There are many festivals in China，During these holidays, my favorite holiday is Chinese New Year.Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family gathering.Before the festival, people come home no matter where they are.Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. 随着参观长城的游客越来越多，给长城带来了显而易见的破坏，例如：白色塑料袋、矿泉水瓶、果皮、纸屑等垃圾随处可见，严重地破坏了长城的卫生。游客还在城墙上乱涂乱画，弄得城墙狼狈不堪，破坏了长城的美观。当地村民还在垛口处和通往长城的小路上私自搭设梯子，设点收费，我为他们的行为感到羞耻。更可恶的是一些房地产开发商为自己的利益，不顾别人的劝阻，在长城周围建了很多建筑物，挖土机还在隆隆作响，铲车还在来回穿梭，忙得不可开交，不惜破坏了长城周围的景色，加速了长城周围自然景观的破坏……

扫楼梯，看起来是一件很平常的事情，可它却给我带来了很多的感想。在放寒假之前，我们来到居委会进行见习活动，而我们的任务就是扫楼梯。

平时，我在家里就是一颗“掌上明珠”，很少做家务活，以致于刚开始扫的时候，有点无从下手。在没干活之前，我发现公用楼梯很脏乱，有一些废纸、垃圾，还有不少灰尘。我不禁生出一丝厌恶之情。然而，我还是动手了。我从上到下，又从下到上，来来回回的几次下来已累得满头大汗、有气无力。我看见三楼楼道非常脏，便连忙拿起扫帚和簸箕，小心翼翼地从楼上顺着楼梯往下扫。扫了很久，在楼梯上跑上跑下的，我的头竟有点晕，一不小心差点摔跤，我的心颤了颤，心想：不扫了。可是看看别的同学已满头大汗了，但仍在努力地扫着楼梯。我下定决心，要继续把楼梯扫完。人们都说劳动最光荣，我自认为这是让自己得到安慰的最好理由，边哼歌，边扫楼梯。

我从这件小事中，体会到了许多。在这里，我想对所有的人说：地球是我家，环保靠大家，没有大家的共同协作，是不可能搞好环卫的。我虽不懂那些高科技，也不知那些高科技的重要性，但我深知一点，有些高科技污染很严重，为什么不改善它呢?我也知道现在正有许多人参与着这个活动，但力量未免有些薄弱，我希望还有更多的人能参与进来，使地球恢复往日的生机!

I had a joyful summer vacation. During the holidays, I traveled with my

families. We went to Beijing and stayed there for four days. We lived in the

hotel. It is very beautiful. We visited to the Tiananmen Square, the Imperial

Palace, the Summer Palace and the Old Summer Palace. We also went to the Great

Wall. The weather was very hot, but we were exciting. I like Beijing very much.

Today the crime rate in cities of our country is rising. Many citizens

often complain about the thefts and robberies that have taken palce in the areas
