Our Librar is a busy place.It is open every day from8:00--12:00 in the

morning and from 1:30--5:30 in the after-noon,except on Sundays.

The library contains a large variety of books. in it you will find both

literary and scientific and technical books in Chinese and in foreign

languages.In this building too,are reading-rooms with newspapers and

magazines.Perhaps English books account for over a half of those in foreign

lanuages.

We often go there to look for books which we want to borrow or to read

articles which we like to consult.Our library provides all useful reading matter

and reference materials according to our needs.Although we do not subscribe to

any magazines or newspapers,we are well informed about the recent developments

and new trends in the world as well as in our country.The library plays an

important role in our college life.

书，是人类进步的阶梯。是人的一生中不可替代的营养品，是现代生活中不可少的一种学习工具。我离不开书，就像世间万物离不开太阳，鸟儿离不开天空，鱼儿离不开水一样。

星期六，我早早的起了床，来到了奉化岳林广场的图书馆。这儿很大很大，人山人海。

走进图书馆，走进图书馆，我立刻迎面而来的书香气所陶醉；被令我眼花缭乱的、各种我被各样的、精美有趣的书籍吸引。这里的书可真多呀！有科技书、故事书、历史书、作文书，应有尽有，让人目不暇接。一本本书就像成千上万位服务员，全都笑咪咪地对我说“欢迎你来看我！”我看了一本又一本。

其中，我最爱看的就是：淘气包马小跳，杨红樱笔下的马小跳，活泼可爱，善良和同学们度过了一个个愉快的学期。“书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉。”这句话说得一点都没错。随着《水浒传》……那一个个鲜活的形象让我至今念念不忘、记忆犹新。还有我最喜欢的一些作品，如：《安徒生童话》、《格林童话》、中国古典四大名著：《红楼梦》、《西游记》、《三国演义》、《水浒传》。

在图书馆这片书的海洋里，我自由自在的畅游着，我阅读了许多儿童小说，名人传记。也让我结识了朱自清、高尔基、秦文君、曹文轩一位位作家。手捧书本，一本本好书走进了我的心灵。翻开书页，我就开始了与一位位名人的对话。

感谢你，奉化图书馆，是你，我打开了一扇神奇的大门，走进这扇大门，我了解了历史，了解了社会，了解了自然，了解了人生。浓浓书香，伴我成长，图书馆成了我精神的殿堂，阅读成了我生活中不可能缺少的一部分，我愿踏着书籍的神奇阶梯，一步一步实现我人生的梦想！

I love reading, which enriches my knowledge and helps me know more about

the world. I love the school atmosphere. Students study together here and make

progress gradually. My favorite place here is library. I can read many books

here. Once I have some questions, I can find a lot of information. We fight for

the goal and plan details in the library in group task. I have so many good

memories to study here, which makes me so happy. No matter which school I am in,

I will always find this quiet corner and study what I like. I love the feelings

there.

图书馆是人们阅读、查资料的地方，今天我带着借书卡到市民广场旁的泗阳县图书馆，我已经来这儿有好多次了，这次来是想借两本图书，是《时代广场的蟋蟀》和《木偶的森林》，它们都是我们必读的书。

泗阳县图书馆，很美丽，一楼是办证处，二楼是中年、青年人读的书，我借的是在三楼，三楼是青少年、儿童的书，只需家长给办读书卡就可以上楼读书了。我走进去把卡给阿姨，我挑了《时代广场的蟋蟀》，坐在桌子上安安静静地在阅读，这里环境很美丽，洁白的桌子，美丽的背景，适合读书。一般有时间我都会去图书馆消磨时间，图书馆伴我度过了空余时间，只要有空余时间我就会把书中精美的句子抄下来。有句古话：“不为黄金屋，不为颜如玉，不为千钟粟。”这话一点不假，喜爱读书的人只是为了满足自己读书的渴望，享受读书的乐趣。这座丰富的知识宝库——图书馆，它大大满足了读书的渴望，孕育出一代代优秀人才，我喜爱图书馆。

图书馆，它像一位博爱仁慈的母亲，它这种无私奉献的精神，给予我们宝贵的知识，它是我们一生的永远快乐的学堂，因为是星期天的原因，泗阳县图书馆里有许多人，我好不容易拿到我爱心的书倚在墙上，读着读着，一位阿姨走过来说：“小朋友，读的真认真，时间不早了，明天再来看吧！”我抬头向周围一看，那知一个人都没有了，再一看，呀！天有点黑了，我收起书本向门外走去。

看这图书馆，我不经心中想着明天一定要早点来，我爱看书，我喜欢图书馆。再见了，图书馆，等着我明天一定早点来。

This is our school library . It s openfrom 8:30 to 11:30 in the morning

three assistants and about two thousand books . The assistants are friendly and

the books are interesting . So we often come here after class . From thelibrary

, you can borrow two books at a time , and keep them for two weeks . In its

reading room , there are tables and chairs . There you can do your homework or

read the magazines .

The main function of public libraries is to provide books for people to

read.In a library,there are books on different subjects,such as Chinese

history,fine art,science,English literature,and so on.There are also works fo

fiction.

The public libraries are crowded with people on weekdays as well as Sundays

because many people,especially students who want to consult reference books for

their school work,know that they could at least learn something there.

Besides reading in the library,we can also borrow books with library

cards.But books on loan had to be returned within a couple of weeks.As far as I

know the number of people who borrow books from public libraries is increasing

year after year.

I go to the City Hall library twice a month to read.
