三.教学反思

通过这次班会活动，学生和所有在场的老师领导都被感动了，对孩子们产生了很好的影响。孩子们开始学会感恩，开始学着理解父母，理解老师，理解同学。人与人的相处更多了几份包容和谅解。活动结束后，孩子们擦干眼泪，开始了新的生活。所有的一切都在悄然变化,没有要任何人的提醒,以前爱劳动的还是不爱劳动的,这时主动开始打扫教室,整理会场一切都显得那么的和谐。在第二天的除草活动中，那个场面让我不能忘怀，太感人了。那天下大雨，我们的包干区有许多的杂草，本来学校要求昨天下午除草的，但大家在忙于准备这场特别的主题班会，所以推迟到今天，但外面下着大雨，怎么办?下午我们就回放假了。女生们自告奋勇的撑伞，男生们更是冲入雨中，我担心孩子们会淋感冒，让他们等雨小了再继续锄草!你知道有学生怎么说?他们说，我们想体会一下爸爸、妈妈冒雨干活的辛苦! 学习上、常规上大家都好像比以前更自觉了,同学之间不再有吵架打架的事情发生,而是多了一份理解与包容,班级上和老师顶撞,和家长顶撞的人几乎没有了。

休假第一天早晨我开车早早出发，约上未过门的媳妇去省城取婚纱照，正走在高速路上，妹妹打来电话告诉我说父亲今天过生日，不要忘了给父亲买生日礼物。我一边开车一边回答：“好的好的，知道了” 。

记忆中，父亲从来没有过过一个像样的生日礼物，父亲的每一天都是在勤劳中度过。直到去年夏天退休之后才开始歇下，但是闲不住的他，又开始在单位干一些零碎活，我劝了好几次，让他退休了就好好歇着，他总说：“闲不住啊，干点活比闲在家更舒服点”，我也只好不再说什么了。父亲从参加工作到退休整整上了35年班，35年里，父亲从未误过一个班，年年都是全勤，床头柜里放满了父亲的荣誉证书和一些奖品。

小时候，母亲没有工作，我和妹妹上学，又要照顾年迈的奶奶，父亲那点微薄的工资很难应付一家人的开支，父亲除了上班外，还经常主动加班，甚至利用节假日期间去附近的工地上干活，为了多挣一点钱来补充家里的开支，自己却抽着最廉价的烟，穿着廉价的衣服(好几年才买一身)。直到后来煤炭效益逐渐好起来，父亲才在我和妹妹的却说下去市里买几件像样的衣服，抽烟档次也从金丝猴渐渐提到磨砂猴。后来我大学毕业后开始挣钱后，每到逢年过节我都会给父亲买上条芙蓉王(相对算好一点的烟)和两瓶西风六年，每当父亲节或者是父亲过生日时，总给父亲买件衣服或者买双鞋。父亲总是带着高兴和责备的语气说：“以后不要买了，我衣服多着呢”。

由于那天是周末，婚纱店里取照片人多，我们取完照片都下午了，连饭都没顾上吃，开着车就往家赶，赶了大约200公里才回到家，稍微歇了会，然后全家人把取回来的婚纱照往房间里挂，全部挂完大约快十点了，才想起还没吃饭呢，母亲去厨房做饭，我和父亲收拾一些零碎东西。东西收拾好后开始吃饭，我忽然才想起，忙碌了一天，忘给父亲买生日礼物了，心里有点自责，给父亲说：“爸爸，今天实在太忙了，明天买的给你补上”，父亲笑着说：“什么都不要买了，礼物我收到了”。我正在纳闷时，父亲看着墙上的婚纱照说：“那不是礼物吗?还有什么礼物比那礼物更好吗?”我恍然大悟，明白了父亲的心思。是的，还有什么礼物比那礼物更好吗?到了我们这个该结婚的年龄，父母的期盼不就是早点让我们结婚，他们不再为我们的婚事去操心吗?
