Mandarin cuisine is the local style of cooking in Beijing. Peking Roast

Duck is perhaps the most well-known dish. The Manhan Quanxi ("Manchu-Han Chinese

ethnic-Manchu emperors of the Qing Dynasty; it remains very prestigious and

expensive.

Teahouses are also common in Beijing. Chinese tea comes in many varieties

The Jingtailan is a cloisonné metalworking technique and tradition

originating from Beijing, and one of the most revered traditional crafts in

每当夜深人静或独处时，那种不需酝酿、不需前奏的想念油然而生，我的母亲你辛苦了！每次母亲到我这来，都是匆匆而来、匆匆而去。因为她不想耽误我的工作，所以这些年见面的时间少了，一见面那种话不知从何而说起的感觉多了。我知道要多陪陪她，可每次和他说及此类话题时，她总是摇头推辞，反而要我“好好工作，把学生教好，咱家以后要靠你了。我很好，你给我的钱，还有呢。”这是她对我的期望和委婉的搪塞。

在我的印象里，她总是那副装扮，不太整齐的长发，有些缩短的外衣。和人说话时那爽朗的笑，与干活时那麻利地脚板。

我的母亲她是一个苦命的人。

年轻那会儿没日没夜的干活，田里她是一把好手，家里还要操持家务，可苦了她。每年一到二三月青黄不接时，家里的吃饭就成了问题，真是勒紧裤腰带过日子。我记得那会妈妈总会盐一大缸咸菜，中午饭前那会是我最饿的时候，我总会悄悄地揭开缸盖子抓一把咸菜塞在嘴里，然后跑到没人的地方慢慢地嚼。有时实在不想吃这东西，可家里除了这之外并没有什么可以吃的了。

后来我们刚长大。本来母亲可以享享福了，可父亲却走了，这对她打击很大。父亲走的那几天，她不吃也不喝天天躺在床上。后来我外婆和我姨她们来我家住了一段日子，她才慢慢下床。那些日子是最难煎熬的，食不甘味、彻夜难眠，多少个夜晚他的枕头旁都被泪水浸湿。反过来还要劝慰我们，“你父亲去了，他不管我们了。我们还要生活，咱们都好好的”每回这话音刚落，他的喉咙就哽咽住了。我明白母亲在强颜欢笑，我也明白这话的份量。父亲走后的好几年，三十团年都没过成，说好了不许提，可吃着吃着，眼泪水啪啪直掉。上坟更不用说，母亲总在坟上打滚，哭的死去活来，我也没有去劝，但每次都是我背着回去。

前两年，我出远门打工，母亲那不忍离别但有无可奈何的样子。更是让我多少个夜晚纠结。我是一个木讷的人，往往人前的感情人后才知，于是我跟母亲通上了电话，我明白说话时不要让母亲听出在外地的不适。强作镇静地喊了一声“母亲”，眼泪不听话的顺着脸颊大颗大颗的滴在地上，我极力掩饰着调整着自己的声音。电话那头的母亲见我半天没有动静，就一遍一遍地喊我名字，我听出了母亲的着急，便不自觉地点头嘴里憋着一个字“嗯”，母亲问我到了，路上好吧？一个人在外面别急，干什么慢点。我终于忍不住了，哭了出来，也许是第一次出远门，也许是太孤单，也许是母亲的牵挂。母亲听出了我的哭声，又喊起了我的名字，接着，电话里传来了母亲一抽一抽的哭泣声。我们都停止了说话，过了一会儿，母亲的声音变正常了，说道：“你要好好的在外头干，不要让人家笑话，吃饱穿暖，不要亏待了自己。我在家里很好，不要牵挂。”

现在，我回了家乡。想把母亲接过来跟我住，好好让我孝敬孝敬她老人家。可母亲总是推三阻四说：“现在我还能干，等过两年干不动再说。”

On the morning of the Mid Autumn Festival, our whole family went to the hotel for morning tea. We finished. My sister took me to buy clothes. We bought slippers, cloth shoes and two sets of clothes. My sister and I went to drink pearl milk tea and ate some fish eggs. In this way, my morning passed.

At noon, my brother and I were painting family pictures. My brother said how to draw. I wanted to teach him. Our mother came up and told us to go down and eat moon cakes. 今天我家的餐桌上同以往不太一样，放满了月饼。为什么会是这副场景呢?因为今天是9月24日——中秋节。

中秋节是中国的传统节日，一切活动都围绕着月亮这一主题进行。吃月饼、拜月、供兔儿爷等。中秋节正是秋高气爽的季节，是一年中最舒服的季节。中秋节的象征食物莫过于月饼。月饼还象征着全家团圆之意。

我拿起餐桌上的月饼，用力地闻了闻，一股浓浓的香味扑鼻而来。我迫不及待将它放入口中，月饼甜甜的，但又带着一丝丝盐味。我再拿一块月饼闻了闻，这跟我刚刚闻的不一样，这一次仔仔细细的一闻，有内和榨菜的香味啊!我大口大口地咀嚼着，这块月饼比上一块要好吃。油油的，但又不腻。我自顾自的大吃特吃，吃的满嘴都是肉油也不在乎。

我们家吃月饼的“画风”也是十分的清奇，我将月饼放进口中之后还在不停地吮吸自己的手指，结果越搞越油;小表妹将剩了一点点的月饼渣拿去给舅舅吃，惹得我们全家人哭笑不得;我弟弟更厉害，他居然把掉在桌子上的月饼屑全都用手粘起来，再放入口中……

很快就到了吃团圆饭的时候，不过我们的肚子已经有些“疲劳”了，于是我们三个让肚子达到了过度“疲劳”的状态。

晚饭过后，小表妹回家了，我和弟弟则趴在窗口，期待着那轮皎洁的明月从空中升起……

全国各地的人们，虽处在不同的地方，但却在此时些刻看着同一个月亮缓缓升起，一个小小的节日将中国人民的心连接在了一起。

“天上的月亮照着归人，房门前的灯光等着家人”中秋，真是一个美好的节日啊!

Hello! My name is Tom,I’m a student of NO.7 Middle school,I like my school,because my school life is very interesting.I like my classmates and teachers.They are very friendly.

Classes begin at 8:00.I have four classes in the morning.I study English,Chinaese,math,biology,history and some other subject.I like English very much,I also like music.But I dont like geography at all.Because it’s very boring. Do you think so?I often have lunch at school,in the afternoon.I have four classes,too.

After school,we have outdoor actives.I usually play basketball with my classmates and sometimes I read books at school library.You must keep quiet at school library.There are so many beautiful flowers and trees in school gardens.And there are some apples on the trees,they are very delicious.I often go home on foot with my friends.

今天下午，我在户外吃着大块大块的饼干。这个饼干又大又厚，起码有一枚硬币那么重。哈哈，真好吃，我一块一块地吃，这味儿，实在令人爱不释手。 This afternoon, I ate large pieces of biscuits outdoors.This biscuit is big and thick, at least one coin is so heavy.Haha, its so delicious. I ate it one by one. This taste is really fascinating.

吃饼干的时候，即便你再小心，也会有一些碎屑落下来。我把饼干的碎屑故意洒在蚂蚁洞旁边，想引一些蚂蚁出来，看它们怎么搬食，回家好写作文，我吃着饼干，目不转睛地盯着这个黑洞洞的小坑。

不知不觉中，饼干只剩下最后一块了。我拿着正准备送嘴里——“啪”的一声，饼干掉到了离蚂蚁洞约有2厘米的地方——伤不起!我唯有的最后一块饼干居然掉地了，这对于我这种“吃货”是多么大的打击啊!唉，节哀顺变，送给蚂蚁吧，它们一定会被我的“诚心”所感动的……

不久，果然有一只蚂蚁钻出洞口，随着香味向饼干渣“飘”去……看着它“飘飘欲仙”的模样，我禁不住“奸笑”了起来。不过它看到饼干屑时的第一瓜竟然不是搬着走，而是调过头，回到洞口，把脑袋伸进洞里，可能是在呼唤蚁群来搬食吧。随后，就有一群黑不溜啾密密麻麻的蚂蚁从洞中爬出，一同“飘”向饼干屑，见缝插针地钻到饼干屑的空隙中，顶起饼干屑，健步如飞地把所有饼干渣搬回洞中。厉害!地上被这群“大自然清洁工”打扫得一尘不染!

“哈哈，小菜一碟了，搬这点饼干屑，乃家常便饭啦~”

哎，小蚂蚁们，别得意得太早，没注意到你们洞口边的“巨无霸”吗?要是你们把这家伙搬回去的话，蚁王一定会重赏你们的。

这时，有一群蚂蚁，似乎比刚才来的更多，它们来到这块“大家伙”旁，用抬饼干屑的方法来抬大饼干，行不通的。不过蚂蚁们并不罢休，仍抬、推、搬、顶……不过这块饼干依旧纹丝不动。

还是刚才第一个出场的那只蚂蚁，好像是后来有越来越多的蚂蚁出洞来，加入搬饼干的队伍。

真的!当所有蚂蚁一齐使力的时候，奇迹发生了!这块大饼干在蚂蚁们的努力下，竟慢慢地移动了!它一步、一步、一步……在团结的力量中，慢慢移向蚁洞。

这就是团结的力量，风雨无阻，力大无穷!当你需要帮助时，团结的力量就会助你一臂之力，伴你走向成功的山颠!

端午节是我国民间传统节日。

听老辈讲，端午节的来历是这样的。

传说，春秋战国时期，楚国有一位爱国功臣，叫做屈原。屈原不仅是重臣，还是有名的文学家、政治家、诗人。当时，七国鼎立，数秦国，也数秦国野心，要一统天下。当时楚国国君制国无道，防御不行，很容易被打败，自然成了首选。这一点，才思敏捷的屈原早察觉到了，便上书楚王，希望国君加强防御，不让秦国的阴谋得逞，楚国国君不知良药苦口利于病，忠言逆耳利于行的道理，认为屈原瞧不起自己制国，把屈原调到汨罗去，屈原很伤心，很委屈，自己好言相劝国君加强防御，国君不但不听取意见，还当成恶意。终于，屈原忍不住了，在6月22日跳江自尽了。水火无情，屈原一下子被滔滔江水吞没了，百姓知道屈原是个好官，于是下江开船，纷纷抢救屈原，可这怎么捞的到?当时人们说水里有蛟龙，会吃了屈原的尸体，蛟龙吃饱了就不吃尸体了。以后，百姓把屈原自尽的日子叫端午节，每年的这一天，人们要包粽子，划龙船，祭奠屈原。端午节就是这样来的。

记得小时侯，端午节，我随父母去外婆家，当时外婆家那里端午节比较昌盛，几乎每年都要划龙船。今年也不例外。

当时，我家大舅舅身强力壮，也参加了划龙船比赛。

天下着小雨，我吃着黄澄澄香喷喷的糯米粽子，坐在老爸肩上，放眼一看，才知道我们夹在人群里。那大大小小成千上万把五颜六色的雨伞，成了一道奇观，一道亮丽的风景线，这时，我才知道，观众是有多少，——数不清;并把大江两岸围了个水泄不通。

江上，远远的只见八条三丈多长一米宽的龙舟，停在江中，每条龙船上各有十八人，一人在龙头擂鼓指挥，一人在船尾掌舵，中间十六人，分列龙舟两侧。每条龙舟就是一个独立团队，每个团队着装整齐，队员个个生龙活虎。比赛开始了，八条龙舟，象离弦之箭，队员们跟着鼓点的节奏，挥舞着船浆，喊着整齐雄壮号子，“一二、一二、一二……”龙舟越来越快，八条龙舟齐头并进，争先恐后，象八条鲛龙争夺东海明珠。一眼，一条黄龙飞跃过终点，比赛结束。所有观众一起鼓掌。比赛真精彩呀!

我爱划龙舟，我爱端午节!

露从今夜白，月是故乡明。一转眼，今年的中秋节又快到了，每次过这个传统的节日，大人们都会坐在自家的院子里一边赏月，一边吃月饼。我百思不得其解：为什么中秋节要吃月饼?

今天，我心中的这个谜团终于解开了。我问妈妈：为什么中秋节要吃月饼?妈妈总说：中秋节吃月饼据说始于元代。当时朱元璋领导汉人反抗元朝.，约定在八月十五这一天起义，以互赠月饼的办法吧字条夹有月饼中传递消息。中秋节吃月饼的习俗更在民间流传开了。妈妈问：你还有什么想知道的?我又问：中秋节为什么要赏月?妈妈又耐心的回答：中秋之夜，月色皎白，古人把月圆视为团圆的象征，因此，又称八月十五为团圆书。古往今来，人们常用月圆和月缺来形容悲欢离合。

今天真是一个难忘的中秋节!
