不可否认，这仍是一个有纰漏的共享时代。但我坚信这样的理念将不断深入到我们生活的每一个角落。如果能有更多的人去接受“共享”一样东西，主动“共享”自己对于生活的态度。那么终有一天，我们可以畅享一个有温度的共享时代，让生活更便捷，让情感于网络之外更有一份真实的寄托。

一切从出行开始，我出门尽量少坐出租车，距离短的就步行，距离长的就坐公交车。我发现，一段时间后，我既节省了路费，又锻炼了身体，真可谓两全其美。

接着，就要从节水做起了。我尽量用洗衣水来清洁马桶、拖地……每次喝水，我会记着要喝多少就接多少水，绝不多接，节约饮用水资源。慢慢的，我发现，地拖得越来越干净，连我都能照的出来了。

最后，就是节电了。一到晚上，我们家就灯火通明，每个房间的灯都开着，有时，电视机前没有人，电视依旧开着，浪费了不少电。我告诉爸爸妈妈，离开房间后要随手关灯。不看电视时，记得将电视关闭，并且少用电脑。在白天，能不开灯，就不要开灯。我们一家人都那么做，我相信，我们家的电费一定会少不少的。两个月后，妈妈再去交电费时，发现少了好几度电呢!

我从网上了解到：在北京，人们为了让汽车少排出尾气，有了单双号汽车在不同日期行驶。制订了无车日，也是希望大家可以低碳生活，保护我们赖以生存的家园!

Second, less plastic shopping bags should be used. Most important of all, people should be fully aware that we should start now to protect our world before it is too late.

Life is blending with bitter and sweet. Sometimes we may feel blue and don’t know what to do, but you just need to cheer up and find the true happiness in your life. Everyone is longing for happiness. But what is happiness? Different people have different opinions to happiness. Some people think making large sum of money and spending all of it on big mansion, expensive food, pretty clothes and fancy cars make them happy; some people think marry to the people they love and live a plain life is happiness, even though they can not afford a bigger house or a brand-new car；And some other people think that don’t need to go to work and sleep in the bed until the noon is happiness. Apparently, the definition of happiness varies from person to person.

For me, staying in good health and have a long vacation without homework is happiness. Good health is the foundation of happiness. Picture this, if I sick, I will go to the hospital, and there are a lot of funny things I can’t do because I feel uncomfortable. I will lose my appetite for the delicious food, and have no strength to go outside to play with my friends. What’s worse, in order to cure the illness, I will sallow countless pills and some of them may have side effects. Only a well function body can ensure the life to be happy. While a long vacation will give me affluent time to do the things I want to. If I can spend my time to do the things I want instead of homework, I definitely will be very happy. I really love traveling; I plan to go to Tibet on next long vacation. To see the beautiful scenes of the different places can broaden my horizon and enrich my life experience. 人们大多对于认真的人赞赏，对于不认真的人反驳。其实不然。

世间很多事情绝非以认真和不认真来定论好坏。有时候过分认真其实是自寻烦恼。过于执著或纠结于自身所期望的某件事情，而忘却了生活中其他的意义，实属不明智之举。

过分执著的心态让人们的眼睛只盯着某一件事情，生活的价值成为一个平面或者一条直线，甚至一个点，忘却了作为一个人活着的立体的人生价值。

学会放弃一些事情，的确是需要莫大的勇气，尤其是放弃自己不愿放弃但应该放弃的。首先是要面对自己内心的纠结和挣扎。怎样才能释然，这是很多人所思考的，也是很多人希望做到而常常无法做到的。大概这个过程才体现了人性，才让人们真真切切感受到自己作为一个有思想有情感的高级生物存在于博大的宇宙之中的地球之上。

人们会因各种的烦恼困惑，急于寻求答案而焦急不安。那种本能促使人们不断地作出反映，进行自我调整。当然最终的结果很大程度上取决于人们周围的环境，取决于人们的见识及思维模式，等等。

孤独是现代社会人普遍存在的感觉，或者说没有足够的安全感。内心没有足够的东西作为依托。人们不知道该相信什么，不明白该忘哪里去。被社会的齿轮推动着，随波逐流。是的，就这样，日复一日，年复一年，直到生命的尽头。也许，会说，我们都是俗人，平常百姓过日子，何必在意这些。可事实上，每个人的内心都渴望那份宁静感和归宿感。这种感觉一点消失，就会六神无主，惶惶不可终日。行为上也无所适从，做任何事情都心神不定。究其原因，却不知可否。

这种情况有何解决方法，大多数人就是让自己忙碌起来，没有时间去惶恐。可是等手中的事情一旦停止，大脑神经却极度紧张，夜不能寐。还有一些人就顺其自然，任凭发展。这两种方式都是极端的，治标不治本。没有希望，没有方向的生活就会显得杂乱无章，心境游离就会导致行为失误，事事不顺，如此恶性循环。这就容易导致神经衰弱，无益健康。

这个社会当中，评价价值的以经济指标作为绝对标准。也难怪人们都争先恐后。或者能够暂且放下，寻找一个宁静的空间，给自己的心灵瞬间的休憩，不失是一种善待自己的好方式。

有一句话：活着就是一种修行。真的是啊。每个人都是经历了酸甜苦辣，喜怒哀乐，巅峰低谷才汇集成属于自己的人生。修行是时刻要做的功课，是一生都在研究的，却没有标准答案的课题。

得意时不要忘形，失意时相信一切将成为历史，或者就不会放不下了。

放下，其实也是一种生活态度。
