艾滋病传染主要就是通过性行为、体液的交流而传播，当然还有母婴传播。体液主要有：精液、血液、阴道分泌物、乳汁、脑脊液和有神经症状者的脑组织中。其他体液如眼泪、唾液和汗液，存在的数量很少，一般则不会导致艾滋病的传播。所以我们只要稍稍注意，做到预防还是没问题的。

我们宁波大学是属于重点批次院校，一般不会出现那种女学生外出从事“性”交易的情况，但我从学生的角度了解到的形势并不乐观，一些虚荣心较强，家庭条件一般或是较差的学生还是有外出从事“性”交易的。还有部分家境很好的男同学晚上会有外出找“小姐”。人数虽然极少，但难免感染上艾滋病毒，2004年初，美国和宁波市疾病预防控制中心有关专家共同深入到娱乐场所，经过近4个月，对江东、慈溪等地4家宾馆两百余名娱乐场所从业人员进行调查，艾滋病防治基本知识平均得分为8.4(总分为14分)。与性伴侣最近一次发生性行为使用安全套的只有51人，其他人员均不用安全套。最近一个月每次使用安全套的有16人，不用安全套的有72人，占35.6%。而如果我们的同学回到学校进一步传染，后果相当严重。

宁波市疾病预防控制中心也曾经公布了一项与日本京都大学共同协作完成的调查结果。通过对宁波市2万余名大学生有关性病艾滋病防治知识的调查，结果显示甬城七成多的大学生对艾滋病感染者持避免接触和同情态度;大多数大学生认为自己不会感染艾滋病。持这种观点的，两所高校的比率分别为72.0%和63.8%。他们认为，只要平时注意生活作风，少一些性伴侣，而且即使有多个性伴侣，只要增加男女双方的自我保护意识，也不会感染艾滋病。

这份调查表明了我们大学生们对艾滋病的知晓率还是不够高，甚至有很大一部分人根本不知道艾滋病的相关知识，这不得不让人担忧。

从感染艾滋病病毒到发病有一个完整的自然过程，临床上将这个过程分为四期：急性感染期、潜伏期、艾滋病前期、典型艾滋病期。不是每个感染者都会完整的出现四期表现，但每个疾病阶段的患者在临床上都可以见到。四个时期不同的临床表现是一个渐进的和连贯的病程发展过程。由于目前尚无预防艾滋病的有效疫苗，因此最重要的是采取预防措施。主要有：

1.坚持洁身自爱，不卖淫、嫖娼，避免婚前、婚外性行为。

2.严禁吸毒，不与他人共用注射器。

3.不要擅自输血和使用血制品，要在医生的指导下使用。

4.不要借用或共用牙刷、剃须刀、刮脸刀等个人用品。

5.受艾滋病感染的妇女避免怀孕、哺乳。

6.使用避孕套是性生活中最有效的预防性病和艾滋病的措施之一。

7.要避免直接与艾滋病患者的血液、精液、乳汁和尿液接触，切断其传播途径。

预防艾滋病的最简单的办法就是每次性交的时候，为了避免有体液的交流，一定用避孕套。所以在西方一些国家，有些学校和组织都发放免费的避孕套。艾滋病的传播主要与人类的社会行为有关，完全可以通过规范人们的社会行为而被阻断，是能够预防的。

Thirdly, modern science and technology facilitate both our daily and academic life a lot. 第二，是要放远眼光，是指不被暂时的情绪和心情所拖所沉溺，要成就大事业，就必须大事抓紧，小事放松。如，不要被上网玩游戏等所带来的满足感所一直沉溺，孰不知，暂时满足的背后的更大的空虚。相信大家都有这种体会。

第三是树立就业危机感。我们总是在怪自己自己控力不强，没有上进的动力。孰不知是自己的意识上没有清醒。有人会说：“爱情是学习的动力”或“家境贫穷的学习的动力”等等。其实，从直接意义上来说，就业危机感才是也应该是我们上进的动力。我自己常想自己毕业以后究竟能干什么？又多从报纸杂志上看到目前就业形势的异常严峻，所以心里很是后怕。有人说目前找工作：要么有关系，要么有文凭，要么有才能（技能）。而我们呢？文凭，只是大专；关系，相信在坐的大部都没有什么关系。所以，我们唯一的出路便是要有什么才能。而这，就要问问自己：你学到了什么，你掌握了什么？现在的问题不是我们不知道学什么，而是我们不想学。

第四，是要学知识与发展能力并举。以前是重知识而轻能力，但现在不同了，恰相反，由于社会上影响，文凭要求的适当下降，所以现在的很多大学生纷纷跑出外面找兼职。如果他们是在不影响学习的前提下去的，那没话说，反而应该提倡。但他们有些不是，为了一份端菜的服务生工作，不惜请假旷颗，晚自习也不上。我身边就有这样的现象。现在，出现了这样一种错位思潮，就是，在职的机关企业工作人员，纷纷利用业余时间”充电“，而在校的大学生们却纷纷跑到社会兼职。我觉的应该纠正这种思潮，归位。

beautiful scenery, at the same time, to exercise our bodies.

My weekend is full of plans and I enjoy them all.

酸

炽热的光，灼烧着我们。伞外伞内，两个世界。他语重心长地交代生活琐事，用男人的粗糙的手指，从包里摸出了几张红色毛爷爷，递给了我。纸张上耀眼的金色反光，衬的他的手在阳光下越发地黑，越发地亮。我小心地缩着手，用两根细白的手指捻起了纸钞，快速撤回到阴影下，漫不经心地听着唠叨，视线投射在他的身后繁忙的人群上。

相顾无言，他停止了言语，看着我，静止了几秒，在我皱眉之前，他要走了。好好照顾自己，他挥了挥强壮的手臂，转身走了。人群里，还是那么拥挤吵闹，没有人在乎着一对父女正在面临分离。他的身影，越来越小，渐渐地，从一个强壮的背影，在眼里浓缩成了一段黑的发亮的脖颈，他却没有回头。很奇怪，这不正是一直渴望的结果吗？远离父母，享受自由。视线却不自觉地被他的离开的背影所吸引，久久收不回来。那背影越来越小，最终消失在回家的路上。一阵莫名的难受，我亦转身，投入了相反的路上。

孩子啊，总会忽视父母的爱，自私地满足自己的欲望，或自由，或理想，而一次人生小小的分离，酸了鼻子，润了眼眶，不舍而不自知。父母啊，总会拼命地付出，却忘了问他们要的是什么，每次冷漠的回应，酸了心，酸了四肢，无力质问，只能拖着疲惫的身心仓皇逃离。

爱着对方，只是将不敢言语的爱憋成了阵阵心酸。

辣

蓝天白云，绿树清风。而强烈阳光下，面对的，不是岁月静好，而是火一般的辣。裸露的脖颈，在一天天中，烙印下了阳光的印记。那时候，时光是那么慢，娇嫩的皮肤，似乎永远火辣辣地。汗水顺着皮肤的纹理，缓缓划过，渐渐又在高温中蒸发，消失不见。坚持吧，不然如何获得成功呢。

一身军装，渴望着英姿飒爽。身临其中，才发现，一静一动，都需要付出极大的努力与汗水，才可能做到他人眼中轻松的美丽。

咸

在烈日下灼烧，口干舌燥，舔一舔滑落在嘴角的汗水，淡淡的咸味。

冲进拥挤的人群，捧出一碗香喷喷的板面，嗯，和家乡清淡的阳春面完全不一样，越吃越咸。

躺在陌生的床上，与一群不熟悉的陌生人共处一室，第一次这么失眠。望着床板，逼迫自己睡觉。害怕，思念，迷茫，伴着入眠。

挣扎着早起，才发现，咸咸的泪水，浸了睫毛，

甜

结束了，大学前的一个特殊阶段。终于换上了喜欢的衣服，抱着珍爱的书本，踏上了上课的路。新的朋友搂着胳膊一起慢慢走着。蓝天白云，绿树清风，一切那么平淡幸福。

苦

多么幸福，有朋友，有家人，有梦想，有青春。好好活着，自在活着，哪里有苦呢？生活在继续，不要为往事牵绊，我们都要重新开始。毕竟，我们还年轻啊。

My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morningfrom Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head teacher says health is themost important thing. After running I have to do morning exercises on theplayground. Then I can have breakfast. Having breakfast, I need to have morningreading. Oh, I almost forget that all of the students have to do some cleaningbefore breakfast. There come the various classes. Then noon comes. Havinglunch, I will go to sleep. I often read twenty minutes before I fall asleep. I haveclass in the afternoon. And I still have classes at night. It’s boring, right? ButI have got used to it and enjoy myself at school.

大学，众多学子向往的地方。大学生活，每一个高中生都梦寐以求的的想去体验一番。至少当时的我是这样。但是，说句实话，大学对那时的我来说只是一种想象中的美好，但究竟如何，我想现在的我才对他有一定的了解。

在大学，不会再有老师苦口婆心的教诲和防腐不知疲倦的讲解；不会有每天做不完的习题和试卷；也不会天天为了分数、名次而焦急、苦恼……在体验大学生活的这一个月中，有这样一件事让我印象比较深刻：在大学的第一堂课上，有两个女生迟到了几分钟，按照以前的习惯打报告进教室。但后来老师说：“在大学中，如果你上课迟到或者有事想要早退的话，你不用打报告，只需悄悄地从后门出入，不要影响大家就好……”在这以后，我也遇到过其他在高中甚至想都不敢想的事情。比如可以随时出入宿舍和校门，因需要完成某事要逃课等。

所以，我总结出：大学，是一个完全靠自觉的过程。如果高中的我们还是一只雏鸟，那么大学的我们可以说已经长大，远离了父母的庇护，远离了老师的督促，剩下的只有自己做自己的主人。

所以，现在的我们要自己管好自己，自己规划自己美好的大学生活，并自己保证今后能够笑着谈起自己的大学生活。

大学的第二个特点就是有更多的时间和空间自由支配，大学中绝不会有从早上5点出宿舍上课直到晚上10点才回去休息的情况；也不会因为喜欢看《红楼梦》但怕被老师发现而东躲西藏的事情，更重要的是，在大学里有各种各样的活动等着你去参加和体验，而这些在高中都被视为纯属浪费时间的事情。其实，从这些事情中我们也能学到许多知识——课本里并没有的知识，学到许多经验或是教训，学到大学的丰富多彩……

所以，我觉得，比知识更重要的是能力，而能力地培养需要一个过程，大学则是这样一个很好的过程。

所以，我们应该抓住每一个机会，更好地锻炼自己、提高自己，在丰富自己大学生活的同时，为自己多赢得几笔生活的财富！

大学，还有不同以往的种种特点：

大学，可以打手机、用电脑的地方，我们可以不必再为老师要查电子产品而苦恼，甚至把手机藏在垃圾桶里或者天花板上天；

大学，除教室外你还可以去图书馆、参加社团活动等地方，我们也不必过每天除了书本就是习题的单调、乏味的生活；

大学，不必为出一趟校门而绞尽脑汁地编各种请假理由；

大学，不会因为和某个异性朋友多说几次话而被班主任老师请进办公室。

大学生活和以往我们经历过的学习生活真的不同，它至少对现在的我来说包含这太多的意外和精彩。当然，大学生活对我们来说也有太多的诱惑，所以这也就需要我们以正确、积极的心态去面对，学会更好的地址诱惑。

如果有机会可以让我跟还在为大学奋斗的学弟学妹们说几句心里话，我真的想告诉他们：好好努力，争取早点来体验大学生活，因为想象和真实的感受真的不一样！我也想对那些想要放弃大学的学生们说：大学，是美好的4年，不要给自己一生留下遗憾！

最后，也不妨说一句：我的大学生活，真的很精彩！

Although I’ve had a busy school life in the past three years, getting along with such amazing classmates has made me the luckiest person in the world.

In one of those unforgettable days, we had a basketball game. During the tough time, I could feel that everyone in my class was so concentrated that our hearts were beating together fast. We brought the players not only encouragement but also some real help and skills. Though there were only three people on the front line, I knew it was 39 people fighting side by side and we would never give up. At last, we won the game. With great excitement, all of us jumped around and burst into tears.

There’s no doubt that we’ll always go through hard times together and I’ll never forget the happiness we shared. I love my school life with my lovely Class 3.
