有这样的理想，要看看有没有这样的本事。我的作文水平如同芝麻开花——节节高。但还不行，还要再努力些。要想写好作文，首先要审题、构思，打草稿。然后进入正文，文中不要些废话，要有详有略，可用修辞方法，过渡句段、首尾呼应，使文章流畅。最后检查，该改就改，不要画蛇添足。

我总是不知道自己的真实水平，自己的作文写得时好时坏，没有把握。有时候写得好，被老师当众朗读;有时候又是那么的无用，被老师批评。我完全是跟着灵感来写的，如果没有灵感，我会写不出，我又不懂虚构，即使编了，也不太成功，不符合实际。所以我反对老师的说法：作文可以虚构。(除了童话之类的)

忙碌的星期天

Last week , I had a busy Sunday.

I got up at six oclock at first ,Then ,I must washed my face and brushed

my teeth in ten minutes,Following,I need for breakfast .My breakfast was very

delicious ,so I ate them fast.After this,I went out and went played basketball

with my best friend ,Tom ,in the school playground .We knew many tempering is

good to health, so we can train each week together .In the noon,I went home and

cooked my lunch by myself ,then ate it .In the afternoon ,I stayed at home .I

read books and did my homework three hours .I n the evening ,it is mountain in

the sun ,I began to washed my dirty clothes .At the oclock ,I went to bed and

had a rest.

我们拿来了两个羽毛球拍和一个羽毛球。来到打羽毛球的地区，我们开始准备对打。

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during my summer vacation.They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. Summer view of the countryside is very beautiful. 在这方面可以了解到作为初中教师来说应该要懂得调动学生的学习氛围，尤其是在这个年龄阶段的学生心思比较活跃的情况下就更应该强调好课堂纪律，如何利用当前学生的心理来激发他们在课堂上的学习氛围也是一门技巧，因此对于师生之间的矛盾应该要处理好才能够逐步展开自己的教学计划，在当前的教学工作中应当懂得分析学生的心理需求才能够进一步思考作为教师的自己应该如何去做，因为相比起学习成绩来说课堂纪律问题往往让作为初中教师的自己操碎了心，这次的教师培训能够提到这样一点并提供解决的思路也是让我眼界大开。

至于学习方面急需要处理的便是学生身上普遍存在的偏科现象，在这之中不得不提到的一个问题便是英语的分数对于班级整体成绩的重要性，因此作为初中教师要懂得处理好学生身上的偏科现象才能够有效促进班级整体成绩的提升。只不过在这一点之中也需要批评那些在在当前课堂上做不同科目作业的学生，这种做法除了是不尊重老师的表现以外还间接耽误了学生对知识点的学习状况。

还有一个不得不谈到的问题便是现阶段家庭教育对于初中生学习的重要性，所以作为初中教师除了做好学生的教学工作以外还应该抽出时间接触一下家长，无论是自己对于初中生的一些看法还是家长应该做到的部分都应该讲明，而且有些时候学生身上存在的一些问题光凭教师是难以解决的，所以在这方面还要引起家长的重视并使用正确的教育方式才行，至于如何达到让学生将精力专注于学习的目标则需要根据不同的情况来做到具体问题具体分析了。

我始终坚信作为一名初中教师不可能会遇到教不好学生的状况，有些看似比较困难的问题只要能够找对解决的方法就能够有效地提升学生成绩，在这之前最好还是应该要收拢学生的心思才能够使其专心进行学习，当前自己可以预见到作为初中教师来说在教育事业上面还有着漫长而曲折的道路，而自己需要去做的便是为了达到教好学生的目标而在这条曲折的道路上不断前行。

In the summer vacation is very meaningful for me, because I met a special

"friend" -- the tortoise.

The appearance of the tortoise is very silly, bravery, small, easily

我喜欢夜晚，在夜晚思考，在夜晚写日记，我的作业在学校里就能做完，但我每次总会留一小时的作业量到晚上九点钟做。在白天，事物的繁忙，人们的急躁，人情世故，乱了心境，扰了禅心，只有在夜晚，当狡洁的月光净化我的心灵，抛开属于白日的焦急、浮躁时，我听着周杰伦的歌，倾诉着自己的心声。杰伦的《叶惠美》我快听了半年多了，但却还是听不厌，因为杰伦的曲，因为文山的词，就如我现在听的《晴天》，歌中的意境营造了一个浪漫的完美世界，让年少之人所向往;轻刚之人所陶醉;年迈之人所回味，一种和谐而共有的美便产生了。

昨天，我因期中考试考得好进入年级前五名;今天，我做《少女》上的心理测试，结果我的幼稚指数为99;明天，我们的语文老师(我最喜欢的老师)要飞到云南授课了。生活中不断出演着大大小小、快乐悲伤的事情，像座迷宫，人自懂事之后就在寻找自己人生的意义，却永远也走不出，知道生命结束。但就因为这座迷宫、这座不断变化的迷宫，人生有了乐趣。

我打算过一个愉快的周末。周六的上午，我要去看望我的阿姨。下午，我要去购物中心买东西。晚上，我打算做家庭作业。周日上午，我看电视，电视节目非常有趣。下午，我打算听音乐和画画。我想这个周末我会很疲劳，但一定很快乐。

i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way.

i used to run about every day in previous summer vacations,this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so.

i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations.

though those examinations were still a year away, i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this.

at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this,8ttt8.comlater i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on endless happy summers to come.

with this in mind i then set to work like anything and occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life, for i was sustained by a hope.

第一次带妹妹

我的妹妹只有三岁，十分淘气，动不动就耍大小姐脾气，有时候连家长也没有办法。

今天，我去奶奶家。一到家，就看见妹妹正在客厅的沙发上玩，我也没太注意。可等我定睛一看，咦?妹妹怎么在玩我的小本子?我火冒三丈，准备抢回来。可我又想了想，妹妹又小，又不懂事，我做姐姐的应该好好地对她啊。所以，我便不再理睬她。

这时候，奶奶走过来，说她要上市场买菜叫我在家里带妹妹玩。我拍拍胸脯说：“放心吧，奶奶!”奶奶走后，我问妹妹要玩什么，妹妹说要玩布娃娃。我和妹妹去抱了一些布娃娃，我先把布娃娃打扮好了，看妹妹还在磨蹭，我便过去帮她。可是妹妹不让，我就把布娃娃抢过来，怕浪费宝贵的时间。可是，妹妹开始大哭一场，我没办法，只能把布娃娃还给她。可是，谁知道，还完布娃娃后还打我。

今天带完妹妹后回家，我想了一下，我才发觉我以前也是这样对待爸爸妈妈。所以我决定以后不会像妹妹一样对待爸爸妈妈。
