Honest people are easy to get others’ respect and people often prefer to cooperate with the honest ones rather than liars. It’s obvious that no one could tolerate a friend always tell lies. China have a famous story which is about a shepherd boy who wants to play farmers and lie to them a wolf is coming. After he lies to them twice, a wolf is really appears, when he asks them for help, no one believe him anymore.

第二个有助于成功的因素是诚实。无法否认大多数的友谊是建立于诚实的基础上，而大多数的事业是基于友谊上的。 诚实的人很容易得到别人的尊重，人们往往喜欢跟那些老实的人而不是谎话连篇的人合作。很显然，没有人能容忍一个总是说谎的朋友。中国有一个著名的关于一个牧童的故事，说的是他想戏弄农民就向他们撒谎说谎狼来了。他撒了两次谎之后，狼真的出现了，但当他求助的时候，再没有人相信他了。

Beside what I talk about above, I consider that perseverance is an essential personality to people who want to succeed. Everyone will meet problems, but not everyone could insist. In fact, perseverance is another attitude which belongs to optimistic. A famous saying is that difficulty is like a spring which weakens in face of a strong-willed but strengthens in face of a faint-hearted.  When people run into problems, as long as they persevere, they will be closed to success.

除了上面我所提到的，我认为毅力是想取得成功的重要性格。每个人都会遇到的问题，但并不是每个人都能坚持。事实上，毅力是另一种乐观的态度是。有一句名言说的是，困难就像弹簧，你弱它就强。在人们遇到问题时，只要持之以恒，就会成功。

To conclusion, everyone has his personality. Kindhearted people make others feel warm, and humorous guys bring happiness to people; enthusiastic ones could easy be on good terms with others. Sometimes people’s personality decide who they are, even who they want to be.

总之，每个人都有自己的性格。善良的人让人感到温暖，幽默的人给人带来开心；热情的人可以很容易和别人好好的相处。有时候人的性格决定了他们是什么样的人，甚至是他们想成为什么样的人。

Chinese people always appreciate the purposes and principles of Olympic ideal, support the efforts of Olympic Games to promote world peace. The Chinese Government and people are doing our the utmost/best to prepare for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, and shooting at the pageant with advocating Olympic ideal, sparkpluging world peace and enhancing the relationships among the world. Olympic spirit are gonna spread again in orient cultural ancient China.

The government and people of China have always admired the purposes and principles of the Olympic spirit and supported the efforts made by the Olympics in promoting world peace. The Chinese government and people are doing our utmost in preparation for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. It is our hope to make it a grand gathering that will carry forward the Olympic spirit, promote world peace and enhance the friendship among people of the world, so that the Olympic spirit will flourish once again, this time in China, an oriental country with an ancient civilization.

TO Success: Opportunity or hard-working

Every body wants to succeed. But when it comes to the question that which factor leads to success, opportunity or hard-work, different people will offer different answers.

Some people think that opportunity is the first factor leading to success. They hold the idea, as a proverb saying, “Man proposes, god disposes”. Because almost all successful people have good luck and have caught their valuable opportunities, they believe that opportunity is a leading condition of the success. If seizes and makes the best use of opportunity available, one can succeed surely. In summary, to them, chances and lucks play the most important role on the road to success.

However, others maintain that “no pains, no gains” .Without exerting oneself, one could never expect to achieve success in no matter what one is doing. As is known to all, there is no royal road to the summit of success. One is likely to succeed only when one has worked with whole-hearted devotion and perseverance. Those who are lazy, sloppy and indifferent to their work, those who never concentrate on work will definitely end in failure. On the whole, as far as they are concerned, hard-working is the decisive factor to success.

In my view, both hard work and opportunity eventually matters. They are inseparable from each other, and put together, they make a great success. Hard work is to luck what fish is to water, and can be seen as an interior precondition of success. It lays the corner-stone for building a house while luck serves to cement it, to make the building bricks adherent to one another. They are the twins that contribute to success together. They are the factors from within and without respectively. We must work hard, make efforts and get prepared. When opportunities come, meet and make full use of them. Only in this way can we succeed one day.

成功的关键

Everyone gets the itch to succeed， but only part of them can make their dreams come true. You maybe wonder： what is the key to success? The answer is “To keep the desire to learn”.

Keep the desire to learn， and you will never be satisfied with what you have known. Always keep a curious mind to all the mysterious parts of the world. Keep the desire to learn， and whatever difficulties you face， the strong belief will support you in solving the problems. Keep the desire to learn， just as Ms Curie puts it： “Nothing in the world is to be feared， it is only to be understand.” So everything is possible if we try our best and never give up.

One who does not have the desire to learn will never reach their goals. They are always shortsighted and are easily be satisfied with the very little thing they have known. In fact， knowledge， just like the ocean， never has a rim. Whenever and wherever you are， you should remember： what you are learning is only the surface.

In a word， always keep the desire to learn， and the door of success will open to you one day.
