China has many traditional festivals among the year. But I like Mid-Autumn Festival the most. It means harvest, because it is celebrated in the harvest season. And it is the time for famers to express their thanks for harvest. In addtion, it’s the day for reunion. Some people call it Tuanyuanjie. The people work or study far away from home will come back to get-together with their families. They will eat a big meal and mooncake at that time. I hate parting but love reunion. 除了串手链以外，我还喜欢看书。每当放假的时候，我就会和龚芝洁一起去图书馆看书。一到图书馆，我就沉醉在了书的海洋。在学校，有时我会利用课间休息的时间来看书。总之，我一天到晚手不离书。妈妈说：“你就是个‘书虫’！”这就是我，爱看书的我。

除此之外，我声乐考了五级，钢琴考了四级。怎么样？我是不是多才多艺？写到这儿，我都有点沾沾自喜了。突然，妈妈叫了一嗓：“一天到晚都躲在楼上，快下去运动运动。”哎！晕倒！

With the harsh competition in todays society, more and more people

complain about their stress in their daily life. Stress mainly comes from our

work, study and families. When we feel stressed, we often have bad moods on the

day and cant sleep well at night. Thats too bad for our health. To help ease

stress, some good ways are suggested. Firstly, we can chat with our parents and

friends. Maybe they can give us some good advice. Secondly, we ought to do some

exercise, which can help us have a nice sleep at night. Moreover, we are

supposed to balance our life with more outdoor activities, so as to make our

Im glad youll come to Beijing to learn Chinese. Chinese is very useful, and many foreigners are learning it now. Its difficult for you because its quite different from English. You have to remember as many Chinese words as possible. Its also important to do some reading and writing. You can watch TV and listen to the radio to practise your listening. meanwhile, they are also experiencing more and more competitions and suffering

much more stress than before.With the tremendous rhythm of living imposed by

todays world, it isnt unusual for people to feel tired and to try to evade from

一次新的体验 A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

昨天，我在图书馆做公益去获取公益实数(类似于学分)。我早上8点到达图书馆，一个图书馆管理员让我去擦一楼到六楼的厕所里的镜子。然后

就开始擦镜子了。等我完成了所有的工作，已经过去两个小时了。我非常地累，但是看着被我擦得干净闪亮的镜子，我感到很开心。说实话，我在家里从来没有做过像这样的事情，所以，这对我来说是一次新的体验，这也让我体会到了父母的艰辛。
