当然，要做好这些健康是最重要的，所以为了完成我的计划，我要每天坚持锻炼，或骑自行车、或游泳、或散步。

既然制定了计划，就要按计划完成，如果不按计划完成，就等于白制定。所以我一定要认真完成自己制定的计划，不敷衍了事。

暑假的一个星期天的早晨，妈妈说要给我包饺子吃，我一听，高兴地“一蹦三尺高”。

我和妈妈兴致勃勃地来到菜市场。菜市场的菜琳琅满目，有青菜、土豆、番茄、韭菜、南瓜……看得我眼花缭乱。我和妈妈挑了块猪肉，买来后拿到绞肉机上绞成肉末，又买了芹菜、豆腐、饺子皮……一切都买齐了，我俩匆忙回家。妈妈把芹菜和葱、姜切碎，再剁得极细，一起混入肉末里，放了适量的盐、酱油、调料，然后搅拌均匀就做成了香喷喷的饺子馅。

开始包饺子了。我学着妈妈的样子拿起一张饺子皮，放在自己的手掌上面，然后，我用勺子舀起一小勺肉放在饺子皮中间的地方。接着，用手沾一点儿水在饺子皮的边缘涂半圈，在对折捏一捏，或捏一些花边这样，一个饺子就做好了。可是，和妈妈包的饺子比起来，还差十万八千里啊。妈妈包的那圆鼓鼓的饺子活像一个个大将军，而我包的饺子却像一个个瘦骨如柴的老头。但此时我却没有轻而放弃，耐心地学着、琢磨着、思索着。功夫不负有心人，一番刻苦努力后，我终于有了很大的进步。一个小时过后，我们终于把饺子包完了。妈妈把饺子放在沸腾的开水中煮。一眨眼的功夫，那小巧玲珑的饺子已浮上水面了，呈现在我眼前。我迫不及待、狼吞虎咽地吃了起来，我吃着自己包的饺子，心里美滋滋的！

今天，我万分激动！我虽然在包饺子的过程中遇到了一点小挫折，但凭着我的努力，终于学会了包饺子。
