while other one loves winter.The one who like summer might for its hot weather

堂姐镇重其事地说：“我现在宣布游戏规则是：一个人将几样小东西藏起来，其他几个人去找，全部找到的人就来藏东西。”我们经过抓阄，最后决定由堂姐来藏3个可乐瓶盖。堂姐将我们推出房间，于是自个儿藏东西……过了一会儿，堂姐笑盈盈地走出来说：“藏好了，保证你们找不着！”我们蜂拥进去，我想：最容易藏东西的可能是最隐蔽的地方。

所以，我认真地将每一个角落都找了一遍，竟然没有，在看看小妹，钻到床底下，屁股撅在外面，小手在里面摸索着，没有，她刚想站起来，“啊呀！”只听小妹叫了一声，就“呜呜呜”地哭了，原来她在床底下站起来时撞到了床边。

寒假到了，那就要抱着我的大熊去奶奶家过年喽！

过年前的那一个月我就开始倒计时了——31天、30天……3天、2天，哈！就差一天了，我乐得一蹦三尺高，就忍不住“啊”的大喊了一声，好高兴啊！

终于过年了，早上六点，我和年迈的爷爷贴春联、粘福字，忙的不亦乐乎。七点，我帮奶奶摆放给老祖宗上供的用具。奶奶做了各种各样的花，可漂亮了，我也跟着做，拿来牙签把花插在白菜上。奶奶还炸了鱼，好香啊！我的手刚要摸到鱼身上拿一块肉吃，奶奶就打了一下我的手说：“这是上供的，你别乱动。”“好惨呀！”奶奶说：“惨什么惨，过年不能说不吉利的话。”奶奶的规矩可真多呀！

摆好了供碗，又要拿果盘，摆上各种水果。哈，终于齐全了，我能抱着我可爱的大熊吃“旺旺大礼包”了！这时奶奶又让我帮着择菜，好忙啊！

吁——总算是全都完事了，终于能消停一会儿了；妈妈的大餐也都端上桌了，爸爸也回来了，开饭啦！ 我大喊一声，数了数一共十道菜，都是美味，还有十全十美的蕴含呢！

到了晚上，我们开始伐纸，也就是点燃冥纸，迎接新年钟声。爸爸放鞭炮了，我抱着大熊在外面看，好响啊！我都得捂耳朵了，那只能用胳膊夹着大熊了。接着又开始吃饺子了，为了吃到饺子里的硬币，我都撑得不会动了，可是一个也没吃到，我怀疑是不是掉锅里了，只有奶奶吃到了。

According to a recent article on Newsweek concerning children’s’ education,

there is an increasing number of parents worrying their kids to an extreme

extent, depriving them of independence and freedom by keeping them around

parents all the time.

Some people applaud this phenomenon, suggesting that kids’ safety is the

most important. Thus, they’d better not enter the hazardous society without

supervision unless they become adults. From my point of view, some of their

opinion is correct but keeping children away from independence is a completely

erroneous decision. The reasons are as follows:

First and foremost, “locking kids” may hinder their healthy growth, both

mentally and physically. The kids who are locked may have heavy reliance on

their parents, as their comprehensive skills such as communication skills or

cooperative spirit being prevented from developing.

Secondly, what these parents fail to see is the fact that the crime rate

and accidents aren’t on a rapid rise. It is the abuse of mass media that make

crimes and violence more scary. The parents, who love their kids so much, are

completely forced to live under the illusion that our society is full of riots

or threats of accidents. Thus, kids can be allowed to have more freedom such as

walking to school by himself, for instance.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that

kids should be given more freedom by parents’ effort. At the same time, parents

should take many factors into consideration such as the time restriction for

children and the evaluation to kids’ maturity and capability. Only then can they

enjoy a safe and meaningful childhood.

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

oclock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next

I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on

playing till 2 oclock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day

of my winter vacation.

But I havent bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I

listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside

and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the

vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year

and play table tennis tegether. And I watched the spring festival party of the

CCTV in the last seconds of the 2004 year! I think this is the thing most people

Thats all, all my dull, coldly and snowy winter vacation.

In North, when winter comes, the weather is very cold, the cloud covers the sunshine all the time, it is hard for people to see the sunshine. 想到这，我又想起了以前。就拿去年来说吧。才进腊月二十鞭炮声就想起来了。当一挂鞭炮“噼里啪啦”一阵响后，我就看到一缕青色的烟雾渐渐飞向天空，渐渐消散。还有满地的碎红纸皮灰尘和火药的呛味。当时我认为很好玩，现在我才意识到这是一个重要环保的问题。再和现在相比，真是“此时无声胜有声”哪！

设想一下，如果每一户人家少燃放一挂鞭炮，那么今后我们可以多看到多少个蓝天呀！放爆竹确实是一个传统的民俗，但我们得对自己和后人健康着想呀！

有科学数据表明，一个吸烟者抽一根烟，五秒之后细微颗粒物指数便是四百五十七，已经爆表了；一分钟后是九百多；吸完烟后，一小时以后居然还是八十！一小根烟污染都会是这样，那别提比他大好几十倍的大挂鞭炮了！那空气里得有多少细微颗粒物啊！如果一小根烟都这样，那何况是一挂鞭炮呢？

少吸一根烟，对自己包括周围的人都有好处；少放一挂鞭炮，对自己，对大众都有好处。而切还能减少对空气的污染，还能避免每年因为鞭炮而带来的火灾与伤害！

今年春节前夕，我问妈妈：“妈妈，今年咱还放鞭炮吗？”“你说呢”“要我说就不放了。”“因为少放鞭炮不仅对空气有好处，减少危害，自己也省了不少钱。”

少放一点鞭炮，多一些蓝天；少吸一点烟，多一些健康；少开车就节能减排。保护环境，匹夫有责！那些人为的污染，能避免还是避免的为好。提倡环保，倡导美好的生活环境，督促人民大众为我们自己的生命呐喊，杜绝人为的污染！

俗话说得好，“纸包不住火”。如今已经科学家们打破了这个常识。今天，他们已经研究出了耐火纸，在酒精灯上也点不着。鞭炮这方面是关于环保的大问题，但我想，以现在的科技水平，那科学家为什么不能研制出一种即安全又环保鞭炮呢？
