的物品，那时的羌老师笑嘻嘻的，我们感觉到她是天底下最温柔最可爱的老师。每次我们都会满载而归，而她却“破产”了。

羌老师时而幽默，时而严厉；时而温柔，时而变幻无常，深得大家的喜欢，我也越来越喜欢英语这门课程。
