Summer is hot and rainy, but summer is the best season for entertainment,

because we can go swimming in the sea and enjoy the beautiful sunshine on the

Autumn is very cool and comfortable, and it is also the best season for

harvest. In autumn days, the farmers are busy in their fields. If we had a

In China Mid-autumn Day is considered to be a symbol of family reunion. On this day all the family members gather together at home to celebrate this special occasion. Last year I could not celebrate the festival with my family because I was in university. However this special day left a deep impression on me.

I still remember the atmosphere of that evening. All the students who could not go back home assembled in our classroom having a party to celebrate this traditional festival. We tried our best to show our own enthusiasm. As an ethnic minority I performed a peacock dance which received warm applause. 中秋节观潮中秋节晚饭过后，我和爸爸妈妈还有我的好朋友全家人准备去龙港东塘观潮，听说八月十五去观潮的人非常的多，浪也非常的大，非常的壮观，我们怀着好奇的心出发了。

我们坐在爸爸车上走了将近一个多小时，突然在一个路口被一辆警车堵住了去路，下车一问原来是观潮的人太多，为了不发生意外所有的车辆不准进入堤坝。我们只好将车停在了路边下车徒步前进，随着人流我和我的好朋友有说有笑。走了大概有半个小时还没走到，就问爸爸怎么还没到，爸爸说还早呢，才走了不到一半，我和我的朋友都惊呆了，怎么会这么远?我们就商量着比赛跑步，这样可以煅练身体又可以早点到达目的地。

我们整整走了有一个半小时的路程，总算到了海边，人山人海，还有好多的警察在维持秩序，警察叔叔为了我们的安全真的好辛苦。我们找个容易观看潮水的地方坐了下来等待潮水的到来，过了一会只见海面上海浪一个接一个的向我们涌来，海潮狂暴得像个恶魔，翻腾的泡沫，失去了均衡的节奏，就像冲锋的队伍一样，鼓噪着、呐喊着、拼命的冲上堤坝，银白色的海水，卷起城墙一样高的巨浪狂涌过来，那阵势真像千匹奔腾的战马向着敌人冲锋陷阵。打过来的浪花溅了我们一身，身体湿了，衣服也湿了，但我们觉得好舒服，来一次真的很值得，明年我们好要来看。

Beijing, Dalian and HuHehot.

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China.

It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty

minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in

Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Summer

Palace, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, the Space Museum, etc. I went to the

countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. It was very interesting. I

went shopping in WangFuJing. I bought lots of souvenirs and other things. I like

eating Beijing snacks. They are delicious. Don’t mithe Beijing Duck. It is

Dalian is a beautiful city. Dalian is close to Beijing. I spent 5o minutes

on the plane. Dalian is near the sea. I smelled the salty taste in the air. The

roads are clean. There are lots of trees and flowers near the roads. There are

many esplanades and Japanese buildings. There are some fountains in one of the

esplanades. Some people flew kites and walked on the esplanades. We went to see

the beach and the sea. The sea is blue. There were many swimmers in the sea. I

lay on the beach to see the sky.Dalian is a very nice place to live.

Huhehot is in Inner Mongol. There are lots of large grasslands. The

grasslands are endless. The sky is bright blue. There were a lot of horses and

sheep. They were running or eating grass. I rode a horse on the graland. I

picked some colourful flowers. We drank the tea with milk. There is a small

desert, it was very hot when I walked on it. The sand could sing.

These trips helped me open my eyes. I enjoyed my day.

A happy holiday is over. I was impressed by a lot of things in this

holiday. There was one thing I was the happiest.

On the second day of the year, I went to the Xinhua bookstore with my

mother. As soon as we enter the door, all kinds of books are placed in order. We

came to the childrens reading area. I first picked up a book "why one hundred

从小到大妈妈给我讲过很多的事儿，给我印象最深的还是——“这灯怎么吹不灭？”

晚上，妈妈在灯下织毛衣，她好像想到了什么，一边织一边对我说：“阿婷，你知道二三十年前的灯是什么样的呢？”我摇了摇头。“当时，人们用的是煤油灯，黑漆漆的房间里只有一点火光，长时间在煤油灯下学习，鼻孔上都是黑黑的。”说到这儿，妈妈抬头望了我一眼，“后来，用的是电灯。电灯虽然亮，但对那时贫困的家庭来说，电费太贵了，有时还舍不得点灯。说起来还真有个笑话呢。老人以前用的都是煤油灯，一吹就灭，有个老人就对着电灯使劲地吹，却怎么吹也吹不灭。她嘴里不住的嘟囔道：“这灯怎么吹不灭？”

妈妈说到这儿停住了，我先是哈哈大笑，见妈妈严肃的表情，引起了我的深思。电灯，对四五十年代的人来说，是多么的遥不可及。能用上电灯，那会引来多大的羡慕和赞叹。如今，灯是很普遍的：落地灯、台灯、壁灯、日光灯……各色各样，品种繁多的灯走进千家万户，别说是电灯，就是上天入地，也不再是梦想。

中国人还会跑步吗

记得2008年8月，我在观看电视，电视上正在播放北京奥运会的赛况，当时中国得了许多枚金牌，我兴奋得简直要发疯了。这时。妈妈不禁感慨：“在以前的奥运会上，中国运动员去参加跑步，一些外国人指着我们中国人说‘中国人还会跑步吗？’。这一切的一切都源于当时我国很落后，都是被其它国家的人嘲笑，听后，我们国家的人一个个都敢怒不敢言。”

听妈妈讲后，我十分愤怒，心想：我一定要好好学习，为自己的祖国作贡献。不过，现在我国强大了，这次2008年的北京奥运会上，中国还得了五十多枚金牌，居金牌榜第一呢。

“国家落后，就会挨打。”所以中国要强大起来，坚决不受其它国家的欺压和XX。

One of the most memorable time I travel is to go to Ocean Park in shenzhen. As soon as I went in I jumped with joy, wow, a towering building, how so like a private house, I began to doubt. The house was full of praise for me.

We went to the aquarium, there is a ferocious shark, the lovely dolphins, timid sea turtles, Marine animals! Let me be during pick up, walk to the ocean theatre, dolphins, sea lions performance, clown diving is the most wonderful, funny, lovely clown, jumped into the water from the diving platform, all wet and there is a clown jump into the water, some threw a life buoy to another clown head,... .

We came to the seaside to swim, the water of the sea wave to wave to me, ah! So comfortable! Washed away by the sea water to the sand of the sea, the foot on the beach, soft, feel good!

We picked up a lot of shells on the seashore, different shape, big and small, triangular, 栯 round, color variety, beautiful!

After dinner, we again to the beach to catch crabs, found a small crab, I quickly caught it by hand. Ah! Is really a big harvest, we caught six crabs altogether. We went happily back to the hotel.

The tour that I learned many knowledge, also is my most happy one.

我最难忘的一次旅游就是去深圳海洋公园。我一进去就高兴得跳了起来，哇，一座高大的房屋,怎么这么像私人住宅,我开始疑问了。我对这间房屋赞不绝口。

我们来到海洋馆，里面有凶猛的鲨鱼、可爱的海豚、胆小的海龟，海洋动物真多!让我目不睱接，走着走着来到了海洋剧场，海豚表演、海狮表演，最精彩的是小丑跳水，滑稽、可爱的小丑，从跳水台上跳到水里，全身湿透了，有一个小丑跳着跳着掉到了水里，有的把救生圈丢到了另一个小丑的头上，......。

我们又来到海边游泳，海水一浪接一浪地扑到我身上，啊!真舒服!海水把海边的沙冲走了，脚踩在沙滩上，软绵绵的，感觉真好!

我们在海边捡了很多贝壳，形状各不相同，有大的、有小的、有三角形的、有栯圆形的，颜色多种多样，美丽极了!

吃过晚饭后，我们又到沙滩捉螃蟹，发现了一只小小的螃蟹，我迅速的用手把它捉住了。啊!真的是大收获，我们一共捉到六只螃蟹。 我们就高高兴兴地回到酒店了。

这次旅游使我学到了很多知识，也是我最高兴的一次。

1984年，我在党旗下庄严宣誓，成为一名光荣的共产党员，党旗在我心征文。2008年，我从工作岗位上正式退休。这一年，是我人生的另一个起点。回顾退休十几年走过的路程，得到过无数次各种表彰，也受到不少冷嘲热讽，但我始终认为作为一名共产党员，只有为人民服务的义务，没有离岗之日。有时，我也曾想放弃，但最终还是坚持下来，因为我始终没有忘记自己是光荣的中国共产党党员。

退休前，我是区政协提案委主任，每年都收到许多关于环保的提案和建议，但因涉及部门和环节太多，最后都被搁浅。对此，我一直记挂在心。2004年，退居二线的我看到买菜的人们手里都提着好多塑料袋，不禁萌生了一个念头———制作并免费发放环保袋，为减少"白色污染"尽一份力。一次偶然的机会，我在一家服装加工场地上，发现许多废弃边角料，正为环保袋的制作材料发愁的我喜出望外，装了整整四车，才将这些边角料运回家。从此，我开始了制作环保袋的漫长历程。之后，我又自掏腰包买过一些花色过时的布料、买过花边做布袋装饰……随着我制作公益环保袋的"名气"越来越大，一些朋友、亲戚主动送来自己家里的废弃布料，支持我为环保出力。

这期间，我因患有严重的腰椎间盘突出症，在缝纫机前坐久了往往不能弯腰。前几年右脚又不慎受伤，只能单脚踩缝纫机。不少人劝我好好歇着，少做点或者不要再做了，但我不愿放弃，只要能为环保公益事业出点力，累一点但仍然很欣慰。

退休以后，我又利于业余时间和文艺特长，当起了业余歌手和草根主持人，每年演出多达五六十场次。借助文艺演出主持人的平台，我把慈善文化传播到千家万户，把构建和谐社会蓝图的信息传入万千群众心中。多年来，我积极参与慈善义工活动，累计服务时间达6000小时以上。公益活动占用的时间多了，照顾家庭的精力就少了。公婆卧病在床时，上海的年迈双亲身患绝症时，母亲多次严重骨折需要照料时，我都未能陪伴左右……爱人问我，你是要公益还是要家庭呀？我笑着说，老公，你辛苦了！我要家庭，但更爱公益。因为我是一名共产党员。

与所有工薪家庭一样，我们的家庭经济收入不算困难也谈不上富有。特别是双双退休后，收入减少了，遇到买房等大开支也只能向银行贷款。但是，对于需要支持的公益事业，我总是"该出手时就出手",未曾有过丝毫的犹豫和退缩。2008年退休至今，我每年捐出两个月工资，累计捐款12万元。前年，我毅然将获评"最美瓯海人"所得的5000元奖金，交给区慈善总会，设立了"老宋微基金",爱心济特困，扶贫助老幼。

2012年开始，我开始担任瓯海老年大学关工委主任。2013年，我被团市委聘任为"温州市未成年人社会观护中心成员".作为一个母亲，我深知孩子的前途对一个家庭是多么的重要。我发动老年大学学员捐款捐物，与瓯海看守所、民工子弟学校、泽雅中心小学等单位结对，逢年过节送去生活和学习用品，范文《党旗在我心征文》。我言传身教，引导失足青少年服从管教，争取早日获得新生。2015年，在瓯海看守所成立了"宋大姐帮教室",我成为"失足少年"的合适成年人（代理家长），还给他们补贴生活费和服装，引领其重上正道。一位帮教对象小张在微信中说：宋奶奶，你比我亲奶奶还关心我噢。

我的业余兼职还有很多，虽然辛苦，但很快乐！我把这些职务，都看成是一份沉甸甸的责任。当然，党和群众也给了我很多荣誉：全国、省"关心下一代先进个人"、省五星级义工、市"三八红旗手"、"优秀巾帼志愿者"、"优秀报告员",区"优秀共产党员"等等，这一切成为我今后不断努力的动力。我要用点滴奉献去证明自己无愧于共产党员的光荣称号！

"春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干",在鲜红党旗的鼓舞下，我将继续努力前行！
