农历五月初五是端午节，这也是我国的传统节日。

端午节有很多习俗，比如，这一天，每家每户的门上都会悬挂艾草，用来驱除蚊虫，人们还会戴彩绳来辟邪……当然，这一天最重要的事就是包粽子了。

去年端午节的清晨，外婆把前一天浸泡好的糯米和粽叶拿了出来。哇，雪白的糯米浸泡以后变得胖胖的，真可爱!粽叶绿油油的，闪闪发亮，两头尖尖的，中间宽宽的，摸上去很光滑。

一切准备就绪，我问外婆：“外婆，我也可以包粽子吗?”“可以。”外婆爽快地答道，还手把手地教我。

可是，绳子绑上去时，又有麻烦了。因为绳子一点都不听话，我想绑在中间，它偏偏滑到下面去了。我折腾了半天才包好一个粽子。这时，外婆已经把所有的粽子都包完了!外婆笑着说：“要等你包完，估计天都黑了!”我吐了吐舌头，做了个鬼脸。
