生活中的“万花筒”。电脑与网络连接在了一起，充满了更加旺盛的生命活力，很多很多的事情都可以用电脑“一网打尽”。电脑改变了我们的生活方式，网络拉近了人与人之间的距离，时常“叽、叽、叽”伴着晃动的头像就是一声问候。世界变得越来越小、越来越丰富多彩，时空没有了界限，心灵没有了距离。只要英语足够好，世界各地的信息尽收眼前，异国的朋友也会来到你身旁。看着显示屏，不清楚对方的身份、背景、样子，相互之间没有任何先入为主的偏见和想当然的隔阂与疏远。面对电脑已成为一个不可或缺的生活内容，现代人一到单位或下班回家，最最重要的事就是打开电脑。“问世间情为何物，只教人生死相许”，“爱情”来到了网上，电脑谈上了“恋爱”。想购物，轻轻点击网上商店;想付费，轻轻敲开网上银行;想看世界，轻轻搜索“网尽”天下。电脑走进了我们的生活，我们的生活也来到了网上。

通讯、阅读、拍照、录像、实时视频等等功能已经在手机、电脑中实现了集成，而且体积越做越小、功能越做越多。各种功能的“一网打尽”，使人们除了8小时的概念外已逐渐界定不清哪些属于工作、哪些属于生活，或许可以笼统地叫做工作生活吧!科技的大发展，使一些理念逐渐深入我们的思想，这些方式方法应用也必将成为大趋势。

计“件”不计时。长期以来，工作安排主要以一天8小时为单位的兢兢业业、任劳任怨，并且习惯上的评价是：在工作场所呆的时间有多长，就代表敬业度有多高，加班、奉献、贡献之间可以划等号。在一些高科技和时尚领域，越来越多地强调创意和技术的含量，而多数的新生代则更喜欢这种计件工作，而非计时工作，希望按自己的具有含金量的劳动成果来获取相应的报酬。这种趋势已集中体现在大型软件公司为工程师设立的休闲化的工作场所，顶级的时装企业为设计师安排的采风旅游，等等。这不是新概念，在农业和手工业经济时代劳动者就是按劳取酬的，只不过“劳力”与“劳心”之间的一些延展。越来越多的现代化企业正用计“件”工作制的方式来吸引新生代，允许其在任何时间、任何地点完成某项任务、发挥更佳的效果。

个人经济到来。互联网的触角已伸向各行各业、各个领域，甚至影响着我们生活中的每一天。网络生活、网上生存已经成为新生代的时尚，很多人都有“淘宝”的经历，使用过“支付宝”、网上银行、手机付费等手段进行消费。网络的发达、技术的提高、方法的适用，使得网络把传统搅得天翻地覆，在网上个人既可以是消费者，也可以是创造者。个人的创意、产品、旧货都可以拿到网上进行调剂交易，这已逐渐成为新生代的一种常态化的工作生活;就连成天打网络游戏的“网虫”也能获得收入，并能过上比较滋润的生活。这以网络为载体的个人经济的冲击波，正波及那些不适应改变的保守主义者，其影响或许是颠覆性。越来越的人已经感觉到这种影响，由此可以预示分布式经济时代的到来。借助互联网蓬勃发展的个人经济，也势必为更多的人开辟源源不断的小额收入。

网络，将你我他通过电脑和连线联系在一起，使分散的力量能够聚集、分布的知识能够整合、散落的智慧能够汇聚，也使更多的超越成为可能，超越你、超越我、超越他。同时，也多了一种认识问题、分析问题、解决问题的新方法，多了一条参与公共事务、关注公共事件、增加社会影响的新途径。

网络挤兑专家。过去，我们往往都依靠专家的力量来预测未来、解决问题。如今，随着计算能力的日益增强，网上知识的海量存储，搜索功能的大幅提高，我们完全可以依靠网络汇聚起的智慧，而专家的价值正在日益缩减。有句俗语“隔行如隔山”，浙江大学郑强教授曾就他和易中天教授对决的假设中郑郑自傲道：“我可以讲高分子。”当你站在互联网的高度，有意识地“临时抱电脑”一个星期，那怕遇上这个领域最资深的专家你也能侃侃而谈(注：在技术前沿或相邻领域，或许资深专家就是个“弱智”)。碰到这魅力+魔力的网络，想必郑强教授的那种自豪感也会缺少几份底气。这种变化意味着我们需要改变一下利用专家的方式：有些问题，如基于规则且有明显因果关系的问题，用电脑和网络解决更好;而在有些问题上，如或然性问题，众人+网络的集体智慧则要胜过专家;专家们则应去搞那些基于规则在寻找解决方案的过程中允许有较大的自由度的问题!

参与公共事务。网络正以覆盖面广、时效性强、专业度高、针对性强等优点被越来越多人的重视，zhèng fǔ 部门和相关方面正通过网络使民众能参与一些公共事务或事件中来集思广益。加拿大多伦多公交系统利用这样的工具，将各利益相关方在网上召集起来，以协作的方式共同为整个城市的公交系统出点子，改善乘客的乘车体验，从而在这方面成功开启了民众参与公共事务的典范。我国rén dà先后将《劳动法》等草案公布在网上，公开征集修改意见，通过认真总结吸纳，使民众的意愿在法律法规中得到了充分的体现，完善了相关草案中不足的部分。各地各级先后设立了党政首长信箱，公开民众网上反映的问题，然后以公开回复的形式或针对回复的形式予以解答。这种以技术为后盾的新的变革模式，让普通民众与各级党政官员有了沟通交流的机会，通过参与对话，共同为公共事务出谋划策。当然，有不少事件由于网络介入，造成了舆论的聚集、事件的透明、效应的放大，对政府起到了很好的社会监督作用，如“躲猫猫”、“俯卧撑”、“七十迈”等;“人肉搜索”的强大威力对揭露腐败、惩治腐败起到了一定的积极作用，如“九五至尊”、“名表”、“复出”等。这都要求我们的zhèng fǔ 部门及早转变工作模式去有作为、早作为、快作为，从而为建设廉洁机关、高效政府、和谐社会施加了巨大压力。

科技，已经或正在影响着我们每一个人，改变着我们的生活方式，让我们的行走更加方便，让我们的居住更加舒适，让我们的思想更加远涉。新技术新发明源源不断，时代的车轮正加速前进，不知会把我们带向何方，但我们相信“科技以人为本”。

这些年，家乡海岛的变化可真大，家家户户都过上了好日子。先说说我家的变化吧，我们现在搬进了新房子，家里焕然一新，以前一到夏天只有电风扇去热，还经常被热的一身汗。冬天又冷的手脚僵硬直哆嗦。现在，家里装了空调再也不用担心夏天太热睡不好觉，冬天太冷不想写作业了，就连电视也都换成数字网络电视。

我还有了自己独立的秘密小基地——房间，一张大大舒适的单人床，我的房间里装有电脑，用它可以上网查资料，周末跟同学聊QQ玩玩小游戏。这是我的小天地，书柜里整整齐齐地排满了我爱看的课外书和小玩具，让你随时随地想做什么就做什么。

厨房是妈妈的小天地，在这里妈妈一展她的高超厨艺，什么蒸的煮的烧的只要轻轻打开燃气灶，各种美味佳肴都一气呵成。我家的卫生间可漂亮了，洁白的坐便器，大大的淋浴房，我每天玩得一身臭臭哄哄进去，出来就喷喷香。妈妈说，要比起以前那可真是天壤之别！

说起变化，外面的变化就更大了，马路变宽了，两三辆小车都可以并驾齐驱，街道两旁绿树成荫，新开的一家家超市，酒店宾馆一家挨着一家。现在岛上很多人都用上了私家车，就连我们家也是；爸爸摩托车，妈妈电瓶车，我自行车。哈哈！我们都是有车一族哦……

再看我们新的教学楼，一幢幢高楼屹立眼前，红蓝绿相间的篮球场，崭新的体育器材，宽敞明亮的教室，应有尽有的教学用具，最值得高兴的是，从这学期开始，我们学校和名校东港中学合并了，这下家长们再也不用担心这里的教学物资匮乏，而担负重大的经济压力择校上学，在家门口就可以享受名师指导。

家乡的变化真的太多太多了……多的说也说不完，我相信随着经济发展的突飞猛进，家乡的变化一定会越来越大越来越快越来越好！

Now, the summer holiday is coming to the end. I really spend a rich but happy holiday. As a junior student, I am not totally free in the summer holiday, because study is still an important part in my life. In the first month of the holiday, I study at home to finish my homework. There are many tasks I have to finish. Besides, I have to go to the English and mathtraining class, because I am weak inthe two subjects. Therefore, I need some extra training. After that, I visit to my father with my mother. My father works in other province and I have not seen him for half a year. My mother and I miss him very much. We spend near a month with him.When my father is free, he often takes us go out. We are happy together.

现在，暑假就要结束了。我真正度过了一个丰富又快乐的假期。作为一名初中生，我的暑假并不是完全自由的，因为学习仍然是我生活中的一个重要部分。假期的第一天，我待在家完成作业。我有很多作业要完成。除此之外，我还要去英语和数学培训班，因为我这两科比较弱。因此，我需要一些额外的训练。之后，我就和妈妈一起去看爸爸。我爸爸在外省上班，我有半年没见过他了。妈妈和我都很想念他。我们和爸爸在一起度过了将近一个月。爸爸有空的时候经常带我们出去。我们在一起生活得很快乐。

Presently， a new lifestyle called low carbon life is spreading every corner of our country. The concepts of low carbon are low energy and no waste. It is such a significant project that I can‘t wait to present my ideas on how to promote it.

目前，新的生活方式称为低碳生活传播我们国家的每一个角落。低碳的概念是低能耗和废物。这是个重大项目，我迫不及待地表达我的想法如何实现它。

On the first place， a no-car day is supposed to set up every week in our school. Because cars not only cause serious air pollution but also waste energy. On no-car day， neither students nor teachers are allowed to drive to school. Meanwhile， just walk， jump， cycle or run. Use our legs and enjoy the fun.

在第一个地方，一个无车日应该是在我们学校设立每周。因为汽车不仅会造成严重的空气污染，又浪费能源。对无车日，学生和老师都不允许开车去学校。同时，只是走，跳，循环或运行。使用我们的腿和享受的乐趣。

On the second place， we had best not use plastic bags any more. No one can stand the “white pollution”。 So， it is wise to use bags which can be reused again and again. Finally， one thing that we should keep in mind： every big thing comes from the subtle. Therefore， as students， we ought to turn out the lights the moment we leave， turn off the tap in time， and reuse our textbook and so on.

第二，我们最好不要使用塑料袋再。没有人能忍受“白色污染”。因此，使用袋可重复使用一次又一次是明智的。最后，有一件事，我们应该牢记：每一个大的东西都来自微妙。因此，作为学生，我们应该关灯当我们离开，关闭水龙头的时间，我们的教科书和重用等。

All in all， it weighs greatly for all of us to put the low carbon lifestyle into practice. Just set our mind to these： no-car day， no plastic bags， and no waste. Let‘s do it now.

总之，它的重量为我们所有人付诸实践低碳生活。只是这些设置我们的思想：无车日，没有塑料袋，没有浪费。让我们现在就做。
