再过几天就是教师节了，我参加了“岁月如歌，感念师恩”的包饺子活动。

9月6日一大早，我准时来到老六羊汤馆，心情即兴奋又紧张，兴奋是因为我第一次参加小记者活动，心里非常期待;紧张是因为老师说我们都要表演才艺，我事先没有准备。

早晨8点老师开始给我们排队分组，我们一共分为5组，我被分到了第一组，每一组坐一张圆桌，老师们坐另一张桌子。等我们全体坐好后，带队老师开始让我们为参加活动的老师表演节目，有的表演吹葫芦丝，吹的是《金色的孔雀》声音很美，我最喜欢;有的表演魔术、有的用英语自我介绍、有的表演唱歌、还有的诗歌朗诵，所有的小记者们为老师合唱了《小苹果》。

接下来我们给老师献花，把鲜花连同我们的祝福一起送给老师。唯一遗憾的是我没能亲自给老师。

As his reward，the Heavenly Queen Mother gave Hou Yi the Elixir of Immortality，but she warned him that he must use it wisely. Hou Yi ignored her advice and，corrupted by fame and fortune，became a tyrannical leader. Chang-Er，his beautiful wife， could no longer stand by and watch him abuse his power so she stole his Elixir and fled to the moon to escape his angry wrath. And thus began the legend of the beautiful woman in the moon，the Moon Fairy.

The second legend has it that during the Yuan Dynasty，an underground group led by Zhu Yuan Zang was determined to rid the country of Mongolian dominance. The moon cake was created to carry a secret message. When the cake was opened and the message read，an uprising was unleashed which successfully routed the Mongolians. It happened at the time of the full moon，which，some say，explains why mooncakes are eaten at this time. Mooncakes are usually stamped with Chinese characters indicating the name of the bakery and the type of filling used. Some bakeries will even stamp them with your family name so that you can give personalised ones to friends and family. They are usually presented in boxes of four which indicate the four phases of the moon. Traditional mooncakes are made with melted lard，but today vegetable oil is more often used in the interests of health. Mooncakes are not for the diet-conscious as they are loaded with calories. 晚上的月亮像一位胆小的学生，一会儿被乌云骂得呜呜哭；一会儿被行人好奇目光吓个半死，躲在云朵里不敢出来了；一会儿又像一位无私的引路人，有位小朋友迷路了，它用柔和的月光照亮路，让小朋成功地找到自己温暖的家。尽管月光微弱，但它很乐意帮忙。

时间仿佛永远定格在中秋那天夜里，永远忘不了那段浪漫时光。

Happy Mid-autumn Day

Today is Mid-autumn Day. I have a big meal at home with my parents and

relatives. This is an important festival， so my mother was busy with preparing

the dinner from morning. She bought a lot of foods for the dinner. We ate the

dinner at 5：30 p.m.. The dinner was very delicious. I was so full. After dinner，

we went to theHongTingParkto enjoy the glorious full moon. There were many

people in the park.We talked to each other and strangers. Of course， the moon

cake was essential. We had a great night there.

今天是中秋节，我同父母和亲戚一起吃了一顿大餐。这是一个重要的节日，所以我妈妈从早到晚都在忙着准备晚饭。她买了很多的食物做晚餐。我们傍晚五点半吃晚饭，晚饭很好吃，我吃得很饱。晚饭过后，我么去红亭公园赏满月。公园里有很多人，不管认识与否，我们互相交谈。当然，月饼是必不可少的。我们在那度过了愉快的夜晚。

中秋节，是我国的传统佳节，在这个热闹非凡的日子里，家家户户欢聚一堂，品尝美味的月饼和瓜果，享受天伦之乐。

这天上午，我先和爸爸到沃尔玛采购食品，没料到超市里洋溢着一片节日的欢乐气氛，人流量比平时多出足足三倍，结帐的队伍排起了长龙，非常壮观！

下午，我和姐姐去参加猜灯谜活动，我们绞尽脑汁地猜出了几个灯谜，斩获奖品，满载而归。路上，有不少的小朋友在秀灯笼，我和姐姐便兴致勃勃地加入他们的行列。

晚上，一家人有说有笑，品尝着美味的团圆饭，大人们少不了喝点小酒，我和姐姐按惯例是每人一个大鸡腿。

吃过晚饭后，全家人到阳台赏月。一轮金黄的圆月像一个银色的玉盘高高地挂在天空中，面对无暇美月，我不禁赞叹：“今晚的月亮真明亮！”素有“小才女”之称的姐姐轻吟：“月到中秋分外明！”我灵机一动：“嫦娥应悔偷灵药，碧海青天夜夜心。”姐姐当仁不让：“今人不见古时月，今月曾照古时人。”看到我们争得面红耳赤，外婆在一旁拍手叫好：“以前只知道玩的娃，现在也懂得吟诗赏月了，孩子们是真的长大了呀！” 众人大乐。

皎洁的月光，温柔地洒在我们身上，耳畔不断传来丝丝缕缕的笑声。想着李白“举头望明月，低头思故乡”的怅惘，我觉得自己真幸福！这真是一个美好的中秋节啊！
