还记得那是一天令人打瞌睡的中午，我拿着本英语书，盯着上面一篇课文。看着看着那些文字，哈欠就连成片了。刚想出去转一圈解解乏，一下就被白板上的一句话惊住了：“本单元课文背诵截至到今天中午12：30”再一看表，坏了，都快1：00了！赶紧找老师背去呀，可是我……我好像忘了背了！幸好，我还有一次直接补作业的机会！我舒了口气，眉宇立马展开了。我走到S老师身前，解释了一下情况。但是S老师却瞪着我，狡黠地一笑，“谁告诉你那个能补的？”我立马愣住了，辩驳了两句，可都被老师的话给堵住了。那还能怎么着啊，老师说啥就是啥吧！

我在家里开始绞尽脑汁想补救措施。先把课文背下来！我一狠心把课文抄了十遍，捧着英语书大声朗读课文，最后可谓是把课文背得滚瓜烂熟的。我胸有成竹地想：这回老师肯定能帮我补了。

第二天，我大刀阔斧地冲进英语教室，把抄课文的本往老师桌上一拍，激动极了。S老师把眼睛离开电脑屏幕，瞟了一眼本，摇摇头，吐出两个硬硬的字眼“不行”这可把我憋屈坏了，可我也无话可说了。S老师呵呵地笑了两声：“先别想这课文的事了，好好学习吧！”我像只正撒气的高压锅，气呼呼地就走了。

回了家，我把这事的来龙去脉向我母亲全讲了一遍。母亲居然一点也不生气，还建议到：“这件事是你的错，你应该继续补，这回记着点，态度要诚恳些！”听了母亲的话，我又开始绞尽脑汁写英语作文，写完又开始改，直到我满意了为止。

啊，这就是我那美丽又温柔的英语老师，我非常喜欢她！

In current society, people have known the importance of keeping healthy and good life habit. In the past, people ate three meals at home, and they ate more vegetables and less meat and fish. They were very strong and seldom went to see doctors.

Now life is better, people eat more meat, fish, eggs and other food with more fat. They often go out for good meals with their families and friends. But they get easy to be ill, Why?

I think more meat and fish, less exercise are bad for health. Good rest, less meat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health. So I exercise every day. My eating habits are pretty good. I eat a lot of vegetables. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. I drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and fruit. Of course, I love junk food, too, and I eat it once a week. And I sleep nine hours every day.

The better we get into good eating habits, the happier our life becomes

时间如逝水一般从掌心里不经意的流过，现在回想起来，中学时代还未结束就已经换了两个班主任。那些老师的记忆便自然而然的放在心里，至今也不曾改变。

第一个教我们的是毕老师，是我认为最负责的一位老师；第二个教我们的便是王老师，她也是使我改变最大的一位老师。

王老师刚到我们班的时候，只是因为身高，就已经受尽了同学们的嘲笑。现在回想起来，真是感觉对不起她。她是那种很有忍耐力的人，班级里再吵，她也不会大发脾气，只是淡淡地说：大家安静一点。

第一次和她近距离的说话，是在教师办公室里。她坐在凳子上，手里拿着我的作业本，很认真的看着我、告诉我，如果以这样的学习态度，我很可能连高中都考不上了。然后，她缓缓的站起来，仔细地为我讲解每一道错题，她矮矮瘦瘦的背影在那时却显得如此的伟岸，至大。那一刻，我发现，身高已经不再重要，重要的是，我有一个很好的老师。就像一泻清泉，滋润我的躯体，还有我的心灵。经过了很长一段时间的考验，我终于获得了一次班级第一名。也许，这在那些好同学眼中没有什么，对他们来说的家常便饭，对我来说这就是前所未有的荣誉了。拿着那张考卷，我也从心中找到了属于自己的自信，不管前面的路会怎样，我永远记得那时的自豪与骄傲。

第二次和她近距离的说话，是在教室里。期中考试的成绩让所有人乍舌，包括我自己。我竟然连平均分都没有上。深深的无奈、悲伤，还有惊异顿时充满了我的心。过了一会，老师在讲台上叫我的名字，我拖着沉重的步伐走去，我知道，这一次考试，我让所有人失望了。情况并不是我像我想的那样，老师依然无声的拿出我的考卷，问我，是哪一部分没有做好，想怎么改进之类的话。没有刻意的加重，没有厉声的责怪，也没有愤怒的感情，但每一句教诲都足以让人铭记于心。

现在，和王老师一起走过了一个学期，他的身影仍然准时穿梭在教室和办公室间；她的脚步仍然迅速有力；她的记忆也仍然在我的心中。相信将来微笑着回首，老师的记忆便会从沉淀的往事中浮出来，像一首无声的歌，一篇无字的诗稿，沉默，却满含爱。

During the winter vacation，nothing is different of my life. I wake up 11 oclock Am everyday，after a washing，I have a good lunch with my parents. Next ,I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner, I go on playing till 2 oclock Am， and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day of my winter vacation.

But I havent bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books， sometime I listen to the music or the radio in the bed， because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. And I also meet some of my good friends during the vacation， we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis together. And I watched the spring festival party of the CCTV !I think this is the thing most people of China doing at that time.

我们的蒋老师，长得很漂亮，有一双大大的眼睛，飘逸的长发，白皙的皮肤。蒋老师不仅长得漂亮，还是一位善解人意的老师，谁遇到不高兴的事，蒋老师就会开导劝解，俨然一位邻家大姐姐。

英语老师还是名副其实的“麻辣教师”，只要有单词不会读，就会被罚站，还要被软尺打。默写错一个单词，就要被罚抄十行。

蒋老师发起火来，就如“火山爆发”，那更是不得了。记得有一次，考试成绩出来了，老师脸色阴沉地走过来，一站到讲台上便呵斥道：“你们这次是怎么考试的？九十分以上没有几人，待会儿试卷发下去的时候，谁没有考到九十分的，就给我站起来。”过了一会，我们班几十个人齐刷刷地站了起来，形成了很壮观的景象。特别是一位同学，考试成绩特差，竟然还说“考了倒数是自己努力的结果”，听到这句话，全班同学都忍俊不禁，蒋老师脸色铁青地走过来，一边敲桌子一边说道：“考试倒数第一是你努力的结果，我让你努力，回家跟你的父母也这么说，看他们是否认可？”一边说一边教棍就打了手心。说着说着，老师的声调变温和了，语重心长地说道：“成绩不是成长的唯一衡量标准，可是我们现在好好学习，是学习本领、学习做人的道理，以后才有能力见识外面的世界”。

蒋老师讲课也很风趣、生动，而且老师经常会和我们互动，会带我们玩一些英语小游戏、人物互换什么的，可有趣啦！我很喜欢上英语课。

这就是我们的英语老师，一个漂亮、有趣、温和、严厉的“多边形”老师。
