Eating wild animals gives rise to a lot of negative effects. Michael continued, "... the paramedics were great. They kept telling me I was going to be fine. But when they wheeled me into the operation room and I saw the expressions on the faces of the doctors and nurses, I got really scared. I hoped there would be a blackout the next day. I thought I would enjoy myself more and more. I went into a dream……

我们小区里有一个相当不错的小广场，在阳光明媚的日子里，我喜欢和朋友一起沿着这个小广场四周散散步，同时做做健身运动，想随时活动一下我几乎锈蚀住了的四肢关节

在这里，我时常留意到的是一群跳舞的老太太，每天傍晚，在夕阳的映射下，她们的红衣绿裤显得格外扎眼。伴随着录音机里音乐的节奏，这个队伍挥舞着红红绿绿的绸子和花蓝，扭动成了一条流动的彩虹，将整个广场都渲染得异彩纷呈。仔细观察，发现这一群可爱的老太太中最大的大概有七十岁了吧，在兴奋的节奏中，她们的银发熠熠生辉，刀刻般的皱纹里彷佛都跳跃着欢快的音符。

每天傍晚，这群跳舞的老太太，必是小广场的一个焦点，会围观很多观看的人，她们的欢喜雀跃感染着每一个围观的人，当然也包括我这个不喜欢活动的小女孩了

昨日，又是一个阳光明媚的天气，再次经过那一群可爱的“舞者”时，我竟然发现她们没有像往常一样欢快的扭动，而是和一群可爱的小孩子围成了一个圈子，面向中心，竟然在玩那种在我久远的记忆里只有幼儿时才玩的游戏——丢手绢......

老人们和孩子们嘻笑着追逐，象孩子一样玩得兴致盎然，渗透出红晕笑脸的汗粒，被银发连成一串串璀璨的珍珠，在微风的吹拂中翕动着，把我的心都映亮了。

我站在那里观看了许久许久，直到她们欢笑着散去，我才默默的离开。

在我的印象里，这些老人们大多都是家属和企业退休工人。工资很少，她们却生活得如此的丰盈和快乐。

对比之下，真的要感谢这群可爱的老人们，她们让我明白了一个道理，那就是对待生活就要有一种积极向上的态度。如果你消极懈怠，欲望不足，那你就只能生活在痛苦和烦恼之中，但如果你乐观的去面对一切，保持积极向上的态度，那么你的生活无疑就是开心的，快乐的!

人人都说喜欢简单，我也不例外，但真正能做到简单的又有几何。

孩童的世界单纯而简单，可人终是要长大的，长大后，又不得不面对复杂多元的社会。不能适应社会的人最终会被淘汰，我们不能等社会来适应我们，而是要主动去适应这个现实的社会。而在适应的过程中，生活的态度至关重要。

乐观也是一生，悲观也是一生，积极向上也是一生，消极委靡也是一生。与其整日地长吁短叹抱怨老天的不公，抱怨生活的多桀，不如乐观地面对，积极采取相应的方法使自己走出困境。

现在好多人都在困惑，为什么如今生活条件比过去好了，却感觉没有以前幸福快乐了呢?记得于丹曾说过，那是因为现在人们的选择多了，于是就有了困惑。就比如现的女士逛商场，看得眼花缭乱，这也靓那也俏，不知该作何种选择，都买吧，浪费，选一两件吧，又舍不得另外的，又或许回到家过些个日子还会觉得：要是那天买了另一件会更好，于是乎就徒添了许多不必要的烦恼。其实服装，穿在身上合体，舒服，自己感觉良好，就可以了，至于是进口的还是国内的、品牌的还是没牌子的都不重要，得体大方是重点，至少我是这么认为的。如果非要讲究穿什么品牌，那也得量力而行。就像有些大学生，衣柜鞋柜放得满满的，每天花样翻新，却一点也不顾及家里的父母舍不得吃穿，全为了多省下点钱好让孩子们安心地念好书啊!那些学生们，如果你们把这些不该花的钱用在买书和学习上，多拓宽些知识面，岂不是更好，这些在将来到了社会上都是资本啊。不要小看了这些生活习惯，将来成家立业了，对个人和家庭的影响可不小，良好的习惯不在乎大小，养成了，一生受益。

现代科技文明的高度发达，带给人们太多意想不到的惊喜与收获，但任何事物都有其相对性，与此同时而来的是社会的更复杂性。这个社会充满了各种各样的诱惑与陷井，须静得下心来，方能立而正，行而端，耐得住寂寞，守得住方寸，才不致乱了生活的脚步，凭添许多烦恼丝。古之圣贤以静观天下，我们以静观生活也未尝不可。静能清心，能更好地看透事物的本质，不争不强求，心安理得，自在潇洒;静能让人明白生活的真理，知足常乐，却非安于现状不求进取;予人玫瑰，手留余香，幸福了别人快乐了自己;脚踏实地，真诚待人，豁达开朗，心宽神怡。

子贡问孔子，什么样的一个字，能让人终身受益，孔子回答他是个“恕”字，并附加了一句“已所不欲，勿施于人”。在今天我们可以理解为“换位思考”也就是站在别人的立场上思考问题和处理事情。当我们过于冲动地说出一句话或做了一件事，即使是出于无意而直接或间接地伤害到了别人，那就会留下再也弥补不过来的伤痕，伤好了，印痕仍存，那是永远也无法抹去的伤痛记忆。我以前一直是个快人快语，说话不经大脑思考的人，以前无意中也说过好多伤害了别人的话，虽然不是本意，但确实是伤害到了别人，这对于别人和自己都是无法完全原谅的。不要老是觉得自己怎么怎么好，别人眼里的你才是真实的自己。

我们生活于俗世红尘，不要去要求别人应该如何如何，做好自己才最重要。正确认知生活的态度，让自己做个积极乐观向上的人，做个知足进取乐于助人的人，做个正直善良有爱心的人。人的一生，不会一直走直线，但只要我们看准方向，努力向前走，虽然有时也会歪歪斜斜，跌跌撞撞，但只要方向正确了，最后终会走到心中理想的境地，无怨无悔。

人生如梦，岁月无情。面对生活，每个人有不同的态度。或悲或喜，或颓废或乐观。人活着其实是一种心情；穷也好，富也好，都不过是过眼云烟。唯有良好的心态，才能使你的生活变得如意。

记得这样一个故事：一位教师给学生上课时拿出一只十分精美的咖啡杯，同学们正在赞叹这只杯子的外形时，教师故意失手，杯子掉在地上摔成了碎片，学生们不断发出惋惜声。教师指着杯子说：“你们一定对这只杯子感到惋惜，可是无论你怎样惋惜也无法使杯子复原。今后在你们的生活中发生了不可挽回的事，请记住这只破碎的咖啡杯。”

只是一堂成功的素质教育课，学生们通过摔碎的杯子懂得了，人在无法改变失败和不幸的厄运时，要学会接受它，适应它，学会转换自己低落的情绪。换种态度，也许就会有一片新天地。

天有不测风云，人有旦夕祸福。人活在这世上，难免会遇上几次不幸或难以改变的事情，你该如何？只能接受它，适应它，否则，最后的结局是，你不能改变这些无法抗拒的事实，而让无法改变的事实改变了你。因为境由心生，问题本身都不是问题，如何对待它才是最大的问题。

有一次，霍金在学术报告结束之际，一位年轻的女记者捷足跃上讲坛，面对这位科学巨匠，即景仰又不无悲悯地问道：“霍金先生，您的病将您永远固定在轮椅上，您不认为命运让你失去太多了吗？”这是个尖锐而敏感的问题。但霍金却面带微笑，用他那还能活动的手指叩击着键盘，投影仪上缓慢地显示出这样的一段话：“我的手指还能活动，我的大脑还能思维；我有终身追求的理想，有我爱和爱我的亲人和朋友；对了，我还有一颗感恩的心??”震撼过后，人们纷纷拥向台前，向他表示由衷的敬意。。

霍金的态度直接决定了他的成功，这也进一步说明了，在人生的苦难面前，只有拥有良好的态度，才能有一个美好的生活。

在当今这个压力越来越大的社会，人很难保持一个良好的心态，适当转换情绪，改变态度是必不可少的。懂得处理好自己的情绪，你才会拥有健康的心态，才有可能创造更美好的生活。正如伊斯兰教的《可兰经》所说：“如果你叫山走过来，山不过来，那你就走过去。”

“世上无难事，只怕有心人。”有人如是说。这句古话早就教导我们，世上没有做不好的事情，只有态度不好的。一个人要有良好的心态，你的心就会豁然开朗，做到“不以物喜，不以己悲。”正确地面对生活。

你不能控制他人，但你可以掌握自己；你不能预知明天，但你可以把握今天；你不能样样胜利，但你可以事事尽心；你不能延伸生命的长度，但你可以决定生命的宽度；你不能左右天气，但你可以改变心情；你不能选择容貌，但你可以展现笑容。换种心态，也许生活更美好。
