当我们开始抱怨学习压力大，生活太枯燥无味时，他就会花时间向我们讲述他的故事，以此激励我们，激发我们的潜能。上小学的他每天早晨起来跑步然后读书，春夏秋冬坚持不懈；在寒冷的冬天，他总是用冷水洗脸，从不间断，更没有放弃。如此的意志力、如此的坚持不懈又怎能不让我们敬佩，不成为我们的偶像呢？

缪老师培养了一批又一批学生，他们是老师的骄傲。而我们深知自己的顽皮让老师操了不少心，几乎对自己都没有了信心，然而他的一句：“我要加把劲了，你们也要加油啊，呵呵……”不禁令我们如沐春风。
