这天的中午十分明丽，我和妈妈赶去姥姥家吃团圆饭。走在路上，我叹了口气问妈妈：“爸爸为什么不能和我们在一齐吃午饭呢？”妈妈脸上挂着浅浅的笑，说：“你爸要去和学校的`新生们会餐。”我撇了撇嘴，“新生会餐能有家人在一齐吃团圆饭重要吗？”妈妈笑着摇摇头，讲大道理一样的跟我说：“那些新生第一次离家，过中秋节了，老师就是他们在那里的父母。”

听罢，我觉得自己的确有点自私。爸爸从家离开，给我们带来了一丝遗憾，我却不懂，他给远在他乡的学生们带去了怎样复杂的感情。也许，爸爸作为一名老师，学生就是他的孩子，过中秋节，父母难道不就应和孩子在一齐吗？

我和妈妈来到姥姥家，围坐在圆桌前，我再次想起了爸爸，他就应也想到我了吧！不在特殊岗位工作，也不远离家乡，而在离家不远的地方和不是自己家人的人们会餐。哦，为什么？只因为老师。老师，放弃了中秋和家人团圆的机会，送给第一次离家的“孩子”们一个温暖的中秋佳节。我想，我可能永远也无法了解老师对学生们的爱吧！

八月十五，一个团圆的日子。在这个本该和家人坐在圆桌前一齐吃月饼的节日，却有许许多多的人愿望不能实现。那些乘着火车离家而去的的大学生们，将在陌生的学校度过一个不能“圆”的中秋节。

第一次远离家乡，老师为了给他们一个温暖的中秋节，放弃了和家人团圆的机会，在中秋播撒浓浓的师情……

The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the two most important holidays in the Chinese calendar (the other being the Chinese Lunar New Year), and is a legal holiday in several countries. Farmers celebrate the end of the summer harvesting season on this date.Traditionally, on this day, Chinese family members and friends will gather to admire the bright mid-autumn harvest moon, and eat moon cakes and pomeloes together. It is also common to have barbecues outside under the moon, and to put pomelo rinds on ones head. Brightly lit lanterns are often carried around by children.

Together with the celebration, there appear some special customs in different parts of the country, such as burning incense, planting Mid-Autumn trees, lighting lanterns on towers, and fire dragon dances. Shops selling mooncakes, before the festival, often display pictures of Change, floating to the moon.

Mooncake is often eaten during the festival.Typical mooncakes are round or rectangular pastries, measuring about 10 cm in diameter and 4-5 cm thick. A thick pasty filling is surrounded by a relatively thin (2-3 mm) crust and may contain yolks from salted duck eggs. Mooncakes are rich, heavy, and dense compared with most Western cakes and pastries. They are usually eaten in small wedges accompanied by Chinese tea.

在每一年的节日中除了春节，我最喜欢的就是端午节了。因为在这一天我不仅可以吃到香香甜甜的粽子，而且还能亲自动手包一包粽子。

说到端午节，我先来跟大家讲一讲端午节的来历吧。这一天，人们为了纪念爱国大诗人屈原，因为屈原在五月初五这一天给皇帝提个意见，皇帝听了，怎么也不同意他的意见，他就很生气，在五月初五这一天，他走到江边，投江入死。人们在这一天，就划着船在河面上寻找屈原的尸体，可是，怎么也找不到屈原的尸体。就把包好的粽子一个一个的投进江河里，不让鱼虾把屈原的尸体吃掉，让鱼虾把粽子吃饱，就不会把屈原的尸体吃掉。所以每年五月初五是端午节，这一天有赛龙舟，包粽子的习惯，就延续下来，是为了纪念大诗人屈原的。

今年的端午节，我也很想体会体会这种气氛，便向奶奶要求，让她教我怎样包粽子。包粽子，首先要把粽叶洗干净，在热水中泡软。再准备好枣子、绿豆、肉等做馅，就可以开工了。先把长长的粽叶折叠，围拢来，做成一个窝，中间放进调配好的糯米和粳米，包出棱角。然后把陷放在米里，和在一起揉匀，最后把粽叶包着的粽子做成四角的形状。奶奶告诉我，这包粽子的功夫全在最后一道工序，你的粽子包得好不好，就看四个角是不是匀称，是不是有型。我开始学的时候，总是把四个角弄歪了，不是成了六个角，就是揉成一团球了。奶奶就不止一次看着我的“杰作”发笑：“这，这能叫粽子吗？你让细线系在什么地方啊？”我在想粽子包出四个棱角是方便用细线系着挂起来的，怎么这世界上就没有圆粽子呢？经过千辛万苦，我的粽子总算包好了。放到锅里煮的时候，我不停地打开盖子，嘴里还念着：“好了没有、好了没有。”把家里人逗得哈哈大笑。终于粽子出锅了，我狼吞虎咽的吃着自己包的粽子，心想：我的粽子虽然难看，但太好吃了！

这真是难忘的端午节呀！

露从今夜白，月是故乡明。一转眼，今年的中秋节又快到了，每次过这个传统的节日，大人们都会坐在自家的院子里一边赏月，一边吃月饼。我百思不得其解：为什么中秋节要吃月饼?

今天，我心中的这个谜团终于解开了。我问妈妈：为什么中秋节要吃月饼?妈妈总说：中秋节吃月饼据说始于元代。当时朱元璋领导汉人反抗元朝.，约定在八月十五这一天起义，以互赠月饼的办法吧字条夹有月饼中传递消息。中秋节吃月饼的习俗更在民间流传开了。妈妈问：你还有什么想知道的?我又问：中秋节为什么要赏月?妈妈又耐心的回答：中秋之夜，月色皎白，古人把月圆视为团圆的象征，因此，又称八月十五为团圆书。古往今来，人们常用月圆和月缺来形容悲欢离合。

今天真是一个难忘的中秋节!
