其实背英语单词，不能死记是真的，但是一定要持之以恒，首先要有心理准备，要有自信。

你背英语单词的时候可以边默读便用笔在一张纸上写，就是随便写一些，主要是加深印象。

我的习惯是第一次背时先写5遍/单词，隔天写3遍/单词。过一段时间再重复。这样记虽然慢，但是很扎实。

而且还要注意，背单词应该背词典，就是你背一个词的形式，比如名词，最好翻阅词典，把其他的形式也给背过。这样看起来，似乎比较费脑子，实际上我认为，这样无形中很快，因为你背单词就是要用在阅读上，这样背的话既实用又能无形中体会出英语的变形规律，以后就会背的很快乐。

frustrated

无奈。这应该是老外在工作场合使用最多的表示心情的单词，没有之一，以前专门写过一篇文章解释过。

pissed off

=angry，但很少见美国人用angry的，一般都直接说Im pissed off. I did this just to piss him off. 可能是angry较正式，而pissed off很口语，而且侧重于一种短暂的生气状态，翻译成「被惹生气」，「气死了」比较好。我美国朋友说，He was pissed off when I said Taiwan is China.(当我说台湾是中国的一部分时，他气死了）。注意，英国英语里pissed off是喝醉的意思。

mad

= angry，典型的美国习惯用语，英国英语里是疯狂的意思（当然在美式英语正式用语里也有疯狂的意思，例如madman）。和pissed off的区别是，pissed off是带点粗俗的口语，mad没有粗俗意味，但是也是口语。常用搭配是mad at somebody. Are you still mad at me?

furious

=very very angry暴怒，比angry程度高很多。搭配是furious at/about something, furious with somebody.

annoyed

被某件事惹恼了，有一点点生气。例如我去美国的时候，晚上用洗衣机洗衣服，我朋友说，超过10点后别洗衣服，不然邻居会annoyed.

upset

这个词既表示「生气」又表示「担心」，我以前也很疑惑。

本意是指「弄翻」，例如upset the cup. 例如肠胃不舒服get an upset stomach.

当心情被打乱的时候，既可以是生气，也可以是担心。

表示我很担心你时，说Im so upset about you(这里不是说对你很生气，而是说我时刻担心你，都没办法平静）。

表示你说的话让我很生气，说Im upset about what you said to me（这里就不是很担心，而是你刚才说的话让我很生气很烦，心情没办法平静）。

Every time when I go home by train, I feel very uncomfortable, because I have to smell the terrible air, people always smoke, making the public place smell bad. Some students will not do as well as usual because of heavy stress. It is necessary to adjust their mood well before the exam. They should not give too much pressure to themselves, instead of having usual heart. Then they can do in working order. To reach this goal, they can spare time to do some sports or just go running and keep telling themselves that the exam can’t decide their future, so they try their best would be OK and no one will blame them. The purpose is make them feel relax, as the status of relax is the best state for achieving good marks in the exam. It is helpful.
