诚信是无价之宝，用多少钱都卖不了，也是不应该随意丢弃的。孟子说：“诚者，天之道也;诚之者，人之道也。”诚信是非常重要的。个人诚信是做人的原则，也是人际关系的体现。企业诚信是一个推动企业良好发展的必须条件。整个社会的诚信是对国家和人民的保证，同时也是人民和国家的自身表现。总的来说一个社会的诚信就是这个社会中每一个人的诚信，每个人的诚信就是个企业的诚信，每个企业的诚信直接影响人民对社会的信任程度。

诚信也是社会最普遍的也是最基本的伦理价值需要。当今社会，随着交换关系的日益复杂，市场立体对诚信的需要也日益强烈。不仅经济活动需要诚信，而且政治活动、精神文化等一切社会领域都需要诚信。党的十六大报告明确提出，要以诚实守信为重点，加强全社会的思想道德建设。

诚信是生活中不可缺少的。如果没了诚信，我们就没有美好的明天。所以我们要诚实守信，做个良好公民。这样世界才会更加美好更加灿烂。

很多人都是在自责中度过一辈子，埋怨自己，自怨自艾，谈人生不得志，郁郁而终。妄自菲薄，是人类的一个通病。总是觉得自己还做得不够好，觉得自己不如别人，然后情绪低落。我认为，谦虚一些是必要的。然后有的时候，我们也要学会奖励自己。

但是，我们有什么理由奖励自己呢？其实，也并不需要什么特别的理由。学习效率有了提高，考试成绩有了进步，朋友关系有了提高，都可以奖励一下自己。一个朋友说过：“我只和我自己比。”我觉得这是一种很好的心态，自己在不断的进步，这就够了，何必苦苦地去和自己永远赶不上的人比呢？只要比过去的自己强，就是我们的成功，就可以问心无愧的奖励自己。

奖励自己，是对自己的一种信任，是对自己的一种认可。曾经有一个因为失恋而颓败不已，他的朋友是这么安慰她的：“你自己都不爱自己，你凭什么让别人爱你呢？”同样的道理，你自己都不信任自己，自己都不认可自己，你凭什么让别人信任你、认可你呢？当你可以确定自己的行为是正确的，做得比以前强，你就应该奖励自己，就应该信任、认可自己，这就是你对自己的尊重。如果一个人总是看轻自己，那么，它必然不会有什么伟大的成就。奖励自己，是自信的表现，也是启发自我内在的动力手段。

奖励自己并不难，也不需要太多的金钱和奢华，一顿美味佳肴，一次聚餐，一首好听的歌曲……这些看似微不足道的“奖励”，久而久之，就可以培养出一颗自信的心灵，让你活得比以前更美好，更快乐。你会感到自己的优秀，而不会忧郁地走完你的人生。
