How I Spent My Summer Vacation

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. 很多人在考试时总考不出自己的实际水平，拿不到理想的分数，究其原因，就是心理素质不过硬，考试时过于紧张的缘故，还有就是把考试的分数看得太重，所以才会导致考试失利，你要学会换一种方式来考虑问题，你要学会调整自己的心态，人们常说，考试考得三分是水平，七分是心理，过于地追求往往就会失去，就是这个缘故；不要把分数看得太重，即把考试当成一般的作业，理清自己的思路，认真对付每一道题，你就一定会考出好成绩的；你要学会超越自我，这句话的意思就是，心里不要总想着分数、总想着名次；只要我这次考试的成绩比我上一次考试的成绩有所提高，哪怕是只高一分，那我也是超越了自我；这也就是说，不与别人比成绩，就与自己比，这样你的心态就会平和许多，就会感到没有那么大的压力，学习与考试时就会感到轻松自如的；你试着按照这种方式来调整自己，你就会发现，在不经意中，你的成绩就会提高许多；

首先，你应该明确一下自己想在寒假里要完成什么任务比如：读一些好的资料，完成自己在学校里没有时间完成的制作，还要结合学校的要求进行自己寒假计划的制定。

再者，放假了，一定要帮助家长做家务啊！自己的成长就在于生活的点滴积累中。

还要记着，完成寒假作业是最基本的任务，坚持写日记啊，坚持锻炼身体。

要想办法使自己的寒假过的充实一些，劳逸结合。在完成作业的同时预习一下下学期的知识，作好下学期的充分准备。接触一下社会，了解一下社会的需要。发展一下高雅的兴趣爱好，陶冶情操。适当的娱乐做做你自己想做的事！

在这个很短而又很欢乐、美好的寒假中，我准备这样有意义过完它。

虽然已经放假了，但我还是要保持一个良好的作息习惯，按时睡觉，按时起床，早上不睡懒觉，晚上也不熬夜看电视。

每一天的学习是必不可少的，除了有计划地完成寒假作业以外，每天我还要认真地练好古筝。书是我们最亲密的朋友，也是最好的老师，所以，我每天都要读书。

the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.

Here are the results of the survey about what the students in our class plan to do for their holidays.40% of the students will choose to go to visit their relatives and friends . After a busy term , they want to spent more time with the people they love .30% of the students are going to travel to relax. 15% of the students want to take training courses to improve themselves . The rest will just stay at home to have a good rest.They plan to read books .At the same time ,they also plan to go out to do sports to keep healthy.

今天上午天气晴朗，阳光明媚。我们一家去市民广场放风筝。

爸爸拿来一个气球，把它系在风筝后面的小尾巴上，用来增加它的阻力。妈妈用手拿着风筝，我紧紧地拉着线。爸爸大声喊了一声：“放。”，妈妈就赶紧把风筝抛向空中。风筝越飞越高，在空中翩翩飞舞着，我们快活地喊叫着，在广场上拼命地跑着。

天空中风筝的种类还真多。有蝙蝠风筝、蝴蝶风筝、小鸟风筝等等，它们都在空中快活地飞翔着。

我真希望我是那自由飞翔在蓝天上的风筝呀!

放寒假了，你们知道我的寒假是怎么安排的吗？那就让我来告诉你们吧。

一、学习安排。首先，我要把寒假作业做完，有时间再练练钢笔字贴。当然，经过这学期的期末考试，我也要查漏补缺。早上9：00-9：40写20页快乐寒假，10：00-10：50写一篇作文，11：00-11：30画一张手抄报，11：40-12：00练钢笔字帖，下午3：30-4：10复习语文（背诵课文、背诵古诗、默写生字词、默写古诗、读读写写……）4：30-5：00复习数学（读背默数学概念……），5：20-5：50复习英语（读背默英语句子，单词……）。

二、身体锻炼。有了好的身体，才有好的生活。早上7：20-9：00爬山，下山，晚上7：30-9：00出去散步。

三、生活安排。我要自己安排好，寒假我要学会做家务活，帮妈妈减轻负担，我要带妺妹一起学习，学会洗衣服，学会做饭……当然我自己的事情也要自己做好了，早上7：00起床，勤洗澡，刷牙洗脸……
