中秋节是家人团聚的日子。每年，我们全家都围着大圆桌吃饭。爷爷奶奶做了很多好吃的菜，圆桌中间放着一盘各种口味的月饼。爷爷说中秋节一定要吃月饼。看着满桌的好菜，我常常迫不及待地从自己喜欢的菜和零食开始。我妈说我像只小猫。

今年的中秋节舅舅回不了家，为了陪姥姥，妈妈决定带我回去和姥姥一起过节。

我从小就很胆小，从来都不敢大胆地展现自己，就算我明明知道我会表现得很好。在四年级的时候，学校要参加英语短剧比赛，要选人来表演，杜老师就让我和其他几个同学去。进去我站在那里，心里很紧张，想被选上又不想被选上，因为我不知道我能不能表演好。人慢慢地越来越少了，就快要挨到我了，“我能不能被选上呢”？心里正想着，陈校长突然叫了一声“白璠璐”，我立刻抬起头来，就像热锅上的蚂蚁一样，焦虑着急。一切都在紧张中度过，陈校长所说的话我一点都没听进去，到最后，我只听到“你选上了”这四个字，我选上了！我竟然选上了！！真是太不可思议了！既然我被选上了，那我就要努力地为角色服务。

一接到词，我们就开始读词，慢慢地，词读得越来越熟了，那我们就开始背了，经过我的不懈努力，我的词背过了，那我就要带着感情来背了，老师还一个一个地指导我们的动作与感情，在指导的过程中，当然不是一帆风顺的，也有一些波折。有一次，张老师和单老师再扣每个人背诵的感情，可是我背了好多遍，总是背不好，老师批评了我，但是我没有灰心，又接着背，当我又背了7、8遍的时候，我终于可以背得很有感情。比赛的日子到了，我们开始了第一次比赛，快挨到我们的时候，老师还特别给我们说不要紧张，我也努力地克服自己的缺点，在比赛的时候，我就当下面没有人，尽情地展现自己，这次我克服了自己的缺点，第一次比赛时我既然可以表现得很好，在第二次比赛上我会表现得更好。

More and more people makes the traffic busier and busier.

Most people keen to live in the big cities where are more convenient and the children can receive better education.But the problem is the heavy traffic create too much pollution which does great harm to humans health.

So,to keep ourselves safe,I think we should do at least two things like below.

Firstly,we should obey the traffic rules whenever we are and even when we are in a deadly hurry.If everyone can do so,everything on the road will be in turn well.

Secondly,we should ask ourselves and our relatives and friends to walk instead of riding or driving if possible,when the time is no enough,we must try to take a bus rather than drive a car.More vehicles will of course cause more traffic problems.Thats my ideas,I hope it is acceptable.

Mid-autumn day is a special festival in China, which is one of the traditional Chinese festivals. It falls on the 15th day of Augustlunar month every year. Our Chinese will celebrate it on that day. I think there are not too many people can reject the temptation of it. I like this festival very much. I have two reasons.

First of all, Mid-autumn has the deep meaning of reunion. In China, people regard Mid-autumn day as very important, so no matter where they are, they will come back to their family if there is a chance. They don’t like celebrate this festival outside, which will make them feel lonely. Thus, they will go home by all means. Luckily, the government also pays great attention to this traditional festival. There are laws tomake sure people have holidays on that special day. In the other word, mid-autumn festival gives a chance for family get together.

Secondly, every family will prepare a big meal on that day. All the food is delicious. It is good to have a big meal. I think nobody will not interested in delicious food. The mooncake is a necessary decoration forMid-autumn day. It tastes good, too. It is the tradition for a long time. How pleased to enjoy the glorious full moon with mooncake!

This is why I love Mid-autumn festival so much.

终于等到久违的这一天了!青烟萦绕，鞭炮声此起彼伏，人们个个身着红衣，面带微笑，过节的气氛在人群中蔓延开了。此时，在异乡的游子们正风尘仆仆地往家赶，“兴奋”早已在心中扎下根，恨不得一下子就回到家里，抱一抱自己的亲人。而在家里，大人们等待着孩子的归来，有的站在门口，目光死死盯在路口，寻找着孩子的身影;有的站在路口焦急地走来走去，仿佛一刻都不能再等了;有的站在街坊邻居的院子里，伸长脖子，向路口眺望，再也按捺不住了!终于，那张熟悉的面孔又出现在自己的眼前，什么都不用说，一个大大的拥抱，似乎就已经淋漓尽致地舒发了自己的思念。游子们终于卸下了那重重的行李――思念，这一刻，只属于他们!

夜幕降临，香喷喷的团圆饭终于开始了!每个人家里都有那么两三道美味佳肴，有的还是满汉全席呢!举起一杯美酒，想说的话，都在此刻畅谈，每个人都很享受其中。吃着妈妈煮的饭，交流着心事，其乐融融!饱饭过后，接下来就是孩子们的玩耍时间了!那么五六个小孩聚成一群，在一起玩大人不理解的独特游戏。奔跑着，欢笑着，乐此不彼，还有什么比在月圆之时与好久不见的小伙伴一起玩更好呢?

光阴似箭，日月如梭，一年一度的中秋节又来临了。

中秋节是这么来的呢？中秋节有悠久的历史，和其他传统节日一样，也是慢慢发展来的。中秋之时，对着皓月观赏祭拜，寄托情怀。这种习俗，流传到民间，人们就称这天为中秋节。

今年和往年可不一样，今天的中秋节天气凉爽。今天，我怀着轻松愉快的心情，提着一大篮水果和爸爸、妈妈、妹妹一起去外婆家过中秋节。一路上，我看见秋菊含苞欲放，道路两旁的杨柳摆动着柳枝，好象在对每个路人说：“中秋节快乐！”我们到了外婆家，看见一张很大的桌子，我问外婆：“只是几个人而已，何必用这么大的桌子呢？”外婆神秘的一笑。

过了几个小时，哥哥、姐姐、姨妈、姑父……好多人都陆续来了。这时我恍然大悟。中秋节这天的菜往往是最丰富的。这天，桌子上有鱼，有肉，有蔬菜……当然少不了月饼。不一会儿，我就吃饱了。几位大人收拾好了碗筷。他们坐在椅子上聊天，我们则去玩。我们骑着自行车来到河边，一边扔石头，一边说着自己的小秘密，哥哥背起了《水调歌头》：“……人有悲欢离合，月有阴晴圆缺，此事古难全。但愿人长久，千里共蝉娟……”这句话写的真是好啊！

这时，我看表，已经7：30了，我们才依依不舍的回家。刚回到家，我们还没来得及喝口水，就坐在椅子上，生怕赏不到月。我们坐在椅子上，左等右等，抬头一看，只看见那漫天的乌云，月亮害羞的藏在乌云里，不敢出来，我急的直跺脚。我的心情自然从大太阳变成了乌云密布。

虽然这个中秋节没有看见又大又圆的月亮，可我还是过得很开心。

Leaders from the preceding Sung dynasty (A.D. 960-1280) were unhappy at submitting to the foreign rule, and set how to coordinate the rebellion without being discovered. The leaders of the rebellion, knowing that the Moon Festival was drawing near, ordered the making of special cakes. Backed into each moon cake was a message with the outline of the attack. On the night of the Moon Festival, the rebels successfully attached and overthrew the government.

Today, moon cakes are eaten to commemorate this legend and was called the Moon Cake.

For generations, moon cakes have been made with sweet fillings of nuts, mashed red beans, lotus-seed paste or Chinese dates(枣子), wrapped in a pastry. Sometimes a cooked egg yolk can be found in the middle of the rich tasting dessert. People compare moon cakes to the plum pudding and fruit cakes which are served in the English holiday seasons.Nowadays, there are hundreds varieties of moon cakes on sale a month before the arrival of Moon Festival.
