When he was sick of that place, he decided to change another place to enjoy

his life. And so on he hopped onto the plan. When it took off, the man was

wondering what place are they arriving now? When he opened his eyes, he found

himself in the North Pole. There he rested and enjoyed his life. When it was

time to go and find another place, he decided to go to its opposite; Antarctica.

He was so very, very, very excited.

The plane took off again, and it flew a while until they reached

Antarctica; it was quite a long trip, but when they finally landed on land, the

man as so excited that he switched on his clothes immediately and went to

play.

He was having a very good time; at last he chose his place.

He went to the manager of the airport, and said that he could now rest;

because he had finished his work in finding his place of life.

He was very glad, and when he was ready to build his home, he thought about

the penguins. He had played with them a good time; at last he finished building

his house. He had made friends with the penguins too.

如今，我国不仅经济建设有着强劲的发展势头，而且航天科技也是突飞猛进。在不久前，我国就成功地发射了“神州五号”载人飞船。从开始研制到发射成功，仅仅用了三年多的时间，使我国的航天事业向前跨了一大步。

中国的经济、科技都在飞速发展，而香港、澳门也相继回到了祖国的怀抱里。朋友们，你们说，我们的祖国是多么的发达进步、繁荣昌盛啊！

There is a special woman who lives next to my house. She has two children

and she looks much younger than her real age. My mother feels envious about her,

and always speaks highly of her. I talk to the woman one time and I find that

the way she talks just like a girl. She has a young heart, which is the way

makes her special.

你们可曾听过“天下三分明月夜，二分无赖是扬州。”这段诗句?我现在是在中国的一座美丽的城市——古城扬州给你们写的信。

扬州是个美丽的地方。这里的天格外的蓝，草格外绿，水格外清。这里还有远近闻名的瘦西湖，世界各地的游客只要一到扬州，就会被那里的美景所吸引而留恋往返。扬州的美景数不胜数，比较有名的还有个园、何园等景点。

不光这些，这几年扬州的变化可大啦!不说别的，就说我家后边的邗沟河吧，以前当人们走过去时都会捂着鼻子，还不断说好臭、好臭啊!而现在，经过环保部门的精心治理，那里的水变得非常清澈，绿化得也很好。

我还要告诉你一个喜讯：今年的五月一日，扬州人终于实现了千年梦想，那就是润扬长江大桥开通了。你们也许听过“京口瓜洲一水间”这样的诗句，润扬大桥连接了京口与瓜洲两个千年古渡。润扬大桥的开通，交通变得更加方便了，而且还会促进扬州各方面的发展。

我十分喜欢听历史故事，最喜欢听郑成功收复台湾的故事。我们的先辈为了使国土不沦陷于他人之手留下了无数可悲可泣的故事。我们为什么不可以为祖国做出应尽的贡献呢?

Dear Kate,

This term I moved to a new house and studied in a new school. But I always

missed my friend. My old house was move comfortable than this new house. I

wanted to go back to my old house.

Everything was strange for me,so I couldnt study better. I felt nervous in

the first test. And I got bad scores,I felt very sad. The teacher shouted at me.

And then,I felt under too much pressure and very tired. My parents were also sad

with me. When my classmates knew this thing,she helped me,and gave me some

advice. Later,I thought I can be better next time.

I hope to get on well with everyone and get a good mark soon.
