经过几周的教学工作体验，感到有一条原则较重要，即让赏识走进语文教学，可以提高教学质量，让学生爱学语文。具体从以下几个方面入手:

一、教师和学生的关系是平等的

在赏识教育中，老师和学生的关系是平等的，教师在学生面前不是一位不可冒犯的权威，学生也不是唯命是从的卑微者。师生只有建立民主平等的关系，学生才有了安全感，才能充满信心，思维才有可能被激活，才可能敢于提出问题，敢于质疑。这样，就为学生的积极主动参与，创设了一个轻松愉悦、民主和谐的环境气氛，促使学生产生了强烈的求知愿望，即亲其师，学其道。成功的教学依赖于一种和谐安全的课堂气氛，这种气氛的建立需借助一些手段，如温柔的目光，亲切的抚摸，殷切地希望，加强师生间的情感交流，使学生更加依赖老师，从而激起学生更大的学习热情，这是学生学好语文的关键所在。

二、相信每个学生都能成功

罗森塔尔效应实验，说教师给学生自信，学生就会有高成就。教师对学生的相信是一种巨大鼓舞力量。陶行知先生也这样忠告我们：“你的教鞭下有瓦特，你的冷眼里有牛顿，你的饥笑中有爱迪生。”作为老师，应该相信每个学生都有成功的希望，每一个学生都具备成功的潜能，而教师的作用，就要唤醒学生的自信。

三、阅读教学，让学生多一点自我感觉

在阅读教学中，教师要更新观念，还学生以学习和发展的地位，要珍视学生独特的感受、体验和理解。对于学生五花八门的答案，教师要充分肯定。即使学生回答的幼稚，肤浅，甚至片面、错误，教师也切忌“一棒子”打下去，而应当热情鼓励、引导、用心呵护熠熠生辉的思想火苗，这对学生的影响将是巨大的。让学生发展自己的思维，获得审美的体验，从而提高语文阅读的质量。

四、作文教学中，让学生学会体现自己

在应试教育的制约下，学生在作文中的个性和创造性已消失殆尽。作文中总是干干巴巴的几段空话，套话、假话连篇，文章脱离了自己真实内心的感受，使作文失去了鲜活的生命和色彩。在这种情况下，教师鼓励学生写随笔，观察日记，读后感，观后感、周记。此类作文往往有学生真实情感的流露，鲜明个性的跳跃、独特词语的运用，许多优秀之作常常涌现，时间久了，学生就能发现自己的写作个性。

教师可以允许学生有不同层次的发展，并抓住学生作文中的优点，加以鼓励：如好的句子，使用准确的词语，好的开头或结尾等，唤起学生写作的热情和自信。作文评语以鼓励为主，当然作文中存在的主要毛病还需用委婉的、学生可以接受的方式指出，那么以后作文，学生会更主动热情，并能更好的展现或表现自己了。以赏识的方式改变学生作文中的一些缺点，效果明显，并能很快提高写作水平。

这是我最近教学过程中的一点点思考，现作以上总结，供大家参考、指点。

前几日读到卞之琳的《尺八》，除了读出作者对祖国，缠绵的乡情，思乡的凄楚和悲哀，丝丝缕缕的故乡诗情的细腻，实实的表现，更读出了一种隐隐的痛。

苦痛源于书下的注；中国古代乐器尺八在唐朝时被遣唐日本留学生传回并发扬光大，相反的是，尺八后来在它的故乡中国却近乎绝迹了，一个旅居中国的日本人，听到尺八即能潸然泪下，牵动“乡愁”，我关不知这“乡愁”从何说起，又将延伸到哪儿去。

国人一笔宝贵的文化财富就这样堂而皇之的被别人利用，并且成了日本人民族的象征的一部分，相对国内面临绝迹的现状，如果日本提出“尺八”的申遗，中国必是不能接受的，可是除了古史上有少许尺八在中国曾盛行的记录，另一个重要的因素，你对这个准非物质文化遗产的保护又做的如何？中国还有多少人会制作尺八，还有多少人会演奏尺八，就说中国人还有多少不必说知道尺八这种乐器？如果再不引起重视，博大的中华文明瑰宝又将失去宝贵的一隅，其实尺八现象早已存在，“端午”被马来抢注（成功），“月饼”，“中秋”，“重阳”被韩国，越南等抢注（由于我国民间的干涉，未成功）

的确，如何对待我们已相拥有的，这是一个非常严肃，不容商确的问题，中国的经济可以不是世界上最发达的（也没有人要求中国去争那个无味的第一），但中国拥有世界上最发达的文化，美国的二百年比得了吗？西欧那几座破古堡比得了吗？日本公元6、7世纪才兴起的大和文明比得了吧，就说欧洲人最引以为自豪的古罗马，古希腊文明，也比中国晚了许多，且中国是连续的，从未消失过的文明，就凭这，在四大文明古国中那也是绝无仅有的，所以，中国一定一定要做文化的世界第一。

我们如到西欧，往往陶醉于它们古色古香的街道，与自然和谐相融的布局，我们仿佛迷失在凝重的中世纪，同样美好的景色在国内有吗，在这里，可以负责任的告诉读者：高淳（南京）的水乡建筑曾经是周庄现存的至少十几倍，相当于四五个威尼斯，可现在为什么全部消失了呢，都是那可恶的城市化进程。南京也曾拥有世界顶级的城防工程城墙那是世界第一的，为什么现在外城墙荡然无存，内城墙平均每段缺口长度将近20公里，还有孕育许多古今文学巨匠的老城南街道，越来越少了呢？整天听到的不是“双拆”就是“老城改造”，老城真的需要改造吗？难道我们就吝啬那么一点地皮，一点资金吗？我们完全可以再造一个新城，另起炉灶，许多世界名城都有这种先例：如汉城京都，伯尔尼，布达佩斯，巴黎，罗马等等，据我所知，世界上没有哪个国家，拆迁部门是可以和文保部门平起平坐的，甚至绕开文保部门独立行动，

I was so busy in the previous winter holiday for I am going to take the

university entrance exam in July this year. Everyday, I buried myself in

studying. I had to review each required subject and do lots of exercises.

Besides, because I did bad in mathematics and physics, I had to do much more

exercises than other courses, which made me discouraged. I spent more than ten

hours a day in studying. When I was tired, I watched TV or listened to music for

a little while. But It was a big pity that I couldnt go to the see cinema. In

addition, I had to refuse all the invitations of friends and relatives. I only

called them or sent messages in the New Year’s Eve. I desperately hoped that

there is no exam but I know it’s impossible. The only thing I can do is to study

《学会生存》是六年级下册第四单元的口语交际课，教材安排这次话题的目的是引导学生学会生存，学会自我保护的本领，培养学生用列举实例表达自己的观点。

上完后，第一感觉是孩子在交流过程中的语速过快，提问的问题没有价值，是值得深思的，我就仔细分析了学生现存的原因有三：

1、对学生已有的知识水平和情感估计不足，在布置前置性作业的时候，教师忽略了学生现有的知识水平，以至于孩子们在谈论后交流时涉及的面就太窄，思路不够广。设计如下：a、你遇到、听到、或从电视、报纸等媒体上了解到的有关自我保护的事情。b、读综合学习中《智慧之花》想到的。c、从电视上看到或者听到的别人是如何进行自我保护的。d、我们可能遇到哪些危险或灾难？应该如何应对？学生课下都做好了充足的准备，查阅了大量的资料。我要求学生分成小组的形式来讨论，结果有些学生不喜欢参与到其中去，或许是孩子们过于紧张，导致个别的学生不敢发言了。学会生存，是一个内容很广的话题，包括的范围很大，学生可以从生活方面入手，可是孩子却仅仅限于走丢，迷路，溺水，地震、火灾、遇见歹徒等等，学生的思路没有更深层次的。

2、教师的语言过于单一，没有什么特色，鼓励和评价的时候忽略了学生的想法。其中有个学那个在讲述自己在迷路的时候，如何解决问题的，教师没有及时评价，而是一句话带过。

3、对教材的把握还不够深入，过于注重教材，而忽略了教材的工具性，忽视了语文学科的工具性和人文性。

4、总结时，设计了一个环节：通过今天这节课的学习，你懂得了什么？自我感觉跟前面的有点重复。

5、前面布置的作业改为：对于“学会生存”这个话题，你想说什么？相信孩子们会给我更多意想不到的精彩？

对于这节课我也有满意的地方可以从以下三个方面来说：

1、积极的参与到学生中，对学生的发言及时作出评价。

2、落实了本堂课的教学目标，让学生知道一人在家遇到事情，运用自己所学的知识去应对，不如说煤气泄漏，骗子等等。

3、把课堂还给了学生，让学生能够大胆质疑，对学生的某个话题全班进行讨论，让学生爱上口语交际，努力培养学生的应变能力。

这次作文指导课主要存在以下问题：

1、教师备课时高估了学生的综合能力。

我这次讲授的内容是指导写人。备课时，我的教学思路是这样的：先联系所学课文，多媒体出示高尔基、李四光、列宁、宋庆龄的填空题让学生复习旧知；接着让学生互相说说自己身边最熟悉的人；然后出示一篇经典的写人范文，让学生读一读，评一评，互相启发，明确写一个人要通过写一件事，抓住外貌、动作、语言、神态来写，突出人物的特点；最后让学生参照范文来写自己最熟悉的人，写完后请一两个学生读习作，集体来评讲。结果上课，学习范文时，体会不出写人的方法，和预设的效果相差甚远。评讲习作时，学生读出来的习作记流水账，语言干瘪，人物特点突不出来。

2、课堂中问题情境设计的趣味性不浓。

三年级学生刚接触学习习作，总觉得太难太难了，提不起写作的兴趣。如果课堂中问题情境设计的趣味性不浓，学生就更不乐意上习作课了。这次习作研讨课，学生的注意力不够集中，也就体现了问题情境设计的趣味性不浓，引不起学生的兴趣，学生和老师的心灵不能产生共鸣。因此，多数学生写的习作，写事的过程不够具体，写人的人物的特点不够突出。

通过这次研讨活动，我认为在今后的备课中，我们应该从以下几点来加强备课，不断提高课堂效率。

一、要全面了解学生水平。

在备课时，在备学生中，特别要关注每名学生，充分挖掘学生的潜能，关注学生素质的提高这个核心目标。我们要根据所教内容，找出新旧内容之间的关联，寻找学生的现实水平，明确未来要达到的水平，以便确定学生的“最近发展区”。这就是我们常说的“备学生”，只有这样，我们在备课、上课时才能有的放矢。

二、制定恰当的切合学生实际的学法。

事实上，学生智商的差异是客观存在的，但每名学生都有其自身优势。我们要用发展的眼光、辩证的思想看待学生，研究学生的心理特点，深挖不同层次学生的潜质。特别要尊重学生由生活经验引发的思维，坚持思维无禁区论，视学生

为自主的人、发展的人和有潜力的人，最大限度地调动其潜能，促进自身主动发展。对于学困生应采取补救措施，对优秀生采取特殊的额外措施。通过备学生，加强备课的目的性、针对性和实效性，进而优化教学过程，发展学生潜能，促进学生情意和人格的健全发展。

三、课堂中问题情境设计的要有趣味性、典型性与层次性

课堂教学中启迪学生思维、培养学生能力是在一个接一个的问题情境和问题解决中实现的。为了使学生积极地进入思维状态并能获得成果，所设计的问题必须是典型的、有趣的和具有层次性的，要符合学生的“最近发展区”，而这些在经历了教学实践后，当然就有了更深的体会和更好的改进。此时，再反思和进行教案的改进，就变得更有针对性。

从写作对象来说，《我的自传》是自传体作文，是以写人为主的文章。不过，这个人物不是以往写人文章中的人物，而是自己，写人的手法在这里都可以应用。但是，想把这个“我”写好，却不像其他写人作文那么简单。

自传体作文要写出一个真实的、活生生的“我”，这个“我”，应该是生活中自己的真实样子，而不是与生活中不一样的我。写出来的自传要让人看了以后，知道那就是你，完全真实的你，而不是陌生的别人。为了帮助学生认识自己，在教学这次习作之前，我就布置学生回去做了预习，认真回答以下的问题：

1、我是谁？（姓名、性别、年龄、家庭情况介绍）

2、我长得怎么样？（身高、外貌、体形）

3、我的性格是什么样的？

4、我喜欢什么？不喜欢什么？

5、我的学习成绩如何？对学习的态度如何？

6、我有什么快乐？烦恼？

7、我的优点、缺点是什么？这些优点、缺点带给我什么影响？

8、我的理想是什么？怎么会有这样的理想？

9、别人（家人、老师、同学）眼中的我是什么样的？

10、在我成长的过程中，谁对我的影响最大？

11、哪些事情给我留下了深刻的印象？

12、有什么事促使我在某一方面有了改变？

13、你的成长过程中有哪些重要经历？（可请父母、爷爷奶奶等亲人帮忙回忆）

有了这样的材料在手，学生就有了可供选择的素材，除了第1个问题，剩下的哪个问题展开来写都能有很多内容可以写，学生就不愁没有材料，也不会不知道写什么了。不过，素材多了，又面临一个选材的问题，什么样的素材最适合用于这篇自传体文章？什么样的素材更重要，更具有表现力？这都是需要认真考虑的。指导学生在作文中要表现出自己的鲜明个性，就要在选材上运用准确的事例生动地表现出来，能在众多的材料中学会取舍。

在教学过程中，我注意强调学生不能记成流水账，以免有些同学把预习所回答的问题串连起来成一篇文章。自传中一要有事实，自传不是简单的记人，我们的个性特点、精神风貌、生长经历都要在自传中体现出来。我注重引导学生写出事实，写切身的体会、真实的活动，这样让文章生动、充实，这是这次习作成功与否的关键。

课堂上写作学生一下子不习惯，所以完成的情况不太好，相当一部分同学都没有完成。也跟学生平时写作速度慢有点关系，写作速度的训练在要以后的作文中加强。

在学生互评习作和全班修改作文这两个环节上做得不够到位，可能是因为学生平时缺少训练，一下子没有适应这种情形，也由于我没有灵活地引导，这个环节有点流于形式。

从学生交上来的作文来看，这次作文教学取得了一点小成功。在取材上，有的写自己的缺点优点和这些优点缺点带给自己在学生、生活上的影响；有的回忆了自己童年时代的趣事；有的写了父母对自己的关心和自己的打算；有的写了与同学之间的相处对自己的影响；有的写了在街上看到小乞丐后自己的想法和改变；有的回忆了生活中影响自己比较大的事；有的谈了自己的理想；有的谈了自己是如何喜欢打乒乓球的……总之，从内容上来说，不再像以前的作文那样单一。以前老赖着不交作文的同学都把作文交上来了，写的内容虽然还是不够具体，但是真实；语句也还是不够通顺，但是我起码知道他想表达什么。平时绝大多数写“搭架子”作文的同学这次的作文都言之有物，虽然在具体生动上还欠缺为火候；平时写作还算比较可以的几个同学这次的作文也是表达得更加富有真情实感。不过，这次的作文也存在一些问题，最明显的是开头和结尾过于雷同。因为我在课堂上举例讲了开头可以介绍自己的姓名、年龄等内容入手，而结尾可以总结一下自己，所以不管写什么内容的同学，都套用了我所举的开头和结尾的例子。从这里可以看出，学生自主高效地完成一篇习作还是有待努力的。

In the past two years, my parents took me to travel to many places,

while fear of death is universal, my worry about death is so overwhelming that there is not a moment passing without my thinking of it. i never bring this up with any other, just because no one will ever realize the seriousness of this problem. i know it very clearly that as long as there is life, there will be death. in addition, though i am still so far away from death, i have been plagued by the thought of it for years. fortunately, the root of my fear of death lies in my overzealous love for life. i am too timid to think of the end of life, when every worldly affair should be thrown away. how can i carry on without friendship, affection, and joy of being alive? i really hate to leave all these behind. to ease my worry about death, i should make the fullest use of this life i now possess. concentration on this life can at least temporally make me forget about death. as a matter of fact, i really don＇t need to worry so much about death, for i already have too much to worry about this life.
