有一次，我和爸爸妈妈一起去买水果，我和爸爸吵起来，原因是谁挑西瓜，妈妈说：“你们各挑一个，谁挑的好吃以后就谁挑。”我们满口答应。

开始挑西瓜了，西瓜摊上的西瓜五花八门，有深绿色的，有浅绿色的，有灰绿色的，有浅绿色和深绿色相间的……

有的是椭圆形的，像一个冬瓜；有大圆形的，像一个篮球；有小圆形的像一个皮球……

我摸了摸那个椭圆形的西瓜，又敲了敲，“不好！”我边摇头边说。挑着挑着，我的目光被一个大胖娃娃吸引住了，它的颜色像涂上了一层绿色的漆一样，很光滑也很亮，它大大的，圆圆的，肯定很好吃。转过头看看爸爸的，他挑了一个不大不小，黑黝黝的西瓜，我暗暗一笑，心想：我肯定赢了。

排球是一项非常有意思的运动，我喜欢它的契机并不是今年女排夺冠，我从很小的时候就很喜欢这项运动了。我喜欢排球，所以我自己也大概算一个排球运动员，我从小学第一次接触排球起我就加入学校的排球队。我很庆幸我所在的城市是一个重视排球运动的城市，我的家乡桂林，每一年都要举办中小学生排球比赛，这项比赛也得到了很多小学、中学的大力支持，每一年排球比赛，我们那里的学校都会派出一个队参加，有些厉害的学校还有小队。我便是从这些比赛里得到打排球的快乐。现在大学，我也加入了学院的排球队，也参加了学院间的排球比赛，也因为排球认识了一些非常好的朋友，我喜欢这项运动的心不会改变。

但据我所知，了解并喜欢排球这项运动的人真的很少，至少比起同是三大球的篮球、足球都少得多。我可以在身边随意的找到篮球和足球的粉丝，但是想在身边找一个能够和我一起谈论排球这项运动的人真的十分困难。并不是说排球鲜为人知，而是大家知道了，也没有表现对排球特别大的兴趣。但因为今年我国女排夺冠，排球这项运动才引起了人们的注意。就是在里约奥运会女排夺冠之后，我才看到的一条新闻，说的是排球水平最高，总能得到金牌和奖牌，也是国人的自豪，但是从教练和队员的工资最低，队员的工资跟普通打工一样，有时还拖欠，所以排球的队员的工资如农民工；篮球水平没出去过亚洲，属于被欧美暴打，被亚洲打怕的角色，但从教练和队员的工资较高；足球水平的无能秒杀太阳系，要多无能和无耻都不为过，但从教练和队员的工资最高，各个属于富豪类型的，薪资直追与欧美强队的水平。我当时心里感触也是极深的，假如女排没有夺冠，这些会被爆料出来吗？现在女排夺冠风波已过，身边讨论排球的，也还是之前那一些人。

These must be returned by 7 p.m. Thursday evening at the latest. Inthe event of bad weather it will be held inside the sports centre.

现在我就和你们说说关于游泳的知识。游泳分为四类，分别是：蛙泳、仰泳、自由泳和蝶泳。其中我认为蛙泳最为轻松，只不过蛙泳游得最慢；而自由泳最为吃力，只不过游得最快；仰泳也挺吃力的，速度也挺快的；关于蝶泳我就不知道了，因为我根本就没有试过蝶泳。

游泳前一定要买好道具，比如：游泳镜、耳朵塞、鼻塞、泳衣、泳裤、泳帽等。

下水前一定要把道具带好，不然会呛水的。下水后也要聚精会神的游泳，才能保证不会呛水。下水后还要注意不要撞到人，撞到人也会有危险。

蛙泳时要像青蛙一样，我是说腿要和青蛙一样，动来动去才可以。自由泳时双手一定要一直往前打，腿一定要上下动才能保证不会沉下去……

我喜欢的体育项目有很多，比如打羽毛球，跳绳，打乒乓球等。但我最喜欢的是溜冰。但是刚开始学溜冰的时候我可是吃了不少的苦头呢!

去年寒假里的一天，闲来无事的我和妈妈来到我们家附近溜冰场。嗬，这儿还真热闹!二十来个平方的溜冰场上已挤了不少人，都是小孩儿，大人们则趴在围栏边观望，还一边指点着场内。

我可是第一次溜冰，既兴奋，又紧张，穿好溜冰鞋，紧抓着栏杆，就是不敢放。妈妈开口了：“咋啦?害怕啦?”

“怕?我的字典里可没这个字!”于是我松开了栏杆，却不料一个重心不稳，左脚向旁边一滑，眼看就得四脚朝天。幸亏我平时有练跳舞，习惯地往下一蹲身体，重心平稳了，避免了屁股“亲吻”大地。

吃了这“一堑”，我可不敢再大意了，毕竟摔在那硬邦邦的水泥地上的滋味可不好受。我扶着栏杆小心翼翼地移动双脚，吃力地、艰难地前进着，耳边不时传来“啪哧”、“哎哟”的声音，吓得我连眼睛都不敢睁开看。

可老天真不长眼，我已经这么谨慎了，它还不放过我。就在我借着双手支撑着栏杆的力量滑行时，前面不远处的一位正“耍帅”地用单脚转着滑的家伙不知怎么地倒了下来，用背在地上“哧”地一声，就到了我的脚下。我吃惊地睁大眼睛，还来不及闭上，就重重地摔倒在地，“哎哟”声还没出口，“啪哧”、“啪哧”声就不绝于耳。回头一看，真“精彩”??居然倒了“一条龙”。这下可热闹了，场内“哎哟”声连成一片不够，场外还有哈哈大笑声来“伴奏”我这一摔可真不轻，别人都歪歪扭扭地爬了起来继续溜冰，我却好半天没能动，还是妈妈帮我站了起来，脚却动不了了，屁股也似裂了几瓣。

经过了反复的练习，现在我的溜冰技术可使炉火纯青了呢!我喜欢溜冰，因为溜冰让我找到了自信;体会到了快乐;更让我锻炼了身体。

I was a shy girl and I never dared to make performance in the public, but
