第三个项目是我最拿手的“梅花桩”，只不过这是“悬空版本”的，走上去虽然也是摇摇晃晃，但是我按照地上走梅花桩的方法，左右手脚交替前行，没一会就过了这一关。紧接着的一关是这里面最简单的一个，它就是“结组独木桥”，我踩着绳结一两步就走了过去。后面的“青蛙跳板”、“吊桩”……我都顺利的通过了。

一层的项目顺利通过后，我爬上攀梯，来到了第二层，原来攀梯就是二层的第一关，看来二层比一层还简单。第二关之字木桥我也顺利地通过了。到了第三关，竟然在一面悬空的墙，脚下什么可以踩的东西都没有，墙上只有一些绳索和碗口大小的块状抓手，我站在那里等了很久，还是想不出来怎么过去，教练员让我先蹲下，然后把我的保险带往前一晃，我鼓足勇气往前一跃，我整个身子都悬在了空中，我不由自主地登了几下脚，发现脚下什么也没有，好像悠悠球一样悬在空中，我两手拉着墙上的绳索，使劲向前拉，换了好几次后，才接近休息台，我使出了吃奶的劲，向前一荡，就抓住了休息台的栏杆，终于过去了，过来一看才知道这一关的名字叫“绝壁逢生”，怪不得这么害怕。接着，要系好保险带，不然后面的关卡是不会顺利的通过的。下面的“秋千桥”、“小心翼翼”……也都顺利的通过了，最终我完成了闯关任务。

今天下午真是好玩、紧张、快乐又充实。让我体会到了，无论遇到任何困难都要咬紧牙关，坚持下去，这样才能胜利。通过体验既磨炼我的意志，又锻炼我的体质，真是快乐的一个下午呀!

我们步行在这如龙蛇盘绕的山中，我们边走边观看路边的景色。这里群山环抱，并且那山像极了一些人物，仿佛向我们诉说着历史。比如说：黄继光，……我还看到了天然大佛，小天门，双峰骆驼，一线天，二老谈经峰……我不由得赞叹起大自然的奇妙。

再往前走走，我看到了一棵千年连理树。这棵树非常的庞大，差不多得有五个人才能抱起来。那里的水也是又清又绿又静。其中有名的就是天堂海、青龙潭和捧月湖这三条湖泊了。天堂海里的水是绿如明镜：青龙潭里的水是清澈见底，不时微风吹来，潭里的水就漾起了波纹。捧月湖是中间像月亮，所以叫捧月湖。

后，我们到达了慈云寺。这里刚一进门，就有一个如来佛祖，并且里面还有各种各样的佛祖。我们登上了慈云寺的高顶，进了白衣阁，里面是南海观音菩萨。在后回来的时候，我们还去了空谷回音。只要你叫一声，声音就会传得很远，很久……

我们恋恋不舍的跟青龙山慈云寺说了再见，准备下一个行程。

我还要擦一些家具和玻璃，甚至连门都不放过。我仔仔细细、认认真真地把家里从头到尾、从上到下在用抹布、拖把擦，拖了一遍，抹布上粘满了灰尘。这下可把我累坏了，我满头大汗，上气不接下气。但我一想：“我是要给妈妈一个惊喜的，再说了，大扫除本来就是要卖力的呀，如果我现在就坚持不了，那么刚才干的不就是白费了吗?”做事得有始有终。于是我又开始扫地了。我连角落都不放过，总算扫完了。仔细一想，还有房间忘记扫了，我进去，熟练地拿起扫把，慢慢地扫起来。然后，我装了一桶水，洗了一下拖把，扭干水，开始拖地。我握着沉重的拖把，慢慢地从这边拖到那边。

这次大扫除之后，我知道了：“只要付出了，就会有收获。”

I went to see a film in the cinema this evening. It was called Kong Fu

Panda. I love this film. It is funny but I also learned something from the film.

走着走着，我们已经来到了渡船码头，这个景点是扒着船绕观鹭岛走一圈，还以看到可爱迷人的白鹭呢!我和爸爸妈妈便迫不及待地走上小狗形的船，一边扒着船一边欣赏着如诗如画的风景。过了一会儿，我们隐隐约约听到了“呱，呱”的声音。啊!原来我们已经来到了观鹭岛!在绿树成荫的岛上，成千上万的白鹭披着洁白如雪的斗篷，扇动着有力的翅膀，在蔚蓝的空中自由自在地飞翔。好像在说：“欢迎来到这里游玩!”这里真像是一个白鹭的天堂!

在以前，我经常幻想自己是传说中的美猴王孙悟空，看着他在电视屏幕上那神气的样子，我可羡慕不已啊!现在，我真的可以当一回孙悟空了。来到花果山水帘洞景点前，我恍如身临其境，来到了传说中。当我登上花果山，遥望着远方的那一刹那，我真觉得自己是一个威风凛凛的孙悟空啊!

不知不觉，太阳公公已经在我们不注意时悄悄地回家了。

我们也只好依依不舍地离开了生态乐园。这次的旅游真叫人难忘啊!

快中午了，我想：要不，我来做饭吧，妈妈、奶奶她们够辛苦了。我先是抓了三把米，放入碗中，用水洗淘了三次，再加点水，就倒进了电饭煲中，开始煮了。我又想：光吃白米饭多没味道呀，不如我就炒点菜吧，就这样办。我淘洗好白菜，放进锅中，开火，我炒了起来。我第一次炒菜，很紧张，这时，刚起床的老爸下楼了，我向老爸求助：爸，教我做菜吧!好啊!老爸爽快答应下来。先放油，等油熟了，放菜，放盐老爸认真教，我认真学，不一会儿，我就学会了。我们又一起炒了几道其它菜。

这时，刚刚回来的奶奶与妈妈她们进门了，一看桌上香喷喷的饭菜和干净的屋子，夸奖了我，我笑着说：这也有爸爸的功劳。大家围在一起，开心地吃起了饭。

父母她们辛苦了几十年，帮忙做家务，是对他们最好的感谢与表达方式，以后我还要帮他们做家务。

今天，我看见妈妈又在劳累的做家务，妈妈从星期一到星期五上班很忙，星期天妈妈还干活，所以我想让妈妈休息一下，我就和姐姐一起把干家务的工作拦下来了。

第一项，洗衣服，我的任务是晾衣服，姐姐每洗完一件，我就晾一件。
