因此，针对水土流失，应大力植树种草;针对草原退化、土地荒漠化，应退耕还草，建设人工草场，建设防护林;针对过度砍伐森林，应做到砍伐与植树结合;针对乱占耕地，应做到耕地的合理规划和利用，如限制大城市的规模，农村建房要建在非农业用地上，将平房逐步改为楼房等。作为一名中学生，我们应做一些力所能及的事，如宣传有关土地的法律法规;进行社会调查，为合理利用土地出谋划策等。
