星期五下午，我们开展了一堂保护眼睛的社会实践课。这节课是由张梓涵给大家上的，她用了一个星期的时间，搜集了关于保护眼睛的数据和相关信息，如青少年近视的程度，初高中生、小学生的近视程度以及我们应该如何好好保护它等，然后又把这些内容做成课件呈现在我们面前。

首先张梓涵提出一个问题：“那些已经佩戴好眼镜的同学用什么原因造成的呢？”有的同学说是因为有些人的爸爸妈妈近视了，所以是遗传；有的同学说是因为光线不好。比如说长时间在昏暗的光线下看书，所以近视了。还有的同学说是因为用眼不当造成的近视。如写字姿势不正确、长时间玩电子产品等。接着，张梓涵又给我们出示了一些数据：目前中国青少年近视人数占全世界近视人数的70%，占据世界第一，初高中生的近视程度在逐渐上升。眼睛是心灵的窗户，拥有一双明亮的眼睛是多么的美好，那么作为一名四年级的学生。

我们应如何保护眼睛呢？最后张梓涵给我们总结了许多小常识：一、要多吃水果蔬菜、多吃含有维生素a的食品，如胡萝卜等。二、要多做眼保健操，三、要多看绿色植物、多看远处来使我们的眼睛得到调节和放松。这节社会实践课让我认识到了导致近视的原因和保护眼睛的方法。

大家要保护好自己的眼睛，拥有一双明亮清晰的眼睛才能让我们领略到更加美丽的风景。让我们从现在做起、行动起来，告别不良习惯，保护眼睛、爱护眼睛！

Mark suddenly had a bad bellyache before class began this morning. His classmates immediately sent him to the Peoples Hospital nearby. In the hospital, the doctor gave him a medical check-up. The result of the examination showed that he was suffering from acute appendicitis and he needed an operation right away.

The monitor of his class quickly called Marks father and asked him to come to the hospital at once. After a while,Marks father came and the operation began in no time. Several days later,Mark recovered.

眼睛是人类心灵的窗户，它不仅可以给我们带来光明，更能让我们看到美丽的大千世界。

今天，张梓涵同学给我们讲了一节课，讲的就是如何保护好自己的眼睛。她首先给我们提出了一个问题，眼睛为什么会近视？还让我们举手回答。杨洋说：“如果在光线太亮或者太暗的地方看书、写作业视力就会下降，眼睛就会近视”。田芳菲接着说：“如果写作业姿势不正确视力也会下降”。同学们你一言我一语说了很多。张梓涵给我们总结了如何保护眼睛的六点建议：一、保持正确的看书写作业姿势。二、走路时不要看书。三、多吃蔬菜和水果。四、少玩电子产品。五、早睡觉。六、多做眼保健操。

最后，张梓涵给我们演示了正确的看书写字姿势和不正确的姿势，让我们做判断和比较。还教我们正确的眼保健操动作，要求我们每天至少做一次。然后她声音响亮地问我们上面所说的大家能不能做到，我们全班同学异口同声地回答“能做到”。

通过这一节生动有趣的课，我们大家认识到一定要保护好自己的眼睛，不要早早因为近视戴上眼镜而影响我们的学习和生活，我们大家都有一双健康明亮的眼睛是多么重要和美好啊！

Panda is known as the national treasure of China. The panda was a kind of ordinary animal in China long ago. However, for some reasons, too many of them have been killed. So the number of them is falling quickly.

At present people are taking an important measure to save pandas. People want to find a home for them, and recently, they have set up a nature park for them in Sichuan Province,which is called "Pandas Home. "There pandas can enjoy their life happily. There is a bamboo forest near the Pandas Home. So the pandas can find bamboos easily which they like to eat very much.

Because pandas are well protected now, the number of them is increasing every year. We hope that one day we will have enough pandas to set them free and let them live in the wild again.

Pandas are good friends of man. Man should try to protect them and ]et them live in the way they like!
