我感觉一闭上眼睛，鬼就从窗户那爬上来要把我吃掉，吓得我满头是汗。可是鲁滨逊呢？他的晚上是一片漆黑，孤苦伶仃；我有灯，一开就亮，还有电视大人陪伴着我。

如果我连独自睡觉这点勇气都没有，那我长大还有什么用呢？

读了《鲁滨逊漂流记》之后，我才知道一个道理：要有勇气，不要因为一点小事而胆怯。我决定：以后我要向鲁滨逊学习，勇敢面对生活。

所谓快乐，其实就是一种生活态度。有了一种快乐的心态，即使是在刺骨的寒风中卖甘蔗的人也能吹出悠扬的笛声，而没有这种心态，即使你坐在温暖舒适的轿车里，也会心情烦躁地对着堵着你路的车辆不停地摁喇叭。』

昨天匆匆忙忙地赶路时，突然被一阵儿悠扬的笛声吸引——一个在路边卖甘蔗的中年汉子正投入地吹着笛子。因为天气寒冷，他穿着厚重的棉衣，而且还有些破旧，上面沾了些甘蔗碎屑和泥巴。但这不妨碍他吹笛子的兴致——只见他身子随着节拍扭动着，那姿势真不像是在大街上，倒像是在舞台上；他好像不是卖甘蔗的小摊主儿，倒是位艺术家！再看他的神情，那因长时间在外而冻得紫红的脸，满是陶醉和满足，他根本不在乎有没有人驻足听他的演奏，甚至也不在乎他的笛声是不是美妙，那种怡然自得写在他的脸上。

说实话，他的笛声乍听还行，但要仔细听听就会听出一些熟悉的曲子被他吹走了调儿，但这一点儿也不影响他吹笛子的快乐！

在寒冷的街头，一个卖甘蔗的中年人在给我们展示他的快乐！

拥挤的大街上，是缓缓涌动的车流，车流中不时传来马达轰鸣声、喇叭声，你还可以看到那些坐在各种车里的满脸焦急的人们，而且你可以断定他们此时一点儿也不快乐；街道两旁是各色摊点，摊主和顾客讨价还价的声音此起彼伏，还有包裹得严严实实的男男女女，都是面无表情，或者用口罩把表情遮挡起来，看不清他们是不是快乐的——我也是人群中的一员，东奔西跑，累得腿发沉、腰发酸，我知道我不快乐。

可是，我们谁都应该比那个卖甘蔗的中年人快乐：那些坐在各种小轿车里的人们，不仅不受寒冷侵袭，经济上也应该比卖甘蔗的更富足，他们应该比卖甘蔗的快乐；那些来来往往的人，不仅衣着光鲜，还可以随意买到自己想吃的、想玩的，他们也应该比卖甘蔗的快乐；就是我，虽说我此时也行走在寒风里，可我毕竟可以很快走进办公室，那里有暖气，我也应该比卖甘蔗的快乐。

可是我们此时都没有卖甘蔗的中年人快乐！

于是就有了一种顿悟：所谓快乐，其实就是一种生活态度。有了一种快乐的心态，即使是在刺骨的寒风中卖甘蔗的人也能吹出悠扬的笛声，而没有这种心态，即使你坐在温暖舒适的轿车里，也会心情烦躁地对着堵着你路的车辆不停地摁喇叭。

我刚到意大利时，还不太习惯这里的慢生活，以在中国的正常速度走路，但在别人看来可能就显得“行色匆匆”，这时有个年轻人拿着秒表向我走过来，询问我有什么急事，为什么走得这么匆忙。原来这个人是“慢生活艺术组织”的成员，他们的工作就是手拿秒表、观察路人，对走路“过快”的人开“超速罚单”。

意大利的慢生活不光体现在慢餐、慢行上，就连工作上也慢慢悠悠。我所在的办公楼搞装修，厕所也在被装修区域。我对意大利人装修“慢工出细活”的准则早有耳闻。一般中国人用一天时间就能干完的活儿，意大利人则要用一个星期。我想也许是意大利人更注重工程质量和美观程度吧，难怪意大利在文化古迹遗产保护和复原技术方面处于世界领先水平。办公楼数月没厕所用，倒是乐坏了楼里的员工。借方便之机，大家纷纷跑出办公楼到附近的酒吧喝咖啡，就算老板打来电话也有了理由。酒吧老板也高兴，甚至还多次请装修的小伙子喝免费咖啡，叫他再慢点儿装修。

“慢”是一种生活态度

意大利式的“慢”说白了是一种处世态度，无论处理工作还是生活中所有的事情似乎都像度假一样，没有时间和事情紧急程度的约束，随遇而安跟着感觉走。一次我同一位意大利同事被上级安排外出买东西。我们刚出了公司，同事先伸了个懒腰，眯着眼睛看了看暖暖的太阳，开始大赞天气多么好、太阳照在身上多么舒服等等，脚步也就自然地慢了下来。之后这位同事居然提议先去喝咖啡。慢慢地品完一杯咖啡，我们才向超市走去。买了东西付款时，没想到这位同事又跟收银员攀谈起来。正当我担心回去太迟要被责怪时，却发现身后等待付款的人因对同事和收银员之间的话题感兴趣，非但没有催促，反倒兴致勃勃地加入了攀谈。本来5分钟就能够办完的事情，我们却用了半个多小时。

生活中，我们往往拥有的不是完整的时间，阅读，社交……但，这些不完整的碎片化的生活给我们带来的影响不可忽略。

在如此快节奏的生活中，往往你在专心致志的做某件事时，会冒出另一件需要你现在就去做的事。此时，我们的心态会发生较大的改变。

当我遇上诸如此类的事情时，我会告诉我自己“改变自己能改变的，适应自己不能适应。”于是本是烦躁的心情会逐渐恢复宁静。因为俗话说的好“识时务者为俊杰”。在当今，这样的事一定会发生，比如“在工作中领导突然需要让你放下手头上的事，学习时，被老师叫去办公室”。因此不应该去抱怨，否则心态发生改变，随之而来的是从心里抗拒这件事，从而诱使自己的办事效率大打折扣。不如去适应它。不妨让大脑休息片刻，换个“频道”，将另一件事当作自己短暂的放松，这样岂不是回过头来干原先的事又是精神满满。

当遇上碎片化的阅读时，也不必烦恼。不必心想着“又没看完，真是懊恼”。若是我，我会认为没什么不妥。不如分多次阅读，这样还能让自己温故而知新。再次阅读时会去思考上次阅读的大致内容。并且还能获得新知识，何乐而不为？

“学而不思则惘，思而不学则殆。”每次碎片化的阅读时，想想上次的内容，岂不回味无穷。更何况没必要追求完整的阅读，使自己的好奇心一下子得到满足。是每次碎片化的阅读都保持着充分的好奇心，效率岂不是更佳？

对于这些碎片化的事，最主要的是取决于自己的心态，心态正，则效率高。心态崩，则效率低下。

当你与他人交流或合作时，受到外界干扰，甚至导致这次社交中断，那么你的心态会直接影响到行为从而让对方了解到你的品行，并留下深刻印象。此时，你要做的是调整心态，将自己的心态放正，使自己处于冷静中。当社交中断时，保持微笑地向对方致歉使对方心里认为自己在与一个有礼貌教养的人交流。这样也能让对方留下好印象，以便于下次的交谈。

因此，碎片化的生活确实带来诸多的不便与烦恼，但当我们换一个角度去看待这些事时，其实也未必有我们想的那么糟。取决于我们对零散生活的态度。保持积极乐观的态度，才能体会碎片化生活的意义。

既然不能改变，那就去适应。把零散的生活作为常态，适应之后，他们与做完一件件完整的事的效果完全一致。

零散的生活虽然很累。但很充实。

I am proud of being a college student. I like my college life as it is so wonderful time in my youth. As being born in small village of the remote countryside, I didnt have a good education environment. However, I set a goal and felt confident to be a college student. This Sunday, my father decided to take me fishing. I heard the news I was so excited, because I had never fished.

We drove to a nearby pond, fishing has been prepared to put my father took out material - fishing rod and earthworm feeding the fish. During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11 o’clock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on playing till 2 o’clock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day of my winter vacation.

寒假期间，我的生活没有什么不同的。我每天十一点醒来，洗完碗后，与我的父母吃丰盛的午餐。之后我玩电脑游戏，玩到吃晚饭的时候。晚餐后。我继续玩游戏玩到凌晨两点，然后去睡觉了。这就是寒假我暗淡无光的一天生活。
