The environmental issues facing each country are not unrelated to the well being of the rest of the world。 The impact is long term and international in scope。 Without international cooperation and agreement to address such environmental issues as glacial melting at the South Pole， depletion of the ozone layer， water pollution， air polution， etc。， the environmental conditions of the world will deteriorate to the detriment of every nation， not just those that ignore or lack the resources and technology to resolve their individual environmental problems。

啄木鸟妈妈带着小啄木鸟顺着发出的声音寻找声音的源头。它们飞到森林最高的一棵树上向下眺望,看见一个伐木工人拿着斧头砍树,嘴里还叼着一支香烟。

小啄木鸟好奇地问:“妈妈,这个人是谁?他为什么要砍树呢?”妈妈叹了一口气,沉痛地说:“他是一个伐木工人,是专门砍树的。这个人呀,脑袋里有两只虫子,一只叫做‘自私’,还有一只叫做‘贪婪’,它们才是砍树的罪魁祸首,就是这两只虫子在作怪,是它们使人变得越来越坏。”

小啄木鸟听了妈妈的话,非常生气,它愤愤地说:“真想啄开那个人的脑壳,看一看里面到底有什么虫子!用尖尖的嘴巴啄掉那一支烟头,用爪子撕成碎片。如果烟头被他扔到草丛里,一定会引起火灾的!”可是,那是不可能的,至少啄木鸟妈妈不会让孩子冒这个险的。

哎,如果人类再不注意保护环境,失去家园的就不仅仅是鸟儿了。任何降临到动物身上的是,终究会降临在人类身上。

Recently we have held a class meeting to discuss what is considered to be honorable behavior and what is shameful.It is really a pity to see all this in our school.Some students don’t respect their teachers or parents. Some don’t take their studies seriously and cheat in exams. Some throw wastes everywhere and pollute the environment . It is honorable to obey the law and rules , care much about our class and study hard.It is shameful to break school rules, to be selfish or to make little effort to achieve success.We should respect others and think more of them than of ourselves.We should work hard and make much more progress to repay the society.We should try our best to keep the environment clean。

现在我们的环境真是越来越糟糕了。

在过去，我们的环境那是非常舒适的，森林郁郁葱葱，河水清澈见底，空气清新甜润，地上垃圾也是非常少。马路上，没有汽车行驶排出的尾气，两旁都种着许多花草树木，蜻蜓和蝴蝶在草丛中嬉戏玩耍，真是一片美好！

可是现在，人们为了让这个世界变得更加方便，于是人们制造了汽车，汽车排出的尾气不仅污染了地球，还会造成对人们身体的伤害。一年又一年汽车越来越多，树木越来越少，环境也是越来越差，以前的美好环境都消失了。

我真希望人们能认识到自己所犯的错误，我希望十年后的家乡是这样的。清早起来空气清新，天空湛蓝深远。烟囱、汽车不再排放废气，河水不再浑浊，清澈的可以看见水里的沉淀的泥沙和水草，甚至我们都能在里面游泳了。家乡的环境又变美丽了。

为了保护我们的地球，我们应该从点点滴滴做起，从生活中的小事做起，让我们都行动起来，一起来保护我们共同的家园。

地球是我们的家，地球只有一个，我们要保护地球。

城市的汽车放出大量的废气，工程的废水排进河流，有些人为了钱甘愿砍伐树木，树木可以放出氧气，还可以净化空气，原本种植树木的地方现在都被工厂代替了，这种现象不胜枚举，这令我感到伤心。

在植树节的时候爸爸带我去植树，我非常高兴，我准备好了植树的工具，到了植树的地方我们寻找到了一个空地，开始了植树，我们先挖了个坑，把树放进去，然后用手轻轻把土覆盖住树根，浇了点水，我把一个小红旗插进土里，下次来的时候就知道哪棵树是我的了。

我觉得我们以后一定要多多植树，上班的时候要多走路或骑自行车去上班，不要随便扔垃圾，不要践踏草地，见到地面上有垃圾要捡起来扔到垃圾箱里去。

虽然我们做的是小事，但是为了保护环境我们要尽自己的一份力量。保护环境从无小事，一切从我做起。

人类只有一个地球，他是生命的摇篮，是我们共有的家园。行动起来、保护环境、保护大自然！

保护大自然，我们从身边的小事做起，我的家乡白云区麦架镇高寨河。我们村子前面有一条小河，河水清澈。不知什么时候，村民们总是把垃圾倒在河岸边，时间长了，垃圾腐烂了，污染了河水，河水变得浑浊，臭气暒天，污染非常严重。夏天让我们都无法游泳了。于是我找表哥孙祥云、表姐孙思悦商量，怎么阻止这害人的垃圾？我们想了一个办法：先发动全村的小朋友，把河边的垃圾扫成团，焚烧后，清理干净。然后做了三个牌子插在人们爱倒垃圾处，第一个牌子写上禁止倒垃圾，第二个牌子写上保护环境人人有责，第三个牌子宣传保护环境的重要性。

从那天起，我们姐弟仨，大清晨的就在河边等着给倒垃圾的人讲解污染的严重性与危害性。从此以后，再没人来这儿倒垃圾了，河水慢慢变清了，不臭了。

夏天，河里游泳的小朋友很多，我们姐弟仨不例外，在河里嬉水，捉鱼开心极了！

藏羚羊飞奔在寒冷的雪山，猎鹰飞过那碧绿的天空，爬山虎一点点的攀上墙角。鸟儿清脆的鸣叫，小溪潺潺的流动，风轻轻掠过美丽的花朵，人们伸开双臂，呼吸着享受着大自然的美妙与奇幻……“啊”的一声一切美好的事物都消失了，取而代之的是融化的冰川，没有家园的动物，条条黑色的河道，被污染的的空气，植物渐渐的枯萎，森林夷为平地……

在现今，由于人们无穷无尽地开采资源，大自然遭到了严重的破坏。为了拯救奄奄一息的地球，世界各地都纷纷号召人们保护环境、珍惜资源。

当你在姹紫嫣红的花丛里时，当你在缓缓流淌向远方的河流边时，当你站在碧绿无垠的草原上，微风亲吻着你的脸颊，耳畔回荡起婉转的鸟叫声，人往往是在失去后才懂得珍惜，懂得美好。

树木是地球的肺，自然是地球的面貌。只是今天有人突然大梦初醒，发现不管是水资源流失还是冰川融化都威胁到了人类的生存，但他们自私自利，依然无止境浪费。但他们号召他人时，美名其曰：“保护地球”。

保护环境已经不是一个新的话题了，我们应该从小事做起，从自己做起，保护地球人人有责。拒绝使用一次性筷子，节约用水节约用电，以及不乱扔垃圾，这都是最基本的。可又有几个人是真正在乎保护环境的融化的冰川上，可怜的北极熊在漂泊，污染的水里，鱼儿在痛苦的呻吟，砍倒的树木下有多少动物的家。

也许多年后，城市会被一场大水给淹没世界上最后的一个人也会沉寂在黑暗的水中，也许多年后世界会是一片沙漠，最后一滴水会是最后一个人类的泪水，也许多年后人类依旧繁华，但我想他们应该忘记了一个名为地球的星球。

保护环境不是自私自利，不是关爱人类自己，而是一场战争，一场报答养育我们的地球母亲的战争。

保护环境，人人有责。
